• Joseph (8/5): - The Staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall, the place is kept clean. The bathroom, linen, etc. were fresh and clean. The entry / courtyard is beautifully done with flowers, etc.
• Saluja (10/5): Great Stay - All the staff and services were excellent , Right from facilitation at the reception ( most supportive and helpful ) to in Room Dining ( food is great) , House keeping ( very prompt in thier services and cleanliness). The hotel is very clean and we'll kept. Rooms are awesome, large and very cosy and comfortable. Great Job. Keep it up. Im a returning Guest.

• Amit (2/5): Very baf - Location good I booked 2 night stay. I called on the day of arrival to inform the hotel of my late time as a courtesy. At that point, I was told by receptionist that my stay was cancelled. They thought I got lower price though I booked it directly from hotel website. I had to rebook it again at a short notice and cost me over 4000 Rs. More. I complained to the receptionist again on arrival. Spoke to couple of them. Both promised to have a look but no one got in touch with me. It felt like a scam.
• Priinkle (7/5): Didn't accommodate accordingly - Clean, spacious rooms, dinning was good I had pre arranged for a driver in dehradun specifically for a christmas night dinner, but nothing was set for me when i arrived on check-in. The staff were clueless as to what i was talking about. This delayed me in arranging my own taxi.

Would stay again if basic fumigation is done. - It was a nice pleasant hotel with good decorum The room has cockroaches in it. Informed one of the staff who came to place an extra mattress, however no action was taken by the staff, not did they try to reach out to me.

• michele (10/5): fabulous! would stay again. - it’s beautiful and clean. we loved all of the potted plants outside, the warm water. we didn’t use the gym but appreciated the option. The breakfast was fabulous. Noisy event in the conference room went on until about 11 pm but we understand and it didn’t bother us much.
