ANASTASIA (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, όπως και το πρωινό. Οι υπάλληλοι στη ρεσεψιόν επίσης πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρά, χωρίς χώρο να ακουμπήσεις τα βασικά πράγματα. Είχα κλείσει δυο ίδια δωμάτια, τα οποία αποδείχθηκαν διαφορετικά σε επίπεδο άνεσης. Επίσης, η διαχείριση του αυτοκινήτου στο παρακείμενο υπόγειο γκαράζ αποδείχθηκε εξαιρετικά επώδυνη διαδικασία λόγω του πολύ στενού διαδρόμου.

Disposizione particolare del bagno (sicuramente per ottimizzare i m²), nonostante ciò la camera in sé aveva tutto il necessario. Quando finisco di farmi la doccia tolgo sempre i miei eventuali capelli dal filtro... Peccato che come l'ho aperto era pieno di altri capelli, chiaramente non miei. In più la "mensola" sotto al lavandino non sembrava proprio pulita ecco.
Alice (7/5): - Very central nice location, walkable distance to the main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Very noisy. It is near a main square with bars and restaurants. The walls are thin and windows not isolated so you can hear everything. We had a room initially where the window was not closing properly so could not sleep the first night due to the noise from the streets that went on until late in the night. But the staff was very nice and moved us to a better room, less noisy.

Extremely tight underground car park - if you are not a confident driver chose another hotel. Room was also next to local bar that was very noise until early hours of the morning - sound proofing in room was not sufficient.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The price was probably about right, for a central hotel in Grenada at Easter, but it was the dearest place I had stayed, during a week of cycling around Andalusia, so felt pricey.

Elaine (8/5): Delightful stay in old Granada near to all the great destinations. - Hotel beautifully located for exploring Granada and finding good restaurants to eat in the evening. Our rooms were comfy and clean and the person on duty was very helpful with a small problem we encountered. We were up on the 3 floor and very quiet. We didn't find anything off-putting since we were out and about most of day and glad for a good night's sleep at the end of it.

Hun var meget hjælpsom og stod altid klar til at guide osv. Selve hovedhotellet lå dejlig tæt på, så det var nemt at kunne spørge om hjælp derover også Lidt øv at "udsigten" fra værelset var ud til en væg Man kunne hører alt der skete ude på gangen Madrassen var meget hård
