Mr R. McD. (8/5): Well established and comfortable hotel right next to the entertainment area. - An older but well looked after hotel, very close to the entertainment district in Angeles. The rooms are spacious, with good aircon, and a hot shower. Wi-Fi was fine, check in was easy, and I have no complaints. Nice touch are the ceiling fans not found in many hotels today. TV stations are a bit limited for UK travellers, but who stays in their room here ! Nice pool and reasonable prices at the bar. Some free parking outside for cars & motorcycles. My only complaint was that after parking my bike under cover (to protect the GPS electronics), security chose to move it out into the rain. It was very lucky it still worked after it got wet. They are currently offering a 20% discount if you pay cash so you may wish to book directly as the discount does not apply when using agents. Leave my bike alone !!

Friendly staff, great location near Walking Street and near the SM Mall and a great pool and food available at the hotel. Also had strong WiFi no problem streaming movies on my iTV

John (10/5): An Excellent Hassle Free Location for Your Next Vacation - Room was larger than expected, all paint and tiles looked new, hot water in shower everytime I used it, a/c had to be turned off after getting the room too cold! All staff were friendly, I ate breakfast there each morning as it rivaled nearby businesses. Used the pool daily and it was always clean. Location was walking distance to most active nightlife. Definitely top of my list for a return trip. Actually can't think of any negatives.

The guide book says the restaurant is open 24 hours but closes at ll pm and it also says there’s is a ATM machine in the lobby but there isn’t one

Steve (8/5): Friendly staff. - I like eating in the Lanai restaurant. The huge English muffin. Hotel was very quiet. The girls in the travel center were so helpful in booking my trip to Thailand. The MOST IMPORTANT thing to me is to have reliable and fast internet in the room. Room 605 at Pacific Breeze delivered! Ants in room 606 that actually walked onto and into my laptop. Flys in the Lanai restaurant. Much appreciated the fan which greatly helped. Strange though how the Wild Orchid Restuarant doesn't seem to have a fly problem. Still, I had breakfast every morning in the Lanai. Showerhead in rm 605 is too close to the wall. But that's being really picky. No nose tissue.
Jason (2/5): Low score because of disgusting cigarette smell in the rooms. Staff are always nice - Most of the staff very friendly Avoid the Deluxe rooms, they smell so bad of cigarette smoke that your eyes hurt, your clothes hanging up stink of smoke, and you wake up in the morning with a headache. Usually I stay at a different room but the deluxe rooms were more in my friends budget, but are terrible rooms due to the cigarette smell. It’s crazy that in 2025 this hotel still allows people to smoke in the rooms and then don’t make non-smoking deluxe rooms available.

derekthechef (10/5): Just the best in Angelas City - Great place, really close to Angelas city Sm 7 Nepo Malls for Shopping. Walking street Bars and Night Clubs just around the corner. Staff are excellent with a great understanding English Language. The Bar and Restaurant is huge and overlooks the Swimming pool with gret views at night when lit up. Restuarant food is also great and Chefs go out of their way to please guests. Swimming pool hld us every day for a long time as it is always clean as are the rooms. we have stayed here many times over our christmass Holidays from New Zealand and find it always the same. Staff are awesom and appear to have been there a long time as they recognised us. Bar is fully stocked with Imported and local Beers and Spirts , staff polite funnyy and helpful as well. 9love the way bar staff take part in Karioki while serving. Excellent place, we love it and return often as our go too Hotel in Angelas City.

However, there were two things that were issues. #1 We had an ant problem inside the room #2 We were in a room without windows that looked to the outside. There was two windows, but they were facing the hallways between the rooms.

James (4/5): it was a nice stay. had pretty much the basic stuff i needed but expensive in some areas - i like the pool and the food in the fridges. the location is good also the nice security guards and the men that work in the hotel are very nice and helpful the ladies attitude behind the front desk and restaurant are very sceptical some are thoughtful some not welcoming feels false from the ladies. the prices of the taxis going to the airport are way to expensive. not a great variety of food on the menu. the menu needs updating need new overlook with picks of the food. more types of food in the fridges would be nice. advertisements on what's going on in the hotel and other sister hotel. restaurant looks dead no vibe. more advertisement needed. some of the guys that do the pools need a raise!!! HAVING TO PAY WITH MY CARD OVER THE COUNTER WHEN BOOKED 2 NIGHTS STAY WITH BOOKING.COM NOT DOING THIS ANYMORE!!! ITS RUBBISH COLLECTING THOSE FEES! AND ONE LADY OVER THE COUNTER SAYING THEY HAVE A POLICY WITH BOOKING.COM TO NOT PROCESS BOOKINGS ONLINE!!! BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!
