• Jean (6/5): - Tant la maison que la vue et le village sont d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Il y a un grand jardin avec plusieurs terrasses. En avril, tout est en fleur, c'est paradisiaque. Pour nous, le niveau de rangement et de propreté était insuffisant (trop de poussière et de bric-à-brac).

• Danelia (1/5): Not pleasant - There was no breakfast included It was so dirty. The toilet bowl had excrement on it.the sink had not been cleaned. Overall the property had dirty floors, spider webs on the legs of the beds and dirt over the tables and other surfaces

• Yvette (9/5): An authentic and quiet place. A wonderful respite in our very busy holiday. - This charming authentic stone house was the highlight of our 3 week Cretan holiday. So quiet and peaceful! I wish we would have booked at least 2 more days. this is not a spa experience you can get anywhere in the world, this is a home you can only find in Crete! The driveway was quite rocky and steep, but not unusual for Crete. That is also what makes it so private and up off of the road (which is still a very quiet road!)
• Hanna (10/5): One of the kind, unforgettable authentic experience of life on Crete - Finding yourself in Anna and Michalis' (warm, kind, caring hosts who will give you best advice what (not) to do on Crete) house is like winning a lottery ticket. Traditional and at the same time equipped with absolutely everything you might need to live and relax independently and comfortably in a mountain village - this cottage is the perfect shelter from tourism, mass and banality. Picturesquely situated, with a beautiful garden and an olive grove uphill, with a soul and family history, allowing you to feel like you got to the heart of Crete. If you are looking for stunning sunrises, or romantic sunsets, valuable encounter with the locals rather than tourists, an authentic experience of this unique island, breath, or maybe inspiration - book immediately when you see it's available. Ideal for couples. A few tips: you'd better rent a car - it will make getting to the place and visiting villages and tavernas around easier. This is not a mainstream all inclusive type of thing, but a real, traditional house in the middle of hills, so you are a guest of the surrounding nature too:) The biggest problem comes when you realise you have to leave - you wouldn't want and you will start thinking how to come back, settle and start producing your own olive oil!;)
• Catherine (10/5): A perfect getaway . - Wonderful location. Simple and charming house with secluded garden and excellent views. Though the temperature was in the high 30s it was unnecessary to use air conditioning as the stone walls kept the rooms very cool.
• Richard (10/5): Peace whilst looking at an incredible view! - We loved the traditional charm of the place, rustic to say the least! The view was incredible and the location was perfect to explore the western end of the island. Very secluded too, Olive trees as far as the eye could see. It’s not mine!
