Mohamed (1/5): Horrible - I’m sorry but the cleanliness is not as expected . The toilet floor is dirty and slimy . No hotel slippers provided at least can be used in that dirty toilet. The towel is super old and look filthy too.. even the bedsheet is not white anymore… if you know what I mean . And it is VERY SMALL AND CRAMP … for the price compared to other hotel in jogja … NOT RECOMMENDED . I can tolerate the small room but I cannot tolerate the slimy dirty toilet floor ! The cleanliness is zero . Please change your towel and bedsheet to new ones. And it’s multilevel … and some floor you have to carry your heavy bags to your room cannot use the elevator. NOT PRACTICAL ! Will not come again. Sorry

Hari (8/5): Strategic location - A super strategic location—just 100 meters from Malioboro, one of the main tourist areas, and only a 3-minute ride by online taxi to the train station. Although the bathroom is spacious, the room is too small, making it difficult to move around freely.

Hari (8/5): Strategic location - Location is excellent: situated in the downtown area and only just less than 100 meter from the cultural site of Malioboro street, and it is only about 600 meters from the main train station. The room is very small despite having a large bathroom. It is not easy to move around and organise my belongings in the room.

Air conditioning was locked and centrally controlled for whole building. Wish we could’ve adjusted temp within our room because sometimes too cold for us.

Gwenny (10/5): My nice hotel - The location, the food, the room with great windows to a little garden in front of the window. The room is clean, the bathroom is large with hot water everytime. The staff is friendly. The rooftop is great when it comes to see the sunrise. Recommended hotel to stay near Malioboro, train station, even the Palace. Wish you success. I like everything in this hotel.

Janettad (8/5): Hotel located in Malioboro - Great location, comfortable beds, good variety for breakfast - waffles and fruit were great. Beds feel too big for the size of the room. Bathroom is aging.

Close to the hustle and bustle of Malioboro street but far enough from the crowds to be peaceful and quiet. Other guests smoking in the atrium meant smoke wafted through some of the common areas, however none entered our room.

葉 (5/5): The room is dirty and uncomfortable. - The hotel is located in the center of Jalan Malioboro, it’s very convenient to hang around, grab some food and go shopping. The room is VERY dirty, especially the bathroom. The smell is very terrible, and I can see mold around the toilet and on the floor. Also, I can see stain on the bed, which is very disgusting.

Ennie_79 (4/5): Not good - The location is perfect, a few steps away from Malioboro. The junior suit is spacious with comfy king size bed. Breakfast included. The staff was not helpful, especially the receptionist. As the first person we met at the hotel, she failed to make us feel welcome and made the rest of the stay unpleasant. Information provided in booking.com was not accurate. It said the extra bed cost IDR 150k, in reality they charge 250k. The receptionist was defensive, eventhough I show her the price shown in the app for 150k. She asked me to call Booking.com but she cannot help me with the number. I did make a reservation for an extra bed in the app. Again, she choosed not to belive me. The junior suit was a bit dark due to lack of lighting and no window (1 fake window). The airco was really noisy. I choose the hotel because they have a lift for my elderly parents with heart condition, but in reality the lift can be accessed after climbing some stairs. This hotel is not diffable friendly eventhough they have a lift.
Irmawati (7/5): Good - I like the location of the hotel, I like the bathroom and the bed so comfortable I dont like the breakfast, they served alacarte and with no choice. only nasi goreng. I asked for bread the gave 2 pcs of bread with jam.
