- Brock (4/5): オンラインに乗せる情報と実際の状況をきっぱりと一致させるべきです。 - ホテルから見える景色が良かったです。 オンラインで得たホテル情報と実際にきてみて知った宿泊事情とは全く異なっていたことががっかりでした。 オンラインの予約の時点では食事を含まないように予約したけれど、まさか、ホテルにはまったく、大型の宿泊グループでない限り、食事は全く提供されないという現実であったことに、言葉をうしないました。普通のホテルであるならば、食事を朝、購入できるというのが当たり前ですから。食事を手に入れるたびに、タクシーを呼んで山の下まで出かけなければならないことにびっくりしました。

- Roger (8/5): Very good - The staff were really helpful and friendly, helping us get our luggage to our room, when we arrived. The ladies' onsen bath is lovely and a wonderful way to relax at the end of a busy and tiring day. There are lots of toiletries to choose from also. The hotel shuttle bus, which had to be pre-booked, was really helpful, too. Finally, the views from the hotel are stunning. Just to be aware, the hotel has no elevators and a lot of stairs, which are tricky with heavy luggage or if you struggle walking.. The hotel is relatively expensive, very remote, up a steep and windy road with no convenience stores nearby. Also be careful as there are a number of TKP Lectore hotels in Atami! However, overall, we still really enjoyed our stay in Atami and used taxis to return to the hotel later at night.
- Leo (4/5): - Disappointing. We arrived late at night, and no one was at the reception. Despite trying to call, we received no answer. After waiting 20 minutes, the concierge finally appeared but didn't bother checking our travel documents. The physical key provided was difficult to use, and the lack of English or French speakers made it impossible to seek information. We felt lost and decided to check out early. It was NOT a pleasant experience, definitely NOT. 😔

- MASUKO (8/5): リラックス第一の宿泊施設 - 温泉の温度か高すぎず心地よく透明なお湯が清潔で何度も入浴したくなります。 食事のクオリティーも良く丁寧なもてなしでした。 途中の道路が勾配がありやや狭いので送迎バス利用がよいかもしれません。 リラックス第一という人にはうってつけの隠れ家的宿泊施設です。
- Verified traveler (8/5): 静かに過ごしたい方におすすめ。 - クチコミを見てある程度の情報を入れてから訪問したのでとても満足出来ました。 熱海駅から普通に歩いて30分位。最後の10分は坂道で本当に細くて急でした。大きい車の方は事前に確認しないとUターンもキツイです。 館内の設備はどこも清潔感があり、部屋はモダンで畳敷き&ベッドだったのでゆったりと過ごせました。最新のものは少ないですが映画も観れて、Wi-Fiも問題なくつながりました。 お風呂は内風呂１つしかありませんが、広々していて換気も適度にされていて、露天風呂より清潔で個人的にはゆっくり入っていられました。 食事も派手さはないものの、ひとつひとつ丁寧で美味しかったです。ホールのスタッフの方も丁寧でした。 他にはロビーにお茶やコーヒーやアメニティ、好きな浴衣を選べるなどのサービスもありました。 周辺は住宅で近くにコンビニまで出られる距離ではないので、たくさん食べたら飲んだりしたい方は事前に持ち込みをおすすめします。 なーにも考えず、お風呂に入ってぼーっとしたい方にはいい場所かと思います。個人的にはまた利用したいです。 追伸 受付にいた男の人で1人無愛想な人がいましたが、その人以外はみなさん良い方でした。

- norinori (8/5): - 静かな山の斜面にあり、受付もスムーズでした。 部屋もきれいでした。 朝日がちょうど差し込む向きに部屋が設定されており、朝のすがすがしさは良いです。 お風呂まで少し階段や通路での移動が必要なことと３階建てなのですが、エレベーター等が無いので、お年寄りや高齢者には少し不向きですね。 あと、熱海の駅から歩けますが、約３０分急な坂を下り、登る激しくつらいです。

- yonap2014 (10/5): Small and very family-like!! - Upon arrival it seems smaller than i expected. Its name shows ‘hotel’, but it is good mix of hotel and ‘ryokan’. Room is clean and well-organized and bathroom in the room is rather small but in my experiences of several ryokan and hotels in Japan, it is neat and quite new. Onsen in the hotel is nice and well-prepared, every necessary things are all equipped. One thing I miss is Open-air one. Dinner and breakfast are all good and delicious. The hotel has a shuttle service not only to and from atami station , they ride us to some attraction points upon our request. The location of this property is up to the hill of this town, so on this way to this we could see this town’s people, their house, small train station which are all beautiful. The staffs are really kind and helpful. They are all very nice!
