From the friendly staff, big rooms, fluffy pillows & the comfiest bed ever! Even if I only had a few hours of sleep, no worries coz those were the best sleep I've had for 4 nights! They also have a great breakfast spread! Will definitely come back! So happy I'm an Astoria member for years now!

The staff is friendly, courteous and always helpful. Special mention to Ms. Gina Langote and Mary Joy Balidio who make sure we’re served well. Food is great and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff are diligent, courteous, aware, diligently tending to people at all times and without a doubt fast to ask you to lend their service first before you even begin to ask. They also had free swimsuit drying which is very convenient Only thing that was slightly annoying is the bathroom layout, the shower sometimes got the bathroom wet and the toilet isn’t positioned well. I also didn’t have a outlet by my bed which was a bit inconvenient

We have been to Boracay 15 times combined in the last 10 years so are familiar with the island and hospitality. We are blown away by the hospitality of Astoria Current staff. We felt loved by each staff member and it was a joy to watch them interact with our 1 year old. We had staff remember us from last year! They made meal times that but easier by being willing to hold her or distract her in addition to their usually busy roles. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cool. No ask is too big for Astoria staff. At the lifeguard station near the main pool you can borrow sand toys and balls

• Dawn (3/5): Don’t stay here unless you love loud music and screaming children - The room was nice and had a large bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Noise…the loudest hotel that I have ever stayed in. All rooms surrounded a pool where the noise started before 7:45 AM. Every evening at 7:00 PM there was music in the open air restaurant that was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation in your room. In addition, there were fire dancers by the pool every evening with even louder music than the restaurant. It was the least peaceful two weeks of my life!

Особенно советую туристам из Узбекистана — смело бронируйте, вам точно понравится, гарантирую! Если честно, в этой гостинице мне всё понравилось. Я не могу сказать, что было что-то, что меня не устроило или оставило неприятные впечатления. Всё было на хорошем уровне: обслуживание, еда, атмосфера и общее состояние отеля. Отдых прошёл очень комфортно, поэтому у меня нет никаких претензий или замечаний. Лично для меня всё было отлично.

When we arrived we noticed we had been assigned rooms with no windows, which was a big issue to one of us who struggles with confined places. The efficiency, friendliness of this team is beyond words!
