La villa è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e arredata con grande gusto. Le camere sono accoglienti, confortevoli e impeccabili dal punto di vista della pulizia. La vera chicca della struttura è la splendida piscina, immersa nel verde e circondata da ampi spazi esterni perfetti per rilassarsi. La posizione è strategica: si trova in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa e rigenerante, ma al tempo stesso perfetta se si viaggia in macchina per esplorare le bellezze dei dintorni. La nota di merito più grande va all'host Silvano e alla sua famiglia: persone eccezionali, super premurose e sempre disponibili ad aiutarti. Nota d'eccellenza per la colazione, ricca e abbondante: i dolci sono fatti in casa giornalmente dalla moglie di Silvano, un tocco di genuinità squisito e rigenerante che fa davvero la differenza! Una grandissima sorpresa che consigliamo a tutti, sia a famiglie che a coppie!

John (7/5): - The home was beautiful and well kept. The biggest asset of the place is the pool which we unfortunately did not get to enjoy because the weather was quite cold during our visit. The breakfast was good. The place was a bit difficult to find as there is only a gate to see from the road and it was not well marked. To be fair we did not arrive at our scheduled time slot, but only slightly outside of it. The gate was closed you push a button which rings a phone which went unanswered on the first try. We tried again with success, shown our room and then left alone. Shortly thereafter we discovered the second bed was not made and only had a cover on it. Luckily the owner walked by our room and we caught him and asked for the bed to be made. There seemed to be push back on this and a discussion on why this needed a second bed as there were two of us and one large bed. The owner reluctantly agreed to have to bed made for us. The room was cold and we could not figure out the heat, but agreed to be cold rather than ask for help and did not want to risk another argument perhaps on why we needed heat.

A beautiful large swimming pool,water was saline and not chlorine. The best part was the host family. Breakfast all organic foods. Homemade jam that was incredible. Silvano the owner was very gracious and extremely helpful with fantastic suggestions for dinner and sight seeing. He has a charming personality along with his wife and 2 sons. He has a passion for his work and guests. The best B&B we have ever stayed at in all our travels around the world. Anyone who stays here will love it! It was far beyond our expectations. There was nothing to not like except having to leave!

Ieva (5/5): This villa is overrated - 1. Villa was very clean and tidy 2. Good location - we went to Alberobello,Monopoli Materra, easily 3. Homemade cakes for breakfast were nice 4. Beds were comfortable There were quite a few things we didn't like, so hence Im wirting this review: 1. The host does not speak English, so it is super difficult to communicate. Even about basic things. Also, the welcoming wasn't friendly. I'm not sure how they got 9.5 rating on here.... 2. You dont get privacy in this villa. The host and his family are everywhere you go, so you can't relax. I felt uncomfortable throughout the stay. 3. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, as stated in booking.com. also, there was no hair dryer (!!!) and no iron in the room. 4. They also have a dog - rotveiler, which they keep locked in 2-3m2, which I, as dog owner, find cruel. Dog sleeps surrounded by its own faeces. The water was full of weeds and clearly havent been changed for a while. 5. The pool is cold, so we did not use it. 6. Breakfast - there was no water available, and you will get coffee after you eat your breakfast on most occasions. Also, most of the food available were cakes and sweet sugary stuff,so if you want a healthy breakfast ,you will have to get it elsewhere. 7. Lastly, our room was front facing, so we were woken up every day at 7.30 as the breakfast starts just outside our windows, which was not great if you want to have some rest during your holidays.

We enjoyed pastries made by the house lady (recommended) at breakfasts. sitting outside in the sun (in that period it was really nice sitting in the sun!). Our room was comfortable, the beds large and just appropriately firm. We are grateful to the owner for good recommendations as to where to eat. As we came to bike, the place was a good start for making tours from the door. The nature during our stay was just spectacular; we enjoyed breathtakig views of fields full of flowers with millions of poppies sticking out. If there were a few degrees more, we would definitely enjoy the turquoise waters of the newly built pool. The owner explained and showed us also planes for the nearest future. We liked his vision as it was clearly in the spirit of how to feel guests even better. A respectful mission rarely encountered nowadays. The temperatures were good for biking but not for enjoying the pool. Being able to see into the future of the place we were there some months too early.
Sunmee (1/5): Terrible owner/manager with no service mindset! - The owner/manager was terrible. He had no hospitality/service mind. We stayed at this hotel on new year's eve and had to have our first breakfast of the year at this hotel. He had no lighting in the dining area. We had to eat darkness. I was not happy at all. He said that the light went out and there is nothing he can do about it. I asked for some candles at least. He was not willing and very slow in bringing one candle. Our new year day's breakfast was completely ruined.
