- JOHN (2/5): Roach Motel - 10 out of 10 would not recomend. Looks terrible on the out side. When we went in our room and moved the chair roaches ran out from under it.

- Olivia (2/5): - I can not believe Expedia even lists this motel on their website. The photos are outdated. In my room the armchair had giant tears in the fabric, the shower had mold, the smoke detector was hanging by a loose wire, and lamps had no bulbs, etc. After a close inspection of the sheets with a flashlight, I was concerned about bed bugs and left the property after 20 minutes. The front desk attendant was nice enough but I did not want another room so I opted to leave. There's nothing he could've done to fix the situation other than offer me a refund but sadly I booked through Expedia.
- Robert (6/5): - TV did not work at all in our room. The chair that was in our room was all torn up and had holes in it. Bed was super uncomfortable and nasty looking. I had to ask for extra sheets.

- Nicole (2/5): - Horrible place would not recommend anybody to go there owner was rude 1st room i went to was dirty she switched me to a different room then as soon as i got into the room she called me and told me that my kids were runnjng and couldnt do that on her propery. This place is run down doesnt look like the pictures people live there. The ice machine is still broken since 2019 according to another review i seen. If i wasnt so tired and kids were fussing from the long ride i would of left.

All started with only hot water in the shower, told the front desk they said they were gonna check and nobody fixed so couldn’t even take a shower. Told a different front desk at check out and she said oh but your leaving so that’s not your problem. This person was very rude, I couldn’t even believe she said that.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Need Update Hotel - The hotel was hard to find and I didn't feel very safe. The lobby was very uninviting and we had to wait on the clerk to check us in for sometime. The property was ran down and needed a real good cleaning. Our room didn't have a normal window but instead a plastic window. Had it not been for the fact that we only needed the room for a few hours to sleep in we wouldn't have stayed.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Pros and Cons - Pros: Room was inexpensive. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great but was noisy. Multilingual staff who were very friendly. Cons: Room was 30 feet from the busy Main Street so noise level was high. No microwave in room. Sign at the front desk said ice machine was broken. Large dent/hole in the wall in our room. Door didn’t fully close (more noise). Electrical outlet was loose and sparked. Bath/shower was peeling, leaking and rusted. Wasn’t the worst place we have stayed in but wasn’t the best, either!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Not a bad place for a quick stay.. - I was in a church activity and didn’t want to go home so I took the room with out knowing.. it is a small building but room was very clean and convenient for the 2 days that I stood there..
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disrespect and against the booking - Though i made the reservation for 2 adults, on check in i was told they have been forwarded the reservation request for 1 adult only and showed me the document. On showing them the confirmation email they asked me to connect hotels.com and get the issue corrected. I was made stand outside the hotel entrance and get the issue corrected with family and it was already past midnight. Some how i got a room initially with 2 double beds tough my reservation was for King Size bed. After some arguments i was shifted to another room ad then there was no Microwave, which was shown as available at time of booking and in the confirmation email.

Not even a magnetic key for the room. It was an actual key. At least the woman there was friendly. Definitely overpriced. Especially for the neighborhood it is in. I could’ve gotten much more for my money going elsewhere.

- Victor (6/5): Ok for short term. - Last minute booking when my stay at the Fairmont Inn fell through. Adequate to just sleep. No frills but the room seemed tidy for my needs. Bathtub was in disrepair but still worked.
- Malik (2/5): - I booked the room saying 2 adults and 2 kids but I had 3 kids with me , youngest one is only 3 years old and sleep with mom and dad . We checked in at 12.05am and were really exhausted after a tired some trip of Bush garden . Right after 10 min 2 cops knocked room door telling me to evacuate because owner or the guy on reception , he don't want to give us room .He accused us for having a room for 4 people and accused for 6 but we were 5 only including 3 years old.i told cops I will leave right now . Whe I approached reception and asked him to give me some paperwork saying that he refused us room and made us to evacuate so cancel our transection and refund the money . Owner refused to give me paperwork . I called the cops and told them my situation and made them witness that we left the room right away with good condition without any damages. So in less than 20 min we were out of room again . While driving home back to Jacksonville in a tired some situation and my kids were not happy too, I called hotels.com and explained them my situation and experience with hotel and asked them to cancel transection and refund my money, hotel refused to give the authorization to cancel transection. Upon my request CSR with hotel.com involved some supervisor and she listened my situation and cancel the transection and told me to refund my money even without hotel authorization which satisfied me , great experience with Hotel.com CSR but bad bad experience with hotel.
- lance (4/5): - never again. we use hotels.com for all our trips picked this hotel at last minute and will not go again. did not act like they wanted to check us in. the pool has wood over it. never got any customer service last day there forgot to give us any towels. all night long there was police car sirens going down the road and drag racing sounded like. hard parking lot to get into and out. not enough blankets. the owners who lived there had bars on their windows. tub was old and dirty.wires showing. recomennd find another place unless last resort.
- AnnMarie (10/5): comfy, reasonable and clean - i actual loved it i dont know why it doesnt have a higher rate. considering the area it was in i was expecting it to be bad. the inside was beautiful the bed was comfortable. the girl at the front desk was very polite and patient because i was extremely exhausted when i walked in. and she was patient while i tried to get my ducks in a row. great place to stay.

- Olivero (2/5): bad deal. - I did not stay in this hotel, I did not know I had already paid for it, but when I got to the hotel Saturday the lady at the counter was rude, even though I was early she acted as the place was closed till 3pm, I had drive for over 7 hours to get there and I asked if I could use a bathroom, she said there is no bathrooms ready to use, so I went somewhere else. I do not recommended this place to anyone.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst place I’ve ever stayed at - This experience was absolutely horrible My husband and checked in at approximately 730 and was very disappointed the bathtub and sink was filthy less than half roll bath tissue one bath towel went to ask staff for bath tissue and a towel we were given one roll of bath tissue no towel No sign was posted stating don’t press knob to lock door so of course we were locked out To get the tv to show we had plug and unplug it from the wall We had a two night stay but we left early the next morning MONEY WASTED VERY DISAPPOINTED NEVER AGAIN
- barbarafO7345CL (2/5): Worst place ever - This place was not fit for my dog! It was the night of the hurricane and there were no places to stay except The Lambert Inn! They had one room that looked as though they don't usually rent out cause it was not done! It didn't even have a # on the door! No microwave or coffee maker, just a tv! There wasn't a number on the door so I know it was being used for storage until the hurricane came along so they figured they could make some money on desperate people!

And in Florida a definite must have is A/C...well 3 hours later im still sweating my butt off.Could be the huge gap under the door.LOL.lets the heat and whatever else in.... No wonder no one stays here..too pricey for getting nothing.oh yeah and tbere is no pool.😒😒😂

This rating is based on an inexpensive place to stay. - Its not perfect but the bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, fast wifi connectivity,flat screen tv, fridge and microwave. I think some folks are just entitled for no good reason. That is the only explanation I could come up with for the negative reviews of this place. It almost changed my mind from booking here. I travel across America so I know a bad motel when I see one.

Its disgusting , the hotel staff is rude and unprofessional , the rooms are not modern by any means they smell like cigarette and mold stay away from this place and the location is in the bad part of Kissimmee again stay away far away !!!!!!!!!!!!
- 856jimmyd (4/5): Never ever stay there!!! - We booked a last minute trip and couldn't find a hotel for under $350 in Orlando for Spring Break. Yes...I know it is my fault....but we will never sty there again. It was dirty, trash under the beds, bathrooms weren't clean and moldy. The only good thing to say is the beds were at least comfortable. Hotel staff was rude, except for the lady the first night. They actually had the nerve to call the room at 1050 to remind us check out was at 11am!! When I said I know and we are packing now, she said we could charge your for another night. If at ALL POSSIBLE do not stay here!!!!!!

Both people that attended the call were extremely rude and uncooperative. If you plan on having a nice vacation with your family, I recommend you stay away from this hotel.
- C1720JQstephanies (8/5): Very nice - The room was cozy, and clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. We didn't see any bugs during our 2 night stay. The tv is really old, the picture wasn't clear and had a wave to it. And the refrigerator wouldn't stay shut, I had to put something in front of it, or it would open. The location is close to some shopping areas.
- jameliab2013 (8/5): You Cannot Beat the Price - The location is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. The room smelled of smoke and also the water "smelled" of smoke...they don't offer non-smoking here. The room was a bit dim and the wireless internet kept dying. But, the price was good and there were no roaches. The maid was nice and checked on you daily to see what you needed. There were some mini ants near the sink but there are a lot of insects in Florida so you cannot complain. There are a lot of rules and they do watch to make sure you don't have visitors on the camera. But, I am sure that they deal with trashy people a lot so they have to cover themselves. They do require a $20 cash deposit but it was refunded since I did not damage the room.

I was skeptical at first but we gave it a shot b/c we were only staying 2 nights and we only needed the room to sleep and change in. Its not the newest motel around but I can't complain for the price. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. At this price, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a deal.
- LoveTravel7776 (8/5): A home away from home - The owner's of Lambert's Inn went out of their way to make me feel secure and safe while alone on assignment.I had checked area the area several times and especially after dark to evaluate the area even more. The Inn is very clean and the family will personally tend to your needs and exhibit respect for your privacy. It's a great place for a temporary "home" when working and has the basic needed for a family to be comfortable while enjoying their vacation.
