- Daniele silvio (6/5): - Cose positive: letto comodo, camera spaziosa a 10 minuti dal grande supermercato Central, nelle vicinanze ci sono molti locali con musica dal vivo, la colazione non l'ho fatta e non posso giudicare. Note negative : Aria condizionata troppo fredda anche se marca 30 g (ma non lo sono) e non di può aumentare, poca luce nel bagno e per fare la barba non è il massimo, non c'è la doccia ma la vasca bagno e senza una protezione per l'acqua si bagna tutto il pavimento, ho trovato nell'armadio un asciugamano appeso del cliente precedente, c'e solo un asciugamano grande a persona.
- Sander (6/5): - The hotel is not being maintained. Rust shines through paint, glue finishings are more brown and black (mold?) than white and breakfast at THB 250 is too expensive for the quality you get: every should-be-hot dish was cold. Windows are not too sound proof, so you enjoy the nearby Bar 99 music in your room until late in the night (not surprisingly with sound levels > dB 100 indoors (measured with Decibel X app 13 May 2024)). Big plus is the helpful and friendly staff and the hotel's proximity to the railway station. The size of the room is what I would qualify as big.

The room smelt stale. the bedding smelt of stale perspiration to the extent of me putting one of the pillows in the cupboard to hide the smell. Curtains in the room are filthy. The Hotel is old and in need of extensive maintenance/renovation. The pool is not up to standard, did not look clean. I would not swim in the pool. The restaurant only served breakfast.

- Jack (10/5): - A pleasant experience from check-in to checkout. I have stayed here before, some years ago. While the property is generally excellent, the light in the bathroom is extremely poor. No good for makeup or shaving. Everything else is excellent and I'm booking to stay there again when I drive upmin October.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty hotel that needs total renovations! - The hotel was in poor condition, dirty and the hotel need of total renovation. Bad breakfast and I got stomach problems. When I showered, the whole bathroom was full of water on the floor. I complained and got a new room but the same problem again. This is not the fault of the employees, who tried their best but the poor owner who only thinks about profit
- HO YUH CHERNG, (6/5): - Property is quite run-down. Water Tap, Shower spray are tarnished .. mini fridge is empty, no safebox, bodywash not provided, wifi is slow and lack. Breakfast only few local dishes. Overall need some improvements.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 星や価格には見合っていませんでした - 駅近くの4つ星ホテルということで利用しました。周辺は星上位のホテルが点在してますが、コロナで逆にそれが仇となってるのかさびれた印象でした。むしろ周辺のローカルエリアの方が活気ある状態でした。 部屋は写真以上に老朽化しています。浴槽はありましたが、分割されておらず、扉やシャワーカーテンがないためにトイレが水浸しになるので浴槽が活かされてません。コメントで周辺がうるさいということでしたが、確かに騒がしいエリアが近くにありました。幸い営業時間の規制なのか深夜までうるさいということはありませんでした。閉口したのは朝食。プールサイドとその横の室内で食べられますが、プールは水が汚く緑色でプールサイドで食事をする気にはなりませんでした。朝食メニューも標準的で4つ星というカテゴリーにはふさわしくないと感じました。
- Paer (10/5): Great Glacier. - This hotel is great. It's clean, super soft beds and pillows. Spacious rooms with a bathtub in the bathroom. I'd recommend anyone to stay here for any purpose. The location is great. Next to everything you need for a weekend or just passing by.

The room I stayed was spacious with a big bathroom. The toilet was not so clean I could see some dirty stuff. My son’s room at the end of the floor was small and weird shape. The neighborhood around was not great.

Sink in bathroom is getting old lookIng. Overall I am disappointed in the condition of the hotel - little money could be spent to at least clean the carpets or invest in a good carpet cleaner.

- Edward (4/5): A hotel seemingly aspiring to be a 2* motel - The experience was not great, and significantly worse than a few years ago -The staffing had been reduced and most of the staff clearly did not like their job -The room had a giant brown stain on the carpet next to the bed -The desk in the room looked dirty, it turned out to be that the plastic had badly stained -The shower head was mounted at about waist height -The breakfast was almost entirely Thai -The western selection barely existed and there was no yoghurts -The baked goods were poor quality, the jams were low-grade -The two front desk staff disagreed with each other when asked for a late check-out -The losing staff member was still sour about it when we checked out -The car parking attendant when we were leaving told us that his boss was unhappy at us for not parking perfectly straight the previous day,[my wife had just had an eye operation the previous day] :A hotel seemingly aspiring to be a motel, a joyless one at that
- James (4/5): Poor level of maintenance and cleanliness - The location which is a little tricky to find is very central and close to many bars and Thai restaurants. Car parking in the small busy car park can be a little chaotic but the reception area looked promising and the staff speak English. I was delighted to be upgraded to a better room but then everything went downhill from there. The rooms are worn out and a proper refurbishment is clearly overdue. The carpets are not clean with visible stains, the wrinkled old curtains hang untidily and the furnishings are chipped. The room lighting is inadequate and the table lamps and standing lamps shown in photos do not exist. The bed area is too dark for reading. I felt insulted to be supplied with a rag for a bathrobe fit only for the rubbish bin. There are however a choice of English language TV channels. The bathroom is equipped with thin towels and worn out bathrobes and the shower fixing was so loose on the wall that it was only possible to shower by holding the shower head. A broken kettle and intermittent WiFi completes the picture. Breakfast is ok for Asian tastes but apart from coffee, cornflakes and an egg station there is no international foodstuffs. The small swimming pool is not very clean and it's use is compromised by the close proximity of the breakfast area surrounding it. I booked for 2 nights and there is no likelihood of me returning here. There are a number of budget hotels in the area offering cleaner more modern accommodation at a fraction of the cost
