• Marjorie (7/5): - Close to the airport. Flexible check in and checkout times. Good breakfast. Rooms were kind of clammy and smelled of moisture. But they were accommodating and moved me. Facilities are a little rundown. What i definitely did not like, was a knock on the door at 10:30am asking me if I was checking out or staying, when the checkout time was until 1pm. If they have my booking information, that was unnecessary.

• John (8/5): - This hotel is very convenient as it is the closest to the international airport and perfect location for those early flights (mine was 430 am). The staff is super helpful and arranged airport taxi at a moments notice at 3:00 am when my scheduled (day before) Uber driver was a no show. Good AC. Not any restaurants within convenient walking distance but the hotel staff will arrange that as well. Rooms are clean.

Restaurant was closed for renovation which was disappointing as we had no car. Had to order from a nearby restaurant for both lunch and dinner. The food was average at best. Not a complaint, just want to mention that the room was perfectly adequate but if you're looking for fancy, this ain't your place.

They go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. A delicious breakfast is served daily with plenty of options.

The sheets and towels looked really worn, and towels had a nonpleasant smell. There is no elevator. A ramp should be enough to access the second floor for guests with challenges.

• Zoë (10/5): Stellar Stay Centrally Located to SAP! - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Metrotel Express during my visit to Honduras, and let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warmth that set the tone for the entire stay. The staff were friendly & attentive, and offered me great recommendations for San Pedro Sula. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. It's conveniently located to the airport, which made my early AM flight a breeze! Not much to do in the area of this hotel, but it was very easy to grab a cab to tourist attractions.
• Saured (6/5): - No basic amenities in the room like a mini fridge or microwave. Just a hair dryer. Very little room to put shower products inside of shower tub. Toilet broke twice. 1st floor smelled like cigarettes. Their idea of 'complimentary shower soap' is screwing a soap dispneser (like the ones you find in public bathrooms) to the shower wall and it was like 1/8 when I checked in. Very good breakfast though. And at least security was a little more than a normal hotel with them having a gate system and plenty of guards around the area.

The complimentary breakfast was very good and complete (eggs, farmer's cheese, fruit, toast, puspusas, toast, coffee, juice, yoghurt, cereals, etc). The pool was clean and refreshing.
