Le petit déjeuner est excellent et l'hôte vraiment accueillante. J'ai eu du mal à trouver l'entrée car l'adresse ne correspond pas sur le GPS.

• Maximilian (9/5): Traumhafte Aussicht über die Region; eines der besten Frühstücke die wir in Italien hatten. - Das Frühstück war einfach super lecker mit einer tollen Aussicht. Einfach spektakulär. Das Frühstück hatte vieles zu bieten (Rührei, Schinken, Käse, selbstgemachter Joghurt, Cornflakes, selbstgemachte Marmeladen, Filterkaffee, Tee etc) sogar eine Café Latte wurde uns auf Wunsch zu Reiter. Carmilla war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer (ich glaube es hieß Magnolia) hatte eine normale gute Größe und ist im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad mit Fenster zwar klein aber für Dusche etc absolut ausreichend. Wir sind über Straße und Felder nach San Gimignano gelaufen (ca. 1h), was eine tolle “Wanderung” war mit schöner Aussicht. Eigener Parkplatz war auch gut und sicher. Es war ehrlich gesagt alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut. Leider öffnet der Pool erst im Mai, somit konnten wir ihn noch nicht genießen, was aber bestimmt super ist bei der tollen Aussicht! Wenn man es noch weiter verbessern wollte, wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer gut um Getränke und kleine Speisen dort kühlen zu können, aber es hat uns nicht gestört.

Les repas sont vraiment délicieux et le déjeuner avec des plats cuisinés maison est le meilleur de notre voyage. Le lit est très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et la salle de bain parfaite. Nous sommes des amoureux des chats et l’accueil sympathique de Catalina, Margarita et Violeeta nous a conquis. Vraiment un lieu où on se sent chez-soi! Merci!

Ottime le torte della Signora fatte con prodotti freschi ma se arrivavi al limite dell’orario non trovavi nulla. Anche le uova ottime ma rischiavi di no. Trovare nulla se arrivavi tardi( sempre nella fascia oraria della colazione) . Le stanze sono carine ma senza TV, non necessaria ma può essere carina averla soprattutto quando piove ( come è successo durante il nostro soggiorno) . Con la bella stagione é sicuramente più gradevole perché si può godere della vista sulle colline e della piscina

• Matt (8/5): A lovely Tuscan experience - Carmella was a lovely host. We loved watching her prepare the meals for dinner. We also loved the property cats and Luna the Maremma. Waking up in the morning to the Tuscan scenery that was touched with morning sun was like a dream.

• Asia (9/5): Autentico, rilassante e piacevole. - Avendo soggiornato una notte, abbiamo usufruito della stanza per un breve periodo, ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'Agriturismo si trova a pochi chilometri dal centro di San Gimignano, con un comodissimo parcheggio, in un ambiente silenzioso e rilassante. La stanza era perfetta e comoda per il breve soggiorno. Inoltre, abbiamo usufruito della cucina della gentilissima proprietaria che, insieme alle sue bellissime gatte e alla sua cagnolona, ci hanno offerto una cena autentica e saporita, che ci ha saziato e accompagnato nel nostro weekend toscano. Anche la colazione era ottima.

It is located in the countryside on a farm and therefore very quiet and peaceful. There were no coffee and tea facilities in the room. They could be a little more generous with the shower gel and shampoo sachets.

Lovely lady working for Carmella at breakfast! 1. Carmella is very short-tempered. Another reviewer had described it as walking on eggshells around her. Very true. 2. We read nothing online in the description or in any reviews about the multiple stairs to get to the apartment and into the bathroom (see photo)! If you choose to stay here, and you do not want to haul your suitcases up a large flight of steep marble stairs, be sure to ask for first floor rooms. 3. Description clearly states toiletries provided. We received an extremely small sliver of soap which was scotch taped in brown paper, and two shower gels in paper packets that were impossible to open in the shower. Bring scissors with you into the shower. Two people for three nights, and although our bed was made every day, the shower packets were never replaced. 4. Carmela is often defensive in her responses to somewhat negative reviews… It will be interesting to see how she responds to this one…It was unfortunately a somewhat stressful stay for the four of us.

• CINZIA (7/5): Adatta soprattutto agli stranieri piuttosto che ad una clientela italiana - L’agriturismo nel suo insieme è una bella struttura. La posizione è molto bella Le camere sono pulite ma il bagno era piccolo senza bidet e la doccia piccolina. La prima sera appena arrivati la stanza fredda e la signora alla mia richiesta di scaldare ha risposto che secondo lei nn faceva freddo. Mi ha portato una ulteriore coperta!

Drie dagen hebben we genoten van haar viergangen menu. Zo puur, echt top!! Ook voorzag ze ons van informatie over de streek en die hebben we opgevolgd, prachtige routes gereden Naar onze mening zouden er wat verbeteringen kunnen worden aangebracht in de badkamers, het is allemaal wat gedateerd

Gaila, kad viešbutis negalėjo pasiūlyti geros kavos, juk mes Italijoje. Gaila, kad rezervavus kambarį ir likus savaitei iki kelionės gavome pranešimą, kad vakarienės negalės pasiūlyti, nes užsidarė restoranas. Teko vakarieniauti važiuoti į miestelį, ko pasekoje nespėjome pasidžiaugti baseino malonumais, nes jo darbo laikas trumpas.

• gloria (7/5): Relax e pace per qualche giorno nella semplicità - -Posizione ottima per raggiungere San Gimignano( circa 10 minuti) con vista panoramica sulle colline toscane -Pace, tranquillità e relax durante la giornata, soprattutto la mattina in cui a svegliarti sono i rumori della natura -Colazione buona e varia con dolce e salato; quasi i tutti i componenti home made (per esempio marmellate, torta, uova) -Accoglienza e disponibilità delle proprietarie - Letto e cuscini non molto comodi (matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli) -Doccia con tenda - Qualche cimice/ ragnatela di troppo nella stanza (considerabile condizione normale essendo immersi nella natura però probabilmente è stata lasciata la porta d’ingresso aperta per un po’) -Prese della corrente poche e in una posizione non comoda (per esempio per mettere in carica il cellulare)

• Markus (10/5): - Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich rustikal mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet. Das zugebuchte Abendmenue wurde frisch und ohne "Pülverchen" gekocht und schmeckte wundervoll. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war sehr gut. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt, der leider viel zu kurz war.
• Warren (7/5): Great location but could do with some little touches to make you feel more welcome. - Views were great and great central location for visiting towns such as San Gimignano, Volterra, and Monteriggioni. Breakfast was always good and the 4 course dinner is definitely worth trying. Luna the Maremma dog is lovely and enjoys a pat. Having a small fridge in the room would be a great asset and helpful for those that want to keep wine/food items cold. The bathrooms are very pokey for an average size person. You do feel like you are walking around on eggshells a little with Carmella.

• Anke (9/5): Die gute Lage ermöglicht es, von hier aus die Toskana zu erkunden. - Besonders hat uns die Lage gefallen. Auch die tägliche Abkühlung im Pool hat gut getan. Das Abend-Menü war sehr gut und mit viel Liebe von Carmela zubereitet. Grazie!

• Rebecca (8/5): - Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo agriturismo, immerso nel verde e a pochi minuti di macchina da San Gimignano. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità pur rimanendo vicino alle bellezze della zona. La struttura è bella e si integra perfettamente nel paesaggio circostante. Le camere sono pulite, con una manutenzione che definirei nella media. La colazione era buona. L'area della piscina è un po' trascurata, ma nel complesso l'agriturismo è una bella base di partenza per esplorare la Toscana. Il personale è stato discretamente cordiale e disponibile. In generale, è una buona opzione per chi cerca un soggiorno semplice e rilassante. Avremmo apprezzato per la colazione una maggiore attenzione alle esigenze di chi ha intolleranze o segue una dieta vegana.
