Guest Reviews
- Kushal (10/5): - The hotel was very good with courteous staff and service. Situated at a serene location. We enjoyed our stay.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not so good. - Though they have huge property, it is poorly looked after. Quality of service was also poor. Rooms were smelly. Though laundry was returned promptly, it was wet and poorly ironed.
Wi-Fi worked only in the lobby and the restaurant. Bad.
- Anita (2/5): Tasteless food - No maintenence of the property
- Christina (6/5): sadly disappointed - I have traveled to Bhutan many times and have a tradition about staying in Paro my first night to hike to the Tigers Nest next day and then on to Thimphu. But, I booked an outdoor cabin and received a dark room in the main hotel. I have stayed at this hotel before booked through a local guide group and my room was fine - but this time I was most disappointed. Booking directly from a third source is often a problem I have found. The room I 'think' I have booked is not what is given to me upon arrival and then the story is "there are no more rooms" or "you misunderstood" or "no no that's not the parking lot, it is the beach .." Sorry.
