Guest Reviews
- John's Jbullz (6/5): - I liked to have a free parking, the possibility to charge an electric car. The breakfast, and the coffee maker were good! I was worried about my safety, and my car. The parking lot is completely open to outside world, as is the access to the room’s corridor. At night, later, There was people standing in the parking lot and in front of room’s corridor who appeared to be soliciting. The door keys are not magnetic. The room was non-smoking, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The room was clean but there was human hair everywhere.

- Donna (8/5): Clean, well designed and safe. - Very new, clean, comfortable and safe. We arrived late at night and couldn’t readily tell where registration was located.
- AHARON (7/5): - the fire place the woter from the jacuzzi whas not so hot
- Archambault (7/5): Good, but not great. Staff was great but the facilities/cleanliness were subpar. - The room was great in size, the bed was comfy and it was a beautiful looking room with great staff that was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. There were two televisions and plenty of space all around both floors of the room. They also provided plenty of towels and pillows. The balcony was an extremely nice touch. The sink for the "bathroom" (really the only sink) was about a foot long and 6 inches wide. The faucet was also broken as it was practically detached from the sink itself. The water from the faucet also shot everywhere but in a consistent stream. The water pressure was okay in the shower but not great, and the jacuzzi was far from "spotlessly cleaned." There was a clump of hair floating in the tub when we turned on the water. The bed was also COVERED in crumbs when we first got into the room. Either the fireplace was broken or you need a secret code to turn it on because there was no switch anywhere in that place to turn it on which was a giant shame. The bed sheets also had crimson/brown stains on them that I do not even want to begin to guess on what it was. And lastly, the smoke detector kindly let us know all morning, starting at 7am that the batteries were low. The detector was in the middle of the stairs meaning we would have had to call in someone with a ladder to replace the things for us. Not exactly what you want to put up with when spending over $400 a night on a room.

- Terrence (3/5): I will not recommend it to other veterans. - The place look great, and is close to the hospital. There was no coffee machine, the bed had hairs on it, had to use the fold out couch, hairs on it, no blankets or sheets or pillows for the foldout...not enough pillows period. Staff did not even really greet us when we came in. We were there because spouse had surgery the next morning. We have at least 3 follow up appointments, and will not be staying in this hotel again. As an add on, we booked this hotel a month ago, but had to cancel, the cancel fee was extremely high. But thought to give it another chance... to all Canadian Veterans, don't stay there.

- Marie (7/5): - bon petit dejeuner
- Shams (10/5): -
- yun (8/5): -
- Gauthier (8/5): Beside the public washroom missing the reste was perfect. - Well you insulated rooms it looks modern and clean No public bathroom that was the only downside
- Jim (9/5): Two nights in Montreal near the Metro. - Room was very updated in black and white with wood floors. Nice shower. Parking was easy and secure.
Several good restaurants in walking distance. Short walk to the Cadillac Metro station.
Breakfast was better than average with hot choice of scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. All the continental options like sliced tomatoes, smoked salmon, toast, croissants, bagels etc.
Coffee machine in lobby for all day use. Another coffee machine in the breakfast area. Bottled water from the front desk at no charge. Hallways had a strong odor - a mix of leftover smoke and cleaning agents. Our room was smell free with a good AC unit.
- Shanyka (10/5): -
- Denis (7/5): - Le parking., Le petit déjeuner Le personnel pas aimable. L'odeur de tabac dans la chambre. Le bruit des climatiseurs externes
- alexia (6/5): - The room was nice and clean, staff was prompt and helpful, and parking was no problem. The hotel is a very easy walking distance to the train, making the rest of the city accessible. The place is nothing fancy, and the wifi service was hardly passable. Would recommend if you're planning to spend almost all of your time out and about and just need a clean+safe place to lay your head.
- pui ying (5/5): -
- Debra (8/5): - Nice overall. Located on a busy street.
- Inan (10/5): - Good
- Parker (2/5): - The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Staff were unresponsive when I attempted to contact the property ahead of time to inform of a late check-in. I left an email and tried calling for 30 minutes straight. Only after leaving negative feedback on Expedia did they mysteriously respond a minute later.
On my second night at around 1am I was awoken in a panic as staff unlocked my door and entered my room. Even giving the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake it begs the question what are they doing so late? The walls are thin and the noises from the hallway can be heard clear as day. So after being rudely awoken with the worst invasion of privacy I've ever experienced at a hotel, it was hard to get back to sleep with the staff running up and down the hallways talking on their radios.
This place is not cheap either, I spent over $200 a night for an experience I couldn't recommend even if it were free. The quality of the room was serviceable at best, and the hallways smelled of poorly masked cigarette smoke.
I would steer far clear.
- Soukaina (10/5): - Ok
- erin (10/5): - We stayed a night in late August and absolutely loved it! The room was beautiful, climate controlled & the bathroom was immaculate! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.
- Jacques (6/5): Propre et pratique - L’emplacement. Les chambres neuves et propres. Fenêtre pas étanche. Petit déjeuner indigent. Personnel pas souriant.
- Bryannyagara (6/5): - Everything was great.

- Jean (10/5): - There no iron board or iron. The staff was great, the room was wonderful, I would recommend the hotel to all couples that need to get away.
- Robert (7/5): Ok stay but needs customer service improvement - The location and convenience to transportation to and from the airport. Also, the surrounding area looked well-kept and reassuring as regards security of hotel customers. The hotel demanded a deposit from clients which was unusual for me. 1st time visitor from US. Also, I have not received my deposit refund despite calling to ask for it 2 weeks after my trip. It over 1 month and I am calling the hotel to ask where my deposit refund is.
I was not impressed with the hotel room that was assigned to me. I had asked for a specific floor and room(was available). They instead ignored or overlooked my preferences and assigned me a room location I did not like. No explanation or apology was given.
- ARNAUD - SHERB3269 (3/5): -
- Michelle (6/5): - We stayed for 2 nights in Room 210 (second floor - stairs only, no elevator).
Check-in was easy but the lady was a bit curt and did not speak English very well. I was surprised that a $100.00 deposit was charged to my credit card, which was then refunded at check-out.
PROS: Ample parking in the lot within the hotel grounds. The room was neat and clean but not SPOTLESS. The hallways smelled of cigarettes (like a casino floor) although our room was non-smoking. The bed was firm and comfortable with clean linens (I inspect linens all the time). The washroom was quite spacious with a walk in shower (which we prefer - no bathtub). The shower was strong with good pressure and heat. The windows had good black-out blinds. The breakfast was very simple: hot (eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage) and cold (cereal, granola bars, yogurt, very TINY croissants, bread slices that could be toasted, coffee and tea.
CONS: The washroom is lacking with HOOKS (to hang towels, clothes), no SHELVES to place toiletries, a large sink with a very narrow counter space. Not even a hook behind the door - so much vertical wall space and nothing in the way of hooks or shelves. The A/C unit was very strong in the cooling but extremely LOUD - we couldn't sleep with the loud noise from the cycling of the cooling (temps in Montreal during our stay was between 28-32 Celsius). The closet was a BLACK-HOLE - it was not lit and therefore very difficult to see what you had stored. Sofa was plastic not fabric.
- Jed (10/5): - A nice surprise how clean and nice the accommodations were. I highly recommend this hotel.
- Chantal (8/5): - Un peu cher
- vandendriessche (8/5): It was ok - Location was good breakfast was good We were moved because of shower second floor to third floor to many stairs
- Jonathan (8/5): - Only negative notes about our non smoking deluxe room:
-Found an old pack of cigarettes hidden behind the dvd player.
-No towel holder for the sink, or toilet paper holder, or counter/shelf space.
-No "do not disturb" sign.
-Only one available wall plug accessible and even the staff couldnt tell me where it was (they came in the room), I had to move a bedside table to find it.
- Aldrinne (4/5): Not the cleanest hotel - The shower room in our hotel unit has no door, which is extremely inconvenient. The toilet is in a separate room, and it’s the only place with a garbage can. This means every time we need to throw something away, we have to go into the toilet. Whoever designed this unit clearly didn’t consider practicality.
Additionally, the hot water produces so much steam that it circulates throughout the unit, turning the entire room into a sauna—very uncomfortable.
We chose not to take the free breakfast after our first morning because I saw a cockroach on a plate, sleeping too lol, which was absolutely disgusting.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and there were plenty of towels available. However, the issues mentioned above seriously affected our stay.
- Javaid (10/5): - Parking access, clean rooms
- Kimberly (8/5): - Food options were limited for breakfast. Room was comfortable. Hallways smelt of smoke.
- Paul (7/5): -
- Paryant (6/5): - Not enough room amenities. No coffee machine , no kettle in the room. Extremely limited dining room and breakfast options.
- Brahim (8/5): - Great quality price.
- chris (10/5): - we loved our stay, nicely modern decorated, comfortable bed, clean, nice breakfast. we'd come back if coming back to Montreal.
- Stephen (10/5): - Nice property. Clean rooms friendly staff.
- Arnaud (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): - OverAll the hotel was in a great location for the montreal tour de ille. That was important to me. Additionally it was minutes away from the cadillac metro station. Really convenient. The bad things were the toilet did not flush properly. They did not allow bikes in the room even after i called to confirm thst was ok. Other things that i thought was odd. Why did the first person say i could have a bike in the room and they would reserve a first floor room for me. Both were not true. These comments are not to criticize the team there but just to inform tourist that may not speak french and have trouble communicating. Which clearly was me. I do thank the staff for going above and beyond when they were aware of the situation.
- Sebastian (10/5): - Room was clean, check in was simple, the surrounding area wasn’t as nice but close to the metro is a huge plus. Solid place to stay.
- Gregore (6/5): - It ok, just too expensive
- Joshua (2/5): - Staff was rude and unorganized.
Attempted to call for an early check in and was told they didn’t have my reservation. When asked to check my reservation number they hung up. Called back multiple times and was hung up on after they said “hello”. My partner attempted to call and they answered, put hold and then got hung up on.
On arrival the front office is only staffed with 1 person. They also had 2 children roughly between the ages 4-8 they were attempting to help.
Check in took over 20mins due to lack of organization.
Room door would not close without being slammed shut each time.
Overall 1.5 *
- Melissa (10/5): - Very nice !! Loved it alot
