• Thomas (8/5): Heel leuk en vriendelijk personeel, ze antwoorden wel snel als je iets nodig hebt en waren super lief! - De ligging en het personeel. De tv werkte niet. Het water van de douche was niet warm (het water werd niet warm warm, het was nog juist voldoende koel gelukkig).

• Jessica (7/5): Good value for money - Great price for the location. The room was huge, clean and pretty quiet. I had some questions and issues with the online check in but the team responded very fast and got it sorted. They also allowed me to park in the car park before check in, which was super handy as paid parking in the area is really expensive. There were only 2-3 cars parked there during my stay, so plenty of space. - The room was a little outdated compared to the photos, but nothing major - The shower was super awkward, you had to hold the shower head - The check in code was sent via SMS, but the check in system would only let me input my Canadian number, which I couldn't receive SMSs to while overseas. Luckily I had got a local SIM so the team resent the details to that number, not sure why they can't just send it via email - There was a fob in the room that said it was for Perky food discounts, but no other instructions so I wasn't sure where it could actually be used

• Matthew (9/5): Lovely place, automations didn't entirely work. - Clean, comfortable, nice view. Much of it was automated (no reception, get a code texted to you to open doors, which didn't work), which then didn't really work and we had to call someone. Given the host in the morning was lovely, why not just have a human being there or nearby to welcome and help.

• Chris (9/5): - Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist, das Apartment war in 3 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war überragend und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Uns hat der Essensraum mit gut ausgestatteter Gemeinschaftsküche sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige Manko für mich waren sehr harte Betten, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.

You get discount in other facilities of Pekyho in town Multiple facilities in the town are run by the 1 company with a centralized reception. I think that works great, but it took us some time to figure it all out. A better guide would help a lot. Wifi was acting up during the evenings...

Pokoje czyste, przytulne, nowocześnie urządzone. Śniadania bardzo dobre - było wszystko co potrzeba, dodatkowo cudowne widoki za oknem jadalni. Obsługa, bardzo miła i sympatyczna, służąca pomocą w każdej sytuacji. Duży plus za świetnie wyposażoną saunę!

• Peter (10/5): Great place for vacation with family or friends with exceptional communty spaces and friendly staff. - The breakfast was like in a 4-star Hotel. Having a community kitchen and full dining hall + cosy sofa corner available for use at any time is great. The rooms are clean with a beautiful view, at a great location, and with friendly staff. Nothing serious! The bed was a bit hard for me, causing temporary back pain, but that happens to me at many places.

• Eleonora (10/5): Skvelé ubytovanie blízko železničnej stanice - Boli sme veľmi spokojní :-) Ubytovanie na pár dní v horách absolútne postačujúce. Čisto, teplo, tichá lokalita, blízko železničnej stanice, skvelé raňajky. Vstup cez kód bezproblémový. Všetko bolo super.

• Áčko (8/5): Ubytování+ lyžování - - Co se týče ubytování není co vytknout krásné čisté snídaně parádní.Vyhled z okna neskutečný.Bez personálu ale ráno na snídani byl přítomný hodný a milý po telefonu taky šlo vše vyřešit.Parkoviste u hotelu WiFi. Ubytování je bez obsluhy nešel nám otevřít pokoj po příjezdu i když jsme obdrželo kód ale po telefonu vše vyřešili. V ubytování je sauna musí se objednat telefonicky stojí 30€ na 2 hoďky nešlo objednat na míň byl jsem že synem nevím co by sme v jedné sauně dělali dvě hodiny chtělo jsme se již ohřát na 20 min. Ubytování volne až od 16 hodiny to mi přijde trošku pozdě opustit musíte do 10 hodin. Největší sklamani bylo z lyžařského areálu ceny jak v Rakousku ale kvalita nikde.Listek bylo možné koupít jenom celodenní i když jsme lyzovali půl dne 63€ dospělí 45€ dítě 13 let docela drahý na to že fungovala jedna sedačková lanovka a jedna puma dolů jste jeli 3 min 2 volné svahy úzké plné lidi.Nefungoval ski Park, Otevírací doba od 8:30 do 15:30 taky slabý.Prvni den se porouchala Sedláčková lanovka ve 15 už ji neopravili žádná náhrada ani výhoda na další den Restaurace pod svahem omezené jídlo když jste přišli na oběd později a drahé.Jedine pozitivum krásné slunečné prostředí a nádherné panorama ale za to může příroda vše ostatní byla hrůza.Ski pásy nešli vrátit i když za ně chtěli 3 € za mně velké sklamani byl jsem v lepších a delších lyžařských areálech za min peněz a delší čas.Za dva dny jsem tam já táta se synem za ski pásy ubytko stravu nechali 17 000 korun coz mi přijde úlet za ty peníze v pohodě týden lyžování v Orlických horách se skipasy jídlem i úbytkem.

• Alena (10/5): - Ubytovanie sa mi celkovo páčilo. Izba aj spoločné priestory sú vždy čisté a upratané. Izba je útulná a spolu s kúpeľňou vždy čistá. Vybavenie izby je rovnako úplne postačujúce, TV, varná kanvica, čajík, káva. Oceňujem aj pohodlnosť postelí a vankúšov. Rovnako keď človek príde už v chladnejšom počasí dnu, je tam príjemne teplo. Navyše aj personál ubytovania je veľmi ochotný a milý. Neboli sme prvýkrát, vieme prečo :) Nemám výhrady.

From the pictures it looked like the room we booked has a balcony, so we were a bit disappointed when we found out that there wasn't one. A small warning that only some of the triple rooms have balcony might be helpful.

• Emilia (9/5): Lovely stay at Vila Emma, I would pay double what I payed for another stay in room 3C :) - The dreamiest view from your window, a brilliant location. Very comfortable bed with great facilities in the room - kettle, tea and coffee etc. Friendly staff, helped me with questions about hiking. Very good breakfast with many options. This isn’t something I didn’t like but more something I noticed. I arrived to Štrbské Pleso early in the morning and enquired if I was able to store my luggage in the hotel so I could explore or possibly start hiking. The hotel said no which was fine so I waited until 4 to check in. All was well until the morning I checked out, a couple had come in at 9am with a reservation for that day, asking if they could store their luggage while they hiked. The staff said yes which was nice of them however, I wasn’t allowed to so I thought it a bit unfair as I waited all day with my huge bag.
