De Groot (9/5): Paradijs - Grote kamer met een groot balkon, met uitzicht op zee. Niets.
Marlies (6/5): Het was oké - Het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Het was een goed bed Er hing een schimmelachtige lucht in de kamer. De ontbijtzaal was wat groezelig en er stond een computer met bergen papier/administratie ernaast. Het personeel zei ook geen goedemorgen bij het ontbijt of geen hello als we ‘s middags langs een personeelslid liepen.

Место просто замечательное: красивый вид на океан, спокойная атмосфера, тишина и полное ощущение отдыха. Дом был чистый, уютный и очень комфортный, всё необходимое было под рукой. Особенно понравилась зона отдыха с джакузи и потрясающим видом — это было одно из лучших впечатлений на Мадейре. Расположение в Ribeira Brava тоже очень удобное: легко добираться до разных красивых мест острова. Хозяйка была внимательный, всё было хорошо организовано. Мы остались очень довольны и с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Серьёзных минусов не было. Всё прошло отлично. Возможно, хотелось бы остаться здесь подольше 😊
M (8/5): - Het uitzicht was echt schitterend! Elke avond konden we nog heerlijk -op onze eigen veranda- genieten van de zon die onder ging. Bij terugkomst van een wandeling was een plons in het zwembad ook echt een genot.

Erik (7/5): Als de zon schijnt, is dit zeker een verblijf waar je tot rust kan komen in schoonheid en stilte. - Het is een prachtig domein waarop je verblijft. Gezien het enigszins afgelegen is, is het fijn dat een restaurant nabij gelegen is. Je kijkt uit op een prachtige zonsondergang. De hygiëne viel toch wat tegen. Het domein is ooit met veel liefde aangelegd, ik wil toch even meegeven dat onderhoud ten gepaste tijden en consequent moet uitgevoerd worden om geen vuile indruk te geven (opruimen, opvegen, paraplu's en kussens die in de regen blijven liggen en groenig worden, kuisen van de jacuzzi, de raam van de kamer die vuil is en vooral: de keuken waar de spatwand erg vuil is, doet wat groezelig aan. Ook de sauna is aan onderhoud toe).
Irene (7/5): Mooi uitzicht en mooie kamer maar voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen - Het uitzicht was prachtig. De kamer was leuk ingericht. Het ontbijt was prima. De rioollucht op de kamer. Er stond op n papier dat we zuinig moesten omgaan met water maar wel n ligbad in de kamer? Vreemd dat er 2 cameras stonden op ons prive terras. Het restaurant bleek voor n diner veel duurder dan 25 € pp. Er zijn erg veel trappen. De douche bij de sauna stond onder water en ze waren vergeten deze voor ons aan te zetten. Er was te weinig parkeergelegenheid.
Pedro (8/5): Déçu par rapport aux tarifs. - Je connais l'emplacement car c'est la 3ème fois que j'y vais. Le cadre pourrait être plus magnifique si la végétation ne prenait pas le dessus par manque d'entretien. Trop de laisser allé. Nous avons été obligé de changer de chambre dû à des infiltration d'eau de pluie dans la salle de bain. Le propriétaire à tout de suite fait le nécessaire pour nous trouver une autre chambre le lendemain mais aucune compensation pour le désagrément surtout que des produits de toilette avait été mouillé, sans compter les mauvaises odeurs d'égouts qui venait des WC qu'ils ont été obligé de remplacer. On nous avait informé que l'on serait dédommagé en ayant un geste commercial mais jusqu'à présent, nous sommes toujours en attente.

Maathouu (4/5): - La baignoire dans la chambre La jolie piscine Le potentiel du lieu La propreté Le jacuzzi beaucoup trop chloré impossible de mettre les bulles tellement ça piquait les yeux, nos bijoux en argent sont ressorti noirs et notre peau j'en parle pas.. j'ai écris au propriétaire pour lui signaler avec des photos je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Il n'était pas super propre on comprend donc pourquoi ils blindent en chlore. Peut-être suffirait il de le nettoyer correctement. Le petit déjeuner avec des produits bas de gamme, premier prix de supermarché, rien maison. Seuls les œufs étaient très bien cuisiné. Nous demandons d'allumer le sauna pour en profiter, on nous dit dans 30min, toujours pas chaud au bout de 30min. Ils nous disent finalement 1h après. Donc nous n'avons pas profiter du sauna. Chambre qui sentait l'humidité et les égouts. Les échanges avec le propriétaire qui m'explique rapidement où est la cuisine, et qui me dit de m'adresser à la réception. Comme si c'était compliqué de me le dire par message... Bref communication compliqué Le rapport qualité-prix n'est absolument pas justifier ! Dommage vu le potentiel du lieu...

Michelle (5/5): Dissapointing - Someone met us and gave us a key There were a lot of things promised by the host - they said that the property was located in a few hectares of gardens on a plantation, shared kitchen. This wasn't true - it is on a road and quite built up, no space, no kitchen. View was good, facilities, Noisy up to 10pm, facilities was run down, broken and very dirty, no spa for massage as advertised, sauna wasn't working, packed lunches for days out was 4 slices of dry bread with no spread, one apple, one orange, 2 yogurts, water this was for 2 adults. Curtains wasn't able to close properly and hence little privacy, which was a problem as the room had a glass wall next to the bed, next to the main walk way to the next 2 rooms. Breakfast was limited but food was presented in a dirty area with cobwebs, dirty table clothes, dust and simply not up to standard. So disappointing. Plus side - the shower was warm.

Deborah (5/5): - Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und war mega gut! Im Zimmer stank es (vom Bad herkommend) abartig nach Abwasser/WC), sodass der Aufenthalt leider sehr getrübt war. Das hat alles Gute, wie das eigentlich schöne Zimmer, die schöne Aussicht und die saubere Bettwäsche in den Hintergrund gestellt. Im Jacuzzi war das Wasser leider sehr dreckig und abgestanden, sodass eine Benutzung nicht in Frage kam.

Technisch onderhoud kan op plaatsen beter (filtering kleine zwembad en jacuzzi, plek voor opslag isolatie jacuzzi, afvoer douche op de kamer.

Clarisse (9/5): Paradisiac garden - Stunning place, especially all the outdoor area. I was there for the last couple of days of my very active trip, so it was perfect to relax and read. Very nice staff. Unlucky but the kettle in my room had been used by the previous clients to heat (burn) coffee, so I could not use it the first evening. It was promptly replaced once I mentioned the issue to the staff. The communal kitchen could also use a bit of refreshing.

Het zwembad is wel heel koud maar heeft een mooi uitzicht. Het terras voor onze kamer keek mooi uit over de zee 🌊 n de verte erg mooi. Het ontbijt. Van een accommodatie die 175€ per nacht kost verwacht ik iedere ochtend verse broodjes en net even dat extraatje. Het brood was droog helaas. Voor de rest was er wel voldoende aan andere dingen maar dit was echt jammer

Pauline (7/5): Aparte ervaring en relaxte sfeer met mooi uitzicht! - De plek en het uitzicht zijn top. De hippie sfeer en de inrichting van de kamers doet je denken aan Bali. Het terrein was niet onderhouden, rommelig, niet bijgehouden. Wij hadden geen warm water in de douche en geen extra deken ( de nachten waren koud). De airco maakte veel herrie op onze kamer. Verder vonden wij het ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid qua keuze.

Ines (8/5): Hotel in Ribeira Brava. - Het uitzicht op de oceaan was prachtig. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Mooie tuin Rustig omgeving, maar slechts 1 Restaurant op wandelafstand dat lekker eten had. Vriendelijk personeel. In de kasten lag veel stof. Thee werd niet aangevuld in de kamer. In de badkamer had een vochtprobleem dat deels werd opgelost door een ontvochtiger. De geur was zurig.

Jon (9/5): the perfect relaxing break from daily life. - beautiful gardens, pool, fantastic view, lovely large comfy bed, very quiet only a few guests. just very relaxing overall. loved the room, the terrace that looked out to sea and the sunset every night. clearly a place that had been built out of love. such a nice change from faceless large hotel brands. The host was really lovely and welcoming. I was disappointed that the massages were not available, apparently the masseuse was unavailable due to pregnancy. But this did not impact on our overall enjoyment of our stay. I also used the gym once, the equipment is a bit tired but OK for a simple workout, could do with updating.

Michael (10/5): Sehr gern wieder - ruhige Lage - Eine grüne Anlage mit eigenem Character und Charme. Wir mögen dies, nicht zu groß! Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück gibt es in Buffetform und es wird liebevoll zubereitet. Ein Kaffeeautomat steht auch zur Verfügung. Obst und Gemüse wird reichlich angeboten. Die Anlage erinnert mit den vielen Details an Indonesien. Im zugehörigen Restaurant kann man gut Essen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, Kühlschrank, Klima etc. Man sollte jedoch keine Luxusausstattung erwarten und dies berücksichtigen. Es war zu unserer Reisezeit recht kühl. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Im Frühstücksraum könnte es temperaturmässig gemütlicher sein.

Amber (10/5): Prachtig! - Het is echt een prachtige accommodatie, de inrichting geeft zo veel sfeer. Daarnaast zijn alle huisjes goed van elkaar gescheiden, waardoor je veel privacy hebt. De service is erg goed, elke dag wordt het namelijk schoon gemaakt. Ook is er vriendelijk personeel bij het ontbijt aanwezig. Wat iets minder was aan deze accommodatie is dat er maar één restaurant op loopafstand zit. Dit restaurant hoort ook bij de accommodatie zelf. Deze was echter wel erg goed.

Ulrich (6/5): Schönes Zimmer in vernachlässigter Anlage - Wir hatten die Deluxe Villa. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und ansprechend. Große gegenüber liegende Fensterfronten. Sehr schöner Pool den wir auf Grund der Wetterlage nicht nutzen konnten. Der Zimmerservice war in Ordnung. Die Terrasse ziemlich zu gewuchert von nicht gut gepflegten Pflanzen. Die Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung laut und behäbig. Die ganze Anlage macht einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Kissen auf den Liegen am Pool waren fleckig, die Liegen teilweise defekt, das Jacuzzi abgenutzt. Der Speiseraum ist dunkel und wenig einladend, dient gleichzeitig als Rezeption. Spinnweben an Lampen und Decke. Gefrühstückt wurde oft in Jacke bei niedrigen Aussentemperatur und immer offener Tür. Das hatte allenfalls Jugendherbergscharme. Das Personal nicht unfreundlich aber absolut unprofessionell. Das Geschirr steht teilweise nur wenige Zentimeter über dem Boden. In der kleinen, offenen Küche wird die ganze Zeit laut mit Geschirr geklappert, per Hand abgewaschen.

Bianca (7/5): Centraal madeira - Het is rustig gelegen, het is fijn om een groot groengelegen terras te hebben met bad. De sauna is ook een weldaad wanneer de avonden snel afkoelen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, had voor iedereen wat te bieden.personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamerinricht was verouderd ( gordijnen ,, schilderwerk). De wand op slaapkamer had een erg boedistische tint en wat niet in de omschrijving van de kamer stond, Hygiene kon beter.. beperkte en lastige parkeerplaatsen indien er geen plaats op de parkeerplaatsen is.

Birgit (10/5): Anlage, Aussicht u Frühstück toll, mit kl Mängeln - Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer waren toll. Der Blick von der Terrasse zum Sonnenuntergang herrlich. Es war bis auf ein paar Hunde in der Nachbarschaft ruhig. Erst am 2.Tag hörte ich Geräusche vom Zimmer nebenan. Eigentlich war es ein tolles Angebot beim Frühstück . Aber leider war es sehr kaltl!! Teils vom Steinboden, aber auch weil die Tür offen stand und noch Schatten war. Mit Jacke.zu frühstücken war nicht so toll , auch störte es das hinter einem das Geschirr vom abspülen klapperte. Ich bin da im Urlaub da möchte ich genießen. Das Personal war sehr distanziert u man interessierte sich auch nicht das ich Geburtstag hatte u selbst ein kl Teelicht anmachte. 🫤 Ein Glückwunsch wäre das Mindeste gewesen das habe ich schon anders erlebt! Es herrschte eine sehr "kühle" Atmosphäre während dem Frühstück.Stille! Das Frühstück selbst nochmal war top! Noch ein Mangel im Zimmer. Das gr Badefenster musste ich immer wieder andrücken, zum Verschließen ging es nicht, doch durch das Öffnen u den Luftsog der Tür öffnete es sich immer u somit war es kalt im Bad. Unangenehm. .

Melissa (4/5): Strange decor and damp room - Breakfast was quite good. Pool and sauna looked nice although it was too cold to use it. Service and process of calling and waiting for someone to show you the room wasn't very welcoming. Rooms are very damp however I found this at another place we stayed in Madeira so maybe it's just the island. Woke up with bites after staying for 2 nights so was pleased not to be staying any longer. Location looks close to Ribiera Brava on the map but it a 5 minute drive up the hill.

Dieter (8/5): Entspannung in wunderschöner, exotischer Anlage mit Top-Aussicht! - Wir können uns den vielen Beschreibungen über die idyllische Anlage nur anschließen - es ist wirklich eine üppige & exotische Pracht, die hier rundherum blüht und gedeiht. Ob manches den persönlichen Geschmack trifft, sei dahin gestellt. Auch die viel gerühmte Aussicht ist ein Traum, und grad von den oberen Zimmern kann man wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet, es war auch immer alles reichlich vorhanden und Rührei, Speck und Champignons heiß genug (weil da öfters Gegenteiliges berichtet wurde - das können wir also nicht bestätigen, wir waren aber auch immer früh dort) Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn wir anfangs ein paar generelle Erklärungen über die Anlage vermisst haben. Um diese Jahreszeit (Mitte Februar) war es morgens & abends ziemlich frisch, und da war es im Frühstücksraum für unsere Verhältnisse grenzwertig kalt, sodass wir immer mit 2 Jacken dort saßen. Das trübte die Gemütlichkeit ein bisschen, ist aber wahrscheinlich schwer lösbar und muss man sich also dran gewöhnen. Das Licht im Badezimmer könnte heller sein, da tut man sich schon extrem schwer bei manchen Dingen... ;-) Schade, dass außer dem 1 Restaurant, das gleich an die Anlage angrenzt und wo das Essen zwar sehr gut, aber die Auswahl gering ist (+ nicht traditionelle Küche sondern indonesisch), sonst nur 1 weiteres Restaurant zu Fuß gut erreichbar ist (1/2 Stunde bergauf!) Sonst ist man eigentlich auf das Auto angewiesen, wenn man was essen/trinken will.

Gabriele (9/5): Wiuderschöne Auszeit🤩 - Kleines Hotel in einem wunderschönen, asiatischen Garten gelegen. Nur wenige Zimmer, jedes anders eingerichtet, auf verschiedenen Evenen felegen, die über Treppen erreichbar sind. Herrliche Sicht aufs Meer, Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna - sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, (Filippa und Paula) gutes Frühstück🤩 Das Hotel liegt in den Bergen ohne weiteres Restaurant(außer dem zum Hotel gehörenden “Angelina’s Place) Das fehlte mir schon, da ich eine ganze Woche dort war.

Marco (4/5): A lot of potential, but... - The view from the shower into the small jungle behind the house. The mattress topper Overall cleanliness. Surfaces were clean but not deep-cleaned. - The showerhead was dirty - The ventilator was covered with dust - clean sheets but with stains because they're old Staff members always had to walk by our front window to take a break. Therefore little privacy. When they went for a break they smoked right next to our stay so the room smelled like smoke. The breakfast was poorly presented. The cutlery was dirty. The whole breakfast room is a mess. In the same room, they keep their "office" ... messy... And the room is stuffed with old random stuff like a cabinet that is unorganised and jam full. Each morning they played a youtube playlist on their TV with drone videos and annoying music.
