- ashley (3/5): Normally my fav spot but there’s always a first🤷🏽♀️ - Normally staff there was amazing I did encounter the hostess she was different from the hostess I’ve met in the past she was extremely rude and very demeaning I’ve never experienced that n all the years I’ve visited this establishment Unfortunately there was a gathering in the room below me and it was so bad bc I had a flight in the morning and at 3 am up to a qtr to 5 they were dragging furniture it just mad no sense the constant banging and carrying on I thought the zoo was in town 🙄

- Martin (4/5): Disappointing and won’t stay again - The property was fine and included covered parking but nothing special about it at all. The staff was mostly disappointing and acted like the guest were a bother to deal with but what was most concerning was the noise in the room. There was a sweet 16 party happening in the ballroom and our room, on the second floor, was directly above the ballroom and we could hear the music as if it was playing loudly in our room. Management should avoid having guest stay in room directly above the ballroom if an event is happening.

I moved rooms for the second night I stayed thinking it would resolve the issues of cleanliness and noise. Unfortunately - The guest next to me was smoking cigarettes all night. - Sarah (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Very good coffee, convenient location, amenities were as promised. The "river view" room was really a I-87 view room; very noisy, although that didn't bother me that much. The sound bleed from other rooms was noticeable, though, and in a hotel should not be an issue. A friend arranged a room-service plate for me that was not correct (had meat, I'm vegetarian) and not labeled.

- ashley (2/5): I’ve had better stays here, but there’s always a next time - The bar as always the bartender is always friendly and kind and offers a great experience the front desk as always courteous the manager on duty was patient and attending to my needs and the room As always was exceptional The hostess for the restaurant was extremely rude. I’ve never dealt with that in the seven years I’ve been going to that hotel. I simply inquired about the portion of the desert because I’ve had it numerous times in the summer there and was given a very haute and judgmental attitude.So rather than argue, I asked for a secondary piece and was basically ignored she walked away from the podium back into the kitchen. Was there for several minutes, never came back so instead I went to the bar decided to return the dessert and instead just take a drink, the body shaming from the hostess was absolutely disgusting. Also the extreme noise well into and throughout the night slowly ceasing after 4:10am

Convenient, free parking. The bath towels were disappointing. Why put super cheap towels in that nice bathroom?

- Amy (8/5): - I stay here often, as my Dad lives around the corner at an assisted living facility and I fly in from California to visit. The location is so convenient. Easy to get to Westchester, NJ, NYC.. near tons of shopping, etc. The restaurant is good and they have a nice pool and a gym. They really need to put in an automatic door open at the front entrance. I know they have an ADA entrance around the side, but really should have it at the front too. I’m not handicapped, but it always bothers me to have to manage holding the door open while bringing in heavy suitcases. It would feel more professional, inclusive and welcoming if they installed an automatic door at the front entrance - that’s an investment they need to make. A minor thing is to have an overhead light in the room, rather than only lamps and pump hand soap instead of bar soap for hands - it gets messy since there’s no soap dish.

This particular time, I wasn’t too pleased. There was an issue with the room door. So we were moved to a smaller room. I didn’t pay to be moved to a smaller room. I would have paid the difference to be moved to a bigger room. I didn’t get what I paid for. I like this hotel, but I am really disappointed with this stay. Another thing, the parking situation was horrible. Hotel guests had no parking spots because of social events that are in the hotel. Shouldn’t there be dedicated parking spots for hotel guests?? I had to wait close to an hour for a parking spot to free up. This really has to change.

We were charged 100$ at check in, even though we already have given them our credit card. It was supposed to be for incidentals, and we are waiting to get it back

It was just a little busy checking in and we had to wait for a while for our room and actually never got a text that our room was ready which was a little bit unexpected. I had to go in and check and I was told my room was ready, but never got a text.

My air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep consistently. The elevator wreaked of weed.
- Carolyn (6/5): The hotel was fine for a one night stay, but would not choose it for extended stay. - Overall appearance of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel was well maintained. Staff was friendly. There was no hairdryer in our room. When one was requested it was promptly delivered to the room. No cup in bathroom or near coffee maker for water if we didn’t want to buy the Fugi water. There was no guide services and when “hotel info” was accessed on tv there was a “no info” message.

The amenities were nice. The lighting in our room was not sufficient. It was difficult to see comfortably even when all the lights in the room were on. Even the lighting in the bathroom was too dim to put on makeup. The air that flowed all day & night through the ductwork in our room on the 4th floor was very loud, even with ear plugs.

My money was temporarily stolen and will not be returned for 3 days from end of stay. Destination charge for coffee and tea in lobby. Fruit was bananas that for me were too ripe to enjoy and granola type cookies. Coffee ran out. $25 per night was excessive for what was offered.

- Sarah (7/5): Great location and staff, poor breakfast and odd decorating - The staff was excellent— friendly and attentive! We especially liked Tyler who helped us check in. There was a lot of noise in the room. We were on the top floor, but there were lots of noises coming from the pipes and the roof which woke us up a lot through the night. The decor is odd— industrial with frilly chandeliers and weird Rorschach wallpaper plus a giant ornate mirror facing the bed. The towels were like giant exfoliating cloths. We paid $22 for the buffet breakfast which included hard old pancakes (inedible), cold potatoes, and hard stale muffins. Definitely disappointing.

- Brady (2/5): sorry I book. I relied on the reviews. I do have to say the food and waitress were great. - breakfast The room , bed, pillows, dry air, you could not see out of the windows or open if wanted to. everything was dated and the bathroom and towel situation forget it.
- Isabella (7/5): - Clean, comfortable, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Delicious breakfast. Some noise from the highway, but overall could sleep without interruptions. Bizarre decor and space (appears to be a converted factory), especially the massive sliding doors to the bathroom which are hard to move and generate a lot of noise - was woken up in the middle of the night when the guest above slammed them. The shared area downstairs with the restaurant was cold for the first two days, later a heater was added which was an improvement.

- Brown (9/5): A beautiful experience, great place to to stay for your anniversary ! - Property was exceptional, it smells so good inside the building , the hallways and in the rooms , food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful . Room service was a bit slow and we couldn’t order food to our room but that was literally the only thing that was less than perfect

- George (7/5): - It's a pretty hotel with some very nice hip touches. But the one place to sit in our room had a torn seat. There were no kleenexes in the room. Just the Kleenex empty box. The heating system needs to be updated! But it really was all okay
- Virgil (7/5): Nice stay with minimal problems. - It was a nice room. Clean with beautiful furnishings. The only thing was that the toiletries did not work, nice products but the dispensers didn’t work, I couldn’t shampoo or get the body wash out. Hidden fees, resort tax????

- Nicole (8/5): Great location and nice room - Finding the hotel and parking were very easy. The room was great and spacious. Granola provided was excellent! The only complaint I have was the gym located outside of the hotel and limited machines to use.
