- 賴 (10/5): 感覺很棒出乎原先對飯店的期待，這次住宿很愉快 - 櫃檯小姐親切和善相對的也對新幹線再加一顆星好感度,開箱房間第一感覺寬敞舒適乾淨,床大柔軟舒適,有浴缸泡個舒服的熱水澡洗去白天健行的疲累,房間安靜睡了個好覺,走道間就有飲水機很方便,早餐算多樣豐富且乾淨明亮,停車位好停方便,下次拜訪中部唯一首選。冷氣很冷 房號:617按鍵字體模糊,房間內燈光太暗尤其床頭櫃看手機很暗，希望有機會改善

- 又瑄 (8/5): 總體來說回訪意願還是高的。 - 已經回訪數次，有停車空間，又有提供早餐，食材多樣性還不錯，房內還有浴缸可以泡澡，價格CP值高，這次遇到的幾位清潔人員，都很有禮貌的與我們打招呼。雖酒店身處位置比較偏僻一點，但相對來說，睡眠也比較不易被干擾，唯一被吵到的可能，就是入住的其他房客，在走廊上講話或喧嘩。 房間部分設備開始有些年代感，電視沒什麼好看的，床偏軟，隔壁的翻身會有明顯感覺。

- Min-Tzu (7/5): 早餐很棒,停車場室內室外都有,還有吸菸亭,而且空間很夠,雖然位置在工業區,但相對安靜,是一次不錯的住宿體驗 - 1.早餐很豐盛,中西式都有,補菜的速度也很快,喝的也很豐富,熱咖啡熱豆漿熱牛奶,還有茶包,早餐真的加很多分 2.櫃台服務人員態度親切,要求多加一件被子他們很親切的笑容回覆並協助送到房間 3.地下停車場房客免費停車,位置很多,且間距也夠,不會擁擠 1.房間內地毯有撿到兩個小鹹酥雞塊,房內清潔可以再加強 2.浴室很大,水量也夠,但地板較濕滑,雖有乾濕分離但其實水還是會滲出門外,若有長者小孩要小心 3.這次住的是有浴缸的,但浴缸周邊沒有防滑的凸點或止滑,進出浴缸要小心滑倒

- Johnny (8/5): - 價格合理，沒什麼挑剔停車方便 入住時發現浴室沒有打掃乾淨，浴缸裡面有髒的毛巾！經打電話到櫃檯馬上有叫清潔人員前來處理，但是浴室的浴巾感覺有一點舊了或者是沒有洗乾淨的感覺。
