Kolam renang air bersih Room yang kurang terawat Lampu yang terlalu redup, tidak menyediakan lampu terang untuk aktivitas kerja Tidak ada smart tv, youtube dll Akses lorong karpet yang jelek (sobek dan berdebu) Parkiran jauh dan penuh. Tidak ada layanan jemput payung dari parkiran ke lobby Fasilitas kolam renang dipakai untuk 3 hotel ternyata.

• dwi cahya (8/5): Indonesia with a smile - The attentiveness and cordiality of the staff was excellent to say the least. A special thanks to the maitre d the restaurant during morning breakfast. Furthermore I liked the new club lounge, an awesome place to wind down and converse with my partner n friends. Rere’ is a brilliant host. She goes the extra mile to look after her customers. I suggest also trying the bar tender’s cocktails. The guy was a winner of a regional competition too. If you are couple and overall with kids I highly recommend Lorin place in Solo. Java and its inhabitants always welcome you with a smile regardless their life situation. Visit Indonesia.❤️ Some areas needs upgrade like the gym if you are fitness fanatic.

• RETNACHRISTA (8/5): - The garden. Beautiful. The pool bar was nice. Not the best selection of drink, but decent. My mom took a lot of photos in the morning and she was happy to look around. The room was decent as well. I've got no complaint about the facilities. When my car pulled off in the lobby to drop my mom and luggage, the guest attendant didn't stop the car behind me, so it blocked the way. It was difficult for me to carry the luggage along the stairs, and he didn't offer any cart.

• Haryanto (8/5): Hotel ramah anak - Hotel ini ramah sama anak2, ada taman bermain yang cukup bagus, cukup luas, sarapan cukup bervariasi, Tidak ada coffee maker. Kalau mau buat teh hanya mengandalkan panasnya dispenser.. Untuk kolam renang perlu dipikirkan adanya tempat ganti baju. Got ditengah hotel/ dekat taman baunya cukup mengganggu. Apalagi dekat dengan restoran, jadi gak selera makan di outdoor area. Parkiran terlalu jauh, dan terbuka.

It was not at all like in the photos, everything was older and worn donw. - smelly pillows (but clean covers) - thin walls, you could hear the neigbours talk - stained windows - a bit mold in the bathroom - furniture was worn down - window did not close proper - people smoking in hallways

• William (9/5): Beautiful hotel. - The deluxe room was clean, had great hot water and water pressure. The grounds (pool and facilities) at the Lorin are amazing. Had a great massage at the spa and the pool is beautiful and peaceful. If you choose the Lorin select the deluxe room. Have stayed before and the deluxe has been the best. The executive was not as nice.

The executive room was not that great. AC barely worked, water pressure and temp very low. Have stayed in the deluxe rooms before and those are much better.

• Irwan (8/5): Nice and cozy place to stay - Breakfast is quite delicious with many option and variation. All of the staff are helpful. Some room facilities are broken and didnt operate well. First the minibar refrigerator are broken, first i thought it was unplugged cable problem, but it wasnt. Its truly broken, no sign of work at all. Second the room air conditioner was lousy, and waters kept dropping from the unit. I almost got slipped on that area. Please do more check and re check for the rooms facilities condition or at least inform the guest about the rooms facilities condition if repairs are unavailable on that day.

• Deborah (3/5): overpriced, not 5 nor even 4-star value, failed to create an overall welcoming atmosphere - not really anything to mention here. it was ok, but nothing was outstanding or even on par with comparable hotels. not sure how this place is rated 5-star, or even 4-star. the junior staff and trainees were very friendly and helpful. the senior staff at the restaurant at breakfast was very unprofessional. since I’ve already filed a complaint with hotel management about the issue and they handled it right away, I’ll refrain from giving details. the rooms were pretty unhygienic. like, exhaust fans have black dust and mold on them. spiderwebs on the ceiling. generally just a bit dirty. cleaning seems to be limited to floor and beds, walls and other areas are neglected. breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular either. the place is generally overpriced. a subjective issue I had as a foreign tourist, is the lack of English speakers in the hotel. some staff spoke English to a degree, but not to a point where I was able to really communicate with them.

• Erwin (8/5): Very good - One of few resorts available in Solo city. Facilities are exquisite, bring a beach soccer ball and play soccer here or bring a tennis racquet and play tennis. The staff can be more friendly. The interns are very friendly though with a smile and thank you on every conversation
• Tom (9/5): Superb - The hotel was nice, maybe starting to age but well maintained. The grounds were nice to walk around or just sit and enjoy. The room was good with the bathroom well laid out. The breakfast was very nice. When we pulled up we found out we were at the wrong part of the hotel. The staff kindly pointed out that we were to go to the back side of the hotel. The egg station for breakfast was outside and we would have never known she was there had we not chosen to eat outside.

• Aria (9/5): Superb - The property is clearly well-maintained. Surrounded by greenery, this old hotel gives homey and relaxing vibes. It was quite an escape for me. The food was also great, I won't miss the main courses at breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I highly appreciate how well the trainees served the guests. The pool might want to provide some floats, kick boards or toys for the kids who swim there. Since there's no slides in the pool, some equipment might be great to get the kids excited to swim.

Service not up to standards for a 5 stars hotel. Unacceptable wait 30 minutes for a simple Coca Cola in coffee Lounge. In the Grill night the pool bar closed 30 minutes before schedule not in a polited way, refusing drinks to other arriving guests, while one of the workers was make up herself inside the bar
• Rosita (5/5): I'm sorry I won't comeback to stay here again - only its swimming pool The front desk officer weren't give quick solution, I have to waiting for half hour then decided to go down to tell them directly about the broken air conditioning. I told them I wanna new room because of it. And it hadn't any balcony/terrace, but the description written that it has in each room. I got new room with dirty shower floor, broken wallpaper and dirty floor, too. I think because of it is 5 star hotel so I have high expectation. But I definitely won't comeback here again.
