Robinpreet (1/5): Bad - The residence was too good 😊 1. The Staff was very poor. I ordered a beer at 08.00 PM. And the waiter said they don't have drinks. But I said I need one beer. He said to me he can get the drinks to me from the local beer shop. but you can pay for extra charge i.e 300/- per beer. And I said ok. but he said I can take minimum three bottles from the local shop. As i already said I just need one beer. And he tells I never go to local shop for a one beer bottle. Then he gave me 2 bottles of beer. I give 1000/- to him. but he returns only 200/- to me. My only question is I just need one bottle of beer then why I can buy 2 bottles of beer. and 2nd thing is when he said 300/- per bottle then why he is cutting the extra charges. Secondly the extra food charges in the hotel bill. My wife eats dinner in the room. But on that time I'm not hungry. I just eats one sweet dish and one glass of water near around 10.00 clock but he counts in the dine in two pers i.e 550/- per head and my bill is 1100/- which is not understood.

Matthew (2/5): Extremely overpriced, unruly, loud, unhygienic mess..... - Nightime manager was able to solve the unruly, loud unhygienic conditions of the hotel... The Hotel was incredibly overpriced. It was extremely loud. Children were running the hall all hours of the night while their parents played cards in their room with the doors open. Food that was placed outside during the night had still not been removed by 10am in the morning. Also, it should be noted that my family is Indian and was appalled by the conditions. It is not a place to bring children who need proper sleep.

Vikas (9/5): Superb - Evening event was great but is last only for a week. food was just okay though starters were good. staff , specially Madhuri was a super host. washrooms were not clean at all. food took too long to prepare. breakfast was just average.

The sports facility was in a very bad shape - everyhing broke

SAK (4/5): - We checked in late in this hotel after a long day of travel. Our room was unique in the sense that it opened right into the open dinning area which was inconvenient. Noted most of the rooms in the hotel also had its entrance from the dinning area. People could peep into our room when we open the door, we could smell the food from our room and off course could hear the noise and music playing outside the room. The room was not prepared well for us. The TV was displaying that it needs to be have recharged to view the channels. The shower was not in working conditions. These issues were corrected after 1.5 hrs of check in and only when the manager of the hotel intervened. We would have expected a better quality stay in this well rated hotel.
Ronald (4/5): Is ver van de stad, redelijk rustig. - WC werkte niet, evenals het beloofde whirlpool bad. Onhandig douchen in enorme badkuip dus met te korte douche slang. Snel wifi niet aanwezig. De prijs staat niet in verhouding met de beloofde en geboden faciliteiten / service. Men spreekt gebrekkig Engels.
vinod (2/5): Avoid this place - The hotel does not has proper power backups, I had to stay in dark multiple times. Bathrooms has just hot water in summers. 1 out of 5 power pins were working in my room. The wall paint was falling down. The wall was dampened. There were not enough towels in the bathroom. There were no spa services where they boast about them. No transport available at hotel, I asked the front desk to arrange a taxi twice, but they overheard and did not do anything about this. I won't recommend this to anyone.
