• Alberstetter (6/5): - Die Wohnung war groß genug für 2 Personen mit Baby, die Küche war sauber und hat alles beinhaltet was man braucht, die Fenster und Balkontür konnte geöffnet werden für Frischluft Die Schlafcouch war leider nicht gut gereinigt, die Wände sind sehr dünn und die Gäste sehr laut. Die Türen fallen sehr laut in die Angel, für ein Baby nicht gut zum schlafen da es dadurch immer wieder aufgewacht ist. Das große Bett war an die Mauer gestellt, so das man nur über den anderen Hinweg aus dem Bett kam.

Czysto i dobrze przygotowane na gości, dostępne pościel i ręczniki, ekspres do kawy i podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni Apartament jest wyposażony bardzo podstawowo i widać już oznaki zużycia, jedna z łazienek jest bardzo wąska więc osoby o ograniczonej mobilności powinny brać to pod uwagę. Niestey na ciepłą wodę po odkręceniu kranu trzeba było chwilę poczekać

Υπήρχε χαλασμένο πιστόλα μαλλιών το οποίο έριξε, ευτυχώς, την ασφάλεια και δεν είχαμε χειρότερα ( έσκασε στα χέρια της συζύγου και λέρωσε τα ρούχα της). Στο τηλέφωνο έδειξαν πρόθυμοι να το αντικαταστήσου αυθημερόν, αλλά το αντικατέστησαν την επόμενη μέρα.

Nespresso pods for the Nespresso machine, some teabags (black tea would be great though), salt and pepper and olive oil. The bathroom is small but works well. More lighting close to the mirror in the bedroom would be great. Because the basin in the bathroom is small, water tends to mess on the ground and on oneself.

• Felicia (10/5): Soggiorno in famiglia - La casa è davvero comoda ai mezzi di trasporto. Il personale davvero Gentile, tempestivo nelle risposte e nelle richieste (ad esempio noi avevamo richiesto un lettino) in quanto abbiamo viaggiato con una bambina. Vicino la zona ci sono bar, panifici e supermercati di vario genere. L'appartamento si trova sul piano rialzato per tanto è dotato di una piccola veranda che funge anche da balcone, all'infuori di questa non ci sono altre finestre. Il bagno un po' piccolino, se si viaggia con un bambino è scomodo per poterlo lavare. Tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato ottimo.

Error de Booking y de la empresa pues desde un inicio manejan menor de 17 años cómo niño y luego que siempre no!!! Así que me.estiviero molestando para hacer el pago que fue error de ellos y de la plataforma. Lo peor tener que compartir baño para 4 personas cuando hay 2 baños. Uno de ellos demasiado pequeño y no salía agua mezclada . O muy hirviendo o helada . Salió lo más caro de todo mi viaje por varias ciudades de España . Y el peor hospedaje. Fueron 3 días y un día llegaron unos chavos a las 6 am con la fiesta encima y no dejaron descansar.

• Hanna (8/5): Все хорошо,мило,комфортно. - Заезд прошел хорошо,нам оставили информацию о заселении и все пароли сработали с легкостью. В доме есть лифт,подъезд узкий,но безопасный,светлый.чистый. Апартаменты чистые,было достаточно всего для проживания 4-х человек,новые приятные полотенца,гели для душа,мыло,все необходимое на кухне,посуда,кофе/сливки/соль. 2 душевые комнаты -это комфортно,удобные матрасы и подушки. В одной из душевых был слабее напор воды,мы пользовались тем,что лучше. Но в целом это не мешало,воды теплой хватало на всех. Ночью и утром слышен шум дороги,для чутких людей не очень комфортно.

The location is in the great part of the city, with lots of nearby bars, tapas, restaurants and shops. Also the area where the stay is located feels safe. The apartment was very clean and with a lot of space.

Minutes away from Poble Sec Metro station; an easy metro trip from Sants train station; not far away from the Old Town & Gothic Quarter or from the Harbour area and the starting point for Mont Juic. Not nearly as “charming” as we expected from the photos! We had the one-bed flat on the 1st floor. The door of the flat opens to the sitting area - basically a sofa - and off that is the bedroom, the bed comfy enough but filling the width of the room. The bathroom and kitchen looked newly renovated with new appliances but both very small as is the dining area, just space for the table and chairs. There is no outlook, all the natural light into the flat comes from above the tiny outside space which houses the boiler and AC unit and was grubby, no way you’d want to sit out there! So, overall, we found it cramped and a bit claustrophobic.

Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, cucina ampia e completa sia di elettrodomestici che di stoviglie e pentole. Lo staff sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni occasione.
• Andre (10/5): A spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment with great light, two balconies, a well-equipped kitchen - The apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos and extremely comfortable. It actually has two balconies: the terrace shown in the pictures and another one connected to the bedroom, which is very bright and full of natural light. The bathroom is not as small as it appears online, and the kitchen is excellent — fully equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning works very well, but thanks to the cross ventilation, you often don’t even need to use it. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and the elevator works perfectly. The apartment is also very quiet, with no noise from the street or neighbours, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.

• Christian (8/5): Bon - Depuis que j'ai découvert que l'appartement se trouvait dans l'entre-sol d'un immeuble au moment du check in, j'étais envahi par un sentiment de stress et de degout par peur du noir, des nuisances sonores, l'humidité... Mais ma surprise fût grande au moment de franchir la porte de cette appartement, dû au fait qu'il se trouve du côté intérieur de l'immeuble on entend pas de bruits de la rue et de la ville; avec un petit patio idéal pour les fumeurs ou juste pour se relaxer ce patio apporte beaucoup de lumière dans l'appartement. Cerise sur le gâteau la cuisine est complètement équipée de toutes les necesité , il y a même un coin salle à manger avec une véritable table à 4 place. C'est un endroit assez discret et intime. Le canapé du salon est vraiment inconfortable. À leur place je le changerai. Il est impossible de faire une grasse matinée dans cet appartement car le service de ménage a son magasin de stockage juste à côté de l'appartement et ils font trop de bruit même lorsqu'ils nettoient les appartements des étages supérieurs.

We do not know Spanish but the appliance manuals were all in Spanish, so we could not operate the washing machine. We could not watch TV since we could not find the remote.
• Anthony (9/5): Clean, mostly comfortable and a (appeared) safe area. - There was a washing machine, a good iron, plus a lift to get up to our apartment. The late check in (4pm) but we got in a bit earlier @ 3pm, was a bit of a pain, also the air conditioning in the 2 bedroom unit was ordinary.

• Bev (9/5): Authentic, comfortable apartment in real Barcelona - Great location in San Antoni, which is close to the city centre but feels authentic to Barcelona. Apartment is clean and quiet despite being very close to main roads. Communication with the letting agent is good, but we had no need to contact them during our stay. The only possible improvement would be some bigger cups/mugs, as the apartment has only coffee cups which are a bit small. The outside area is mostly shady. We didn't use it much as the weather was chilly and wet, but anyone expecting to sunbathe may be disappointed. If we return to Barcelona we will definitely choose this place
• Hüseyin (1/5): disappointment - Hello, there is a problem at home. It rained at night and water came from the ceiling. When we woke up in the morning, we saw that all our items on the kitchen table were wet. Our wallet, medicines, and the souvenirs we bought from the museum were all wet. No one helped us. the beds were very uncomfortable.
• Diana (5/5): Passable - The apartments are large and beautiful. Good location, close to the center and metro. It is very cold in the room, you can't even warm it up with warm air in the ventilation. Old windows that blow through. You have to wait 20 minutes for hot water, when you turn it on, cold water comes out. And the hot water doesn't last long, then it becomes cold. The shower pressure is low. I also didn't like that the bathroom smelled like sewage, the smell spread to all the apartments.
• Tena (7/5): Nice apartment but a couple of things could be done to make it exceptional. - Location was great, very close to Metro and lots of cafes, etc. Nice kitchen and living room area. I could not sleep in the bedroom as the linens smelled extremely strong of fabric softener or some other fragrance. Instant headache upon trying to sleep in the room. Also, we tried to conserve water but the shower took an extrememly long time to get warm in the hall bathroom. Then water went instantly cold after about 90 seconds and one had to start all over with trying to get warm water. No warm water was available in the smaller bathroom., neither in the sink or the shower. We did not expect unllimited hot water but expected better than what was available.

It was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect – close to all major tourist attractions, yet in a safe and peaceful part of the city. Plus, it was just a short walk from the metro and grocery stores, which made getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The communication with the hosts was smooth and hassle-free, making our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-maintained and conveniently located accommodation!

• Nikola (3/5): Badly Impressed - Nothing The apartment was not look like on the pictures It was cold The neighbours were very noisy When we try to got the keys for the apartment it was very hard task… It feels like I am solving The Da Vinci Code It takes at least 5 mins for the hot water to start running And for approximately 800 euros this is nit looking good.

• Aleksandra (6/5): Excellent location, probably better for warm months - The location was excellent, as well as the contact with the host and the check-in/out process. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms - on of which was attached to one of the bedrooms. It did appear as if the living room sofa could be a third bed. Kitchen equipped with glassware and cutlery. Visited at the end of January, and it WAS SO COLD. The temperature outside at night was under 10'C, and the windows have no sealing and there is zero heating, so the apartment was pretty much as cold as outside. Also, there was limited hot water from the shower, and the water temperature was not consistent, either - a massive annoyance if you're already cold. Connected to the unsealed windows, you do hear anything happening outside - it wasn't extreme, as the windows faced the back side, but if one is sensitive then they will need earplugs. As for the kitchen equipment, two obvious things were missing - a normal chopping knife (only a bread knife was available) and at least one chopping board. We didn't actually cook any meal, so I can't judge the equipment for that.
• Mare (8/5): Had everything we needed for family of 4. - The kitchen had every item we needed for cooking (good quality pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Coffee machine and tea kettle and all appliances are new. The property provided cooking oil, salt, pepper, a few Nespesso pods and tea bags. The apartment is very clean. The washing machine worked well. It had all the basic things you would need for your stay. The bedrooms are tiny but clean. This apartment is fine for up to 4 people to stay comfortably. Plenty of nearby grocery stores, cafes. It is about a 5 minute walk to the subway station. There is a lift in the building; it fits 2 adults at a time. Beds mattresses were not very comfortable. Pillows were great! The primary bedroom bathroom is beyond tiny—you can only enter and move around sideways. The check-in process was easy with the exception of having to log into the Aspasios website and enter each person’s passport details, etc. we understand this is a new government requirement but the website was not easy to use and I worry about what happens to ensure our passport photos, etc. is secure and no potential data breach. We were there for 5 nights but the supplies seem to be for a standard 2-3 night stay so we were running out of dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods, etc. consider supplying more based on the number of nights of stay. One dining chair needs replacement—torn seat cover. Living room pillows need laundering (stained).

I especially loved the terrace and as a bonus the appartment also has a balcony. I found the matras of the bed quite comfortable. Perfect appartment for solo travellers or couples. Would recommend! When I had a question the team of Aspeisos was allways quick to respond. Appartment is very close to a metro station and furthermore within 30 minute walk of the historic centre. The only thing that really needs replacement is the sofa. It was terrible to sit on let alone if you have to sleep on it.

• Yi (7/5): Good - It is more than 20 minutes away from the center by subway, but it is located on a large street, which is very safe and convenient. The house was very clean and fully furnished. The whole building is very poorly insulated and people above could see our toilet from the balcony, I would suggest installing a blind at the patio door. And there is a subway station downstairs of the house, so the house always vibrates during the day.

• Don (9/5): Excellent Apartment, fabulous location! - Clear instructions for very easy entry to the apartment, sent well in advance. Had everything we needed for a short stay and we really appreciated not having to buy pretty much any household supplies. A lovely apartment in a great location and area. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom and shower were great. Elevator access right to the door, although as usual, there is only a small landing in front of the elevator. The living room couch was quite uncomfortable (but not enough that we wouldn't stay here again! The price was fair, but not a bargain or anything.
• Valeria (6/5): Pleasant - It was fitting our needs, we were on a working stay so we have only used the apartment for sleeping. The apartment was cleaned half way through our stay and coffee, water, tea were refilled. There was a very unpleasant sewer smell coming from the toilet (which was in the bedroom). We had no light in the bathroom for 3 days, I have called to get it fixed but when I came home from work late night I realized the light was still not working. I didn’t have the possibility to contact them again since I started working very early the day after and came back home late in the night and we left the day after.

• Boneca_j (9/5): A very nice stay! Would come back again! - The position is great, right next to one of the central subway stations that connects to all the main spots of Barcelona. The flat had a lot of natural light thanks to the little balcony, the self check-in was very easy. The kitchen was well equipped. For the standard prices of Barcelona, this was a very good option as price-quality ratio. Sadly, one of the two keys was not working, so my friend and I had to manage it by having only a key. Nothing that bad though.
