• Munford (10/5): Book it, you’ll love your stay - Loved the location, for parking and being so close to restaurants. Easy check in, and felt super clean and cozy. Will definitely be back. Honestly the only negative I can say is the light in the bathroom wasn’t very bright lol

• Sébastien (5/5): logement très bruyant mais le service était présent - l'assistance nous a laissé utilisé la machine a lavé d'un autre de leur appartement car la notre ne fonctionnait pas, donc le service était la. Une pack de clim juste à côté de la chambre faisait tremblé le mur avec un décibel important, du coup on a dormi sur le canapé.

• Andrew (8/5): Comfortable apartment in Moncton - The apartment was nicely furnished, the location was very central to a whole pile of restaurants, the bed was very comfortable and there was lots of hot water. The parking is not part of the property but is immediately behind with easy access to the apartment. There were a few minor maintenance issues which we brought to the attention of the property managers and they committed to get everything fixed. The kitchen could probably have a few more utensils etc. but everything important was provided.
• David (8/5): - Not bad place. Clean and tidy. Fan in bathroom did not work. Texted "front desk" (no real desk) but no help. They texted back "Did you get it figured out?" or words to that effect. Never got it running. There's a kitchen, but three plates? Three bowls? Odd number. Fridge with freezer. No ice cube trays.

• Jody (8/5): It was a nice stay, I would return to this location - Beautiful place and good location with great facilities It was supposed to be a two bedroom but they had a bed sectioned off At the end of the living room/kitchen area with curtains for privacy but that was not good for us when we wanted to stay up and my daughter wanted to sleep. It wasn’t very private for a two bedroom if it were not family it would be awkward.

• Linda (6/5): - I did not see anything on the info for this property that indicated 3 steep flights of stairs with no elevator. We managed,(we are 68 and 84 years of age) but we definitely know people who would not have been able to access the suite. The location is otherwise perfect although very noisy with evening traffic. AC is a bit sketchy- ducting kept falling out of the bedroom window. Bedding is much too heavy for summer nights. We would have appreciated access to streaming on the TV. The bed was comfortable. The bedside lamps are much too dim for reading. Access to a large number of good restaurants is right out the door as is the visitor centre and the Tidal Bore.

• David (9/5): Great value for money - The apartment was spacious and very clean. We were very happy with how comfy the bed was and great location. Parking instructions were unclear. You have to get the parking pass from the apartment before you can enter the parking lot.
• David (8/5): Spacious and comfortable but needs more attention to detail for the price - Very spacious and comfortable apartment in the centre of downtown Moncton. Checking in was relatively easy although it is worth noting that there is no lift and you have to take your luggage up to the 3rd floor. Staff (by email) were very helpful and quick to remedy and overcharge on our bill. Great coffee machine and the 4 complimentary pods were welcomed as were the washing pods for the washing machine. A small quibble but there were a few things which needed attention (eg a venetian blind in the main bedroom was knotted so it did not work properly but was fixable with a bit of effort, the curtain around the bed area needed a little rehanging adjustment to make it work completely and there was a missing basin plug in the bathroom.) But the main issue was a very low water pressure in the bath which made the shower almost completely ineffective. Also - a general bugbear that Booking.com quotes the basic price and adds on taxes but then there are always extra taxes/levies which mean the cost is very different from the quoted figure

• Cindy (8/5): It’s okay - Location was convenient to several restaurants and the waterfront. The unit is showing its age, bathroom dark and it’s like an Airbnb but really doesn’t have all the amenities. It has a Keurig coffee maker but with only 2 pods. Not sure where the property managers are but I phoned and asked for more and was told if cleaning staff weren’t in the building that’s all we will get. More coffee! Better lighting and a can opener.
• Marise (10/5): - Our stay was great! The loft was clean and spacious..the only downside was the lack of blankets for the sofa bed (there was none!) and there was only sheets/comforter on the bed. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place and would return!

• Gisele (9/5): Pleasant and comfortable - Some minor details would have made a very good stay perfect. In the hallway was a very strong fragrance. I have allergies and often fragrances will trigger. Luckily not this time. However for all of us the smell was off-putting. We figured out the remote for the mini split but directions would have saved a little aggravation. I know it is the trend to have only duvets on beds but for us, they are not comfortable. An additional blanket ( possibly stored in the closet) for those who prefer would have been greatly appreciated.
• Shawn (10/5): This place feels like home. - Large space with a separate bedroom. Full size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker and sink. The shower head was perfect. Downtown location is ideal. There could be a few more kitchen utensils. We stayed 2 nights so could have used four coffee pods rather than the two provided.

• Holly (10/5): Right next door to Osaka - My husband and i booked a last minute getaway to Moncton with a reservation at Osaka. Next door so was perfect to walk to, and right around the corner from the Pump House brewery.

We had good weather and took advantage of the very nice roof-top deck. Property is in a great location and you can walk to everywhere in downtown Moncton. Had to pay for parking in the lot but, it was very convenient to have this option.
• James (9/5): Superb - the apartment was exactly what we were looking for, had all facilities and was exceptionally clean. My wife is not keen to send any personal details online such as gov.id. She also does not own a cell. There are still many people out there in the same scenario. Although your company seems not to want to see anyone in person, would have been easy for us to walk around the corner and show you her ID. Adrienne was very pleasant on the phone and knew we were sitting outside the car park. At that time we did not know your office was only yards away, only found that out a day later. Not everyone is tech savvy, my wife is 78yrs. Perhaps be a little more flexible to the likes of people our age. After going to the library in Moncton and still getting nowhere to get the codes, we were very stressed. Not a good start. After calling Adrienne again she eventually gave me the codes. I might add this was already waived 2 weeks prior on the phone to your office. Just a couple of other little points, nearly every time we entered or exited the front door, there was smokers probably from the pump house standing in the cove next to the key pad. Perhaps you should look at this re security rather than the scenario we had getting codes from you. Anyway bottom line we had a great 2 day stay and loved the apartment. James O Connor
• Michelle (6/5): - I will be completely honest in this review. The unit was very clean, well lit and cozy. A nice little kitchenette and decking area (not accessible from the room) just a few steps away from the room. Due to the location, it is not quiet but that should be expected. Kitchen staff from the restaurant across the street smoke cigarettes at the entrance of the property which is directly below the real bedroom’s window. The property should address this. This building DOES NOT have an elevator and does not disclose this in the listing. We were on the third floor with lots of luggage at the end of our month-long trip. On a hot day, this was extremely inconvenient for us. We booked this property as we really wanted two bedrooms. Don’t be fooled! The second “bedroom” at this property is simply a bed surrounded by curtains. This was extremely disappointing! This also is not disclosed in the listing. Also beware of the hidden fees. The property will charge you for parking whether or not you request or need it. They will refund it if you contact them. Other hidden fees are some levies not disclosed on Expedia. Super disappointed as this property has so much going for it and so much potential.

• Liz (8/5): Overall Great - Overall great. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The outside space was a great bonus, and in suite laundry! The kitchen sink leaked really bad under the cabinet. We had to mop up the floor every time we used it, and the cabinet looked worse for wear on the inside.

The second bedroom is curtained vs having walls. Gives the room a romantic vibe. I missed that on booking. Maybe make it more prominent in description.. Could use a bigger trash bin in the bathroom. The one we had was tiny. Entry to building is very close to neighbours who were always hanging around outside. Be aware of guarding the entry code.

The suite was large, well decorated, scrupulously clean and had so many thoughtful touches like soft jazz playing when we arrived and a sheet of restaurant recommendations I was intimidated by the online self check-in which didn't work for me but Haley replied quickly and straightened it all out.
