• Sung Ryong (9/5): - 시내 중심가임에도 주차가 편리하였습니다. 주변 상가를 이용하기에 편리하였습니다. 예약 카드 결제가 자동으로 이루어지지 않아 메일로만 통지된 채 예약이 취소된 상태로 호텔에 도착하여 당황스러웠습니다. 메일이 확인되지 않은 상태에서 핸드폰이나 문자로도 자동 결제가 이루어지지 않아 예약이 자동 취소된다는 안내 공지가 있어야 한다고 생각 됩니다.

• Candy (8/5): 울산시티 숙박후기 - 아침식사도 평소에 제가 먹던 식단대로 나와서 좋았고, 방 크기도 혼자쓰기에 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절하시고, 청소하시는 이모님들도 너무 친절하셨어요. 그리고, 위치 역시 현대백화점이랑 가까워서 식료품 사기에도 좋았고, 근처 볼일있을때 택시 정류장이랑 버스 정류장이 있어서 편합니다. 병원 및 약국도 근처에 있어서 완전 좋았습니다. 바닥이 카페트라서 알러지가 있는 저로썬 방이 건조해서 힘들었어요. 다음에 이 숙소를 이용한다면 미니 가습기를 가져가야 할것 같아요.

I didn't like that they are botbreally child friendly and are not properly prepared to have young toddler's staying at their hotel. For example, they don't have baby guards for the beds. When I asked for a band-aid for my son, they told me they didn't even have a first aid box .

• Matthew (9/5): - Very nice looking room with big windows. The location was central to everything with convenient bus stops. The staff held bags both for both early check in, and on check out. The bathroom design was not ideal. The toilet was in a glass enclosure that was mostly private. Keeping water from leaving the shower was difficult.

• RYOKO (9/5): コスパ最高のホテル - 部屋が広かったです。トイレとお風呂が別なのもよかったです。 また、スタッフの方にとても親切にしていただきました。どこかで大事なものを落としてしまったようで、乗ってきたタクシーや落としてしまった可能性のある施設に電話して聞いてもらえないかとお願いしたところ、嫌な顔ひとつせず電話をしてくれました。 少しシャワーの水圧が弱かったです

Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, daar kan je misschien last van hebben

Free underground parking for hotel guests Hotel is offering breakfast which is far below any standards . Not worth selecting it. There is no safe deposit box in the room. No matter if rooms are OK, the whole hotel is a bit outsated and needs some serious refuebishment. Lack of English TV channels. No gym for those who care. Pillow selection could be better

The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room.

• Holly (10/5): Great Stay! - The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location was a close walk to the bus station which was amazing. It also is a close walk to some fun places so there were many fun activities to do. It was a little strange that the toilet was separate from the sink/shower/bath but it was still comfortable!
