- Heather (7/5): I would definitely keep going here. - Quiet for the most part. Location and staff is good Some of the facilities need to be fixed. Washer and Dryer definitely questionable, loose facets, heat set a little low for this time of year.
- Heather (7/5): - Nice location and quiet Thin walls, horrible washer and dryer
- Katelynn (10/5): Fun for a night stay - It was tucked away
- Rhonda (4/5): A decent place to sleep. - exterior of property very nice, overall well kept and attractive. Price of cold drinks in the machine very reasonable. A curb by the parking sidewalk area was broken, creating a fall hazard. Inside of room needs a thorough cleaning. Doors on the bathroom vanity need to be replaced, they are swollen and obviously impossible to clean. Bathtub tile surround has grout missing, corners of room not clean, The television does not work properly, even with a second remote to operate TV.

- Lori (8/5): - Good location, nice staff, affordable
- Declan (8/5): -
- Stephen (5/5): Ashford Motel a nice place for travelers on nearby Interstate highway; - Good, efficient, no frills accommodations. Lighting in room needs improvement; only one lamp for room on night stand, no lamp for table / desk for reading or desk work. Chair for table / desk could be improved, perhaps an executive type chair for guest who prefers table / desk time during stay. Please see examples attached. Thank You.

- Jessica (10/5): My stay was very quiet and relaxing. - This motel was very quiet. It was tucked away from the main road. It made for a very relaxing stay. Very little traffic in and out of the area compared to other places I've stayed. There's really nothing bad that i can say about this location.

- lindawashere (2/5): Avoid if U don't want to pay twice and have hassle getting refund - Was booked at reasonable rate via booking.com, the hotel charged us again at full rate and said to booking.com we were a no show. We told the hotel we booked thru booking.com, but it was a teenage boy on reception dealing with us rather than the owners.
Argued for three weeks back and forth and eventually got refunded the cheaper rate.
The place was old and needs some tlc would be ok at booking.com rate but definitely not worth the higher rate.
Definitely do not recommend just for the hassle, I got myoney back but only because I pursued it and kept prompting.

- LeBlanc (10/5): Good - Nice bathroom and beds we’re comfortable Maybe add more shampoo for two people
- KB (5/5): Affordable ,very clean, right next to highway, better if we had a new mattress. - Rooms were very clean. No wifi, our mattress you could feel the springs, did not sleep well.
- Paul (5/5): - Room was better than last time. Person at front desk clearly hates his job. Zero personality
- James (9/5): Quiet peaceful out of the way - Quiet, location Far from all food or entertainment
- Nathaniel (8/5): - Convenient, clean No in room coffee, mattress a little tired
- Kevin (8/5): Very helpful staff - Accessibility from the highway No coffee or tea facilities in the room
- Adriana (2/5): -
- Maria (8/5): Estuvo bien tranquila me gustó no era lo k esperaba pero estuvo bien - Los empleados La alfombra
- Clifford (6/5): - Quiet, and clean. No amenities at all not even coffee. No close by restaurants or convenience stores. True 50’s motel with a bed, a chair, and a TV. I’d stay again because it served my purpose but would bring coffee and plenty of snacks
- dannielle (9/5): - The location was great, right off the highway but also off the beaten path so it was very quiet. The staff was great, very efficient. One employee (possibly maintenance) was very rude. The first night I stayed I was smoking in my car. I honestly forgot about the dead cigarettes and threw it in the parking lot. He came from across the lot and screamed (literally) " I spend a lot of time cleaning this place for you to just make a damn mess. Don't just leave your trash in my parking lot." This was the very first time he even spoke to me. I actually apologized because I normally don't do that but all he had to do was ask me pick it up and I would have had no issues with it as I made the mess. Then on the day I was checking out I was late as I am used to 11 am check out not 10. We were getting stuff from the room to my car, had the door open and I jumped into the shower while my husband was packing up. He walked by the room 6-7 times peaking in and saying "check out is 10" every single time. The manager had no issues as I spoke with him. Unfortunately he would be the only reason I second guess staying there.

- Roberto Kennedy (3/5): - Silencioso. Limpeza bem ruim.
- Simone (4/5): - After getting a THIRD room, the inside of the room was visibly decent.
First room (#7) - strong smell of smoke. I requested a non-smoking room. We were quickly switched to a different room.
Second room (#5) - one of the beds had a mattress spring sticking out over 2 inches on the edge of the mattress on the side that was between the 2 beds. Yes, I got cut on it. The female attendant gave me a hard time when I requested another room stating they were full. I insisted she come to my room and do something with the mattress since I felt it UNSAFE to sleep on it with the spring protruding out. SHE did. She tried to push the spring in with her hands. No luck. I again repeated that this mattress was dangerous to sleep on and again told her to switch my room. I also mentioned to her in the room, that there was somebody else's food in the fridge as well as some of their clothes found in the corner of the room between the bed and AC unit. She finally agreed to switch me to another room (#19)
Upon returning for the second night, the room was not cleaned. We also did not get any towels. I had to ask for towels.
*Make a better choice. Spend a little more money. Your health and safety is worth it.
- Brittney (9/5): -
- Erin (8/5): - Allowed early check in. Friendly staff
- Nancy (10/5): - Hotel is easy to get to, lots of parking, good price.
- Diana (6/5): Two stars, at most. - The rooms are extremely outdated. Beds are not comfortable at all. Sheets were clean but not exactly comfortable. Walls are all in need of a good scrub and fresh coat of paint. There are no phones in the room in case of an emergency. Sadly, I was hardly able to sleep because I wasn’t physically or mentally comfortable. Might not be terrible for those that are used to this type of motel, but I will definitely pay more for a better hotel for our next trip.
- Sascha (5/5): -
- Brooks (10/5): Enjoyable ! - Perfect quiet getaway motel. Nothing
- Matthew (10/5): - Great location and rates
- Karen (4/5): Will not stay there again! - Bathroom was dirty
Room had patches on the wall
Could not operate the tv?? The location
- Denise (6/5): -
- M (9/5): - Staff was very nice.
- Eileen (5/5): - Low cost, convenient location to Sturbridge, and right off the highway. The room was dated and slightly dirty. We found a large pile of cracker crumbs near the bed and hair in the shower. We also found spiders in the bathroom and bedroom, but the motel is in a wooded area. Had to go to the front desk to ask for a hair dryer. The only outlet in the bathroom was in the light fixture above the sink which we could barely reach. But, the hair dryer plug did not fit in this outlet. We finally located an outlet in the room to use the hair dryer. The hair dryer sounded like a jet taking off but barely worked to dry my hair. The curtains did not block light which made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully we were only there two nights.
- Argentina (3/5): - Reasonably clean Too expensive for what it is
- Greg (2/5): Even with the low price, the room was not worthy of the cost. - The room is in need of renovation. Filthy rug, dingy walls with faded, dirty and peeling paint. Neglecting to put a coat of paint on the walls shows a total disinterest in the property and a lack of respect for their customers. Poor lighting
- Stephanie (4/5): Never again - The beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible.
- MARC (9/5): Good value motor inn - Clean, quiet and in good condition for a motor inn. Staff were friendly and helpful
- Steven (5/5): -
- John From VPW (7/5): -
- Claire (4/5): I was underwhelmed by this experience. - It was convenient to the highway. There was no easy access to getting a meal.
- Suzanne (6/5): -
- Keith (10/5): -
- Seth (9/5): -
- Terry (10/5): - A good little out of the way motel. Nice and quiet and reasonably priced.
- junhao (1/5): -
- Boone (1/5): Terrible - The location was convenient This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The clerk was not friendly at all. The room was dirty and smelled very bad.
- M (8/5): -
- Cheryl (7/5): A good place to sleep off the beaten path. - It was quiet, clean, very reasonably priced for the location and given that we were looking for a place to crash for just the night before driving home. The pillows weren’t great, and it’s a little out of date but overall was good.
- Jessica (7/5): - It was quiet The bathroom door was difficult to close and open. The floor had a hump in it
- Andie (8/5): Coffee-less but comfortable - We enjoyed our stay, the only issues were lack of some standard hotel items, namely a coffee machine, alarm clock and phone. There was a microwave and refrigerator, but the only cups were plastic so using the microwave to heat water for instant coffee wasn't even a possibility. If you don't care about coffee or alarm clocks, we found everything else sufficient.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Dont Stay Here - Homeless people living here long term. Noisy and hotel staff tells you up front they wont handle noise complaints. Staff offered to move us to a different room for our 3rd night after we couldnt sleep due to all the riff raff living there. We hadnt even booked a 3rd night and will never come back to this place. Should have slept in the car and saved money
- Blouin (8/5): Very good -
- Bearce (1/5): Bad - Staff and location Bathroom was dirty no water pressure not much hot water. No cable channels like it said only sling TV. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Gross stain in bottom off shower.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (8/5): Clean and quiet at an affordable price right of the highway - Affordable clean and quiet Washing facilities were a little sketchy and it was $6.00 to wash and dry a load. No change machine. Could not find the ice machine.
- Ollie (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, near the interstate, nice & quiet.
- Sabra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sunshine (4/5): Disappointing -
