I have problems walking and the pool had no hand rails to get in or out. Very frustrating because it was very hot.

• Brett (10/5): One of my favorite hotels in town.. Great location, support staff, and strong amenities!! - I love this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in with in the Philippines. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are exceptional clean. One of the highlights of this hotel is the onsite restaurant and location to everything that is happening in the city. The views during sunset are worth the hotel price. You pay a little more for this hotel than others, but it is worth the price. I did research before booking this hotel and while the extra money takes a little adjustment, the price difference is manageable based on the amenities, location, room, support staff, and cleanliness. Highly recommended.

• Brian (8/5): A very good hotel which although may be a little dated in design, was clean, quiet and comfortable. - Hotel Staff were very helpful. The Roof Level bar/pool area was very nice from 4pm onwards. Pizza and drinks were good too. The access ramp to the underground car park is very steep. My SUV was ok but cars most people drive could be damaged as they descend the ramp, especially at bottom of ramp, where level changes from slope to horizontal surface.

On s’est retrouvé dans une chambre fumeur qui pue la cigarette malgré que quelqu’un qui passé juste avant de nous donner la carte pour mettre un coup de Désodorisant pour camoufler l’odeur. Les serviettes étaient sales et le lit inconfortable
