- Ingolf (8/5): Kommen gerne wieder ! - Lage ist hervorrgaend, direkt am See. Zimmer mit Balkon - direkter Seeblick. Küche , sehr gutes Angebot. Preise sind im gehobenen Segment. Parkplatzsituation. Ein Parkplatz kostet zusätzlich 20 Euro pro Tag. Es wird aber nicht überwachtet wer sich auf die Hotelgäste-Parkplätze stellt. Wir mussten 2 x umparken damit wir auf dem bezahlten PArkplatz stehen konnten. Entwerder kostenlos anbieten oder Schranke bauen bzw. kontrollieren und entsprechende Massnahmen durchführen für Falschparker !

- Christian (7/5): Highs and lows - The hotel is wonderfully located directly by the lake. The parking, including EV charging for €20 per day, was a great offer. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality products. The breakfast staff were very attentive and polite. The balcony needs some maintenance and should be cleaned more thoroughly, as it was covered with spider webs. The restaurant experience was very disappointing. Due to an event taking place, there was a rather long waiting time, which was understandable and not an issue for us. However, the main problem was the food. The steak looked perfectly prepared visually (a perfect medium), but it was extremely chewy and basically impossible to eat. We complained about the steak, and although the waitress acknowledged the issue, nothing else happened. We were neither offered a replacement nor any compensation, and the full amount was still charged on the bill. In addition, the German language skills of the restaurant staff were inadequate.

Eigentlich alles Tip Top, hätten gerne ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gehabt. Aber evt. haben wir dies selber bei der Buchung verpasst anzugeben. Parkplatzsituation war nicht ganz optimal.

Zimmer eher klein und Restaurant verfügt über wenige Parkplätze. Preise im Restaurant sind etwas höher und mit nur 1 Kaffeemaschine am Frühstückbuffet ist zu wenig, so dass man schnell Schlange stehen muss. Wegen einer Hochzeit im Hause gab es nur kleine Speisekarte, was zu wenig/spät kommuniziert wurde.

Immerhin der Notausgang da, mit weniger Stufen, doch ein kleiner blinder Fleck im Gebäude. Tipp: auch diese kleine anschlösse sauber halten und gestalten.

- Carlo (9/5): Sehr schönes Wellness-Hotel direkt am Seeufer - Wir hatten ein sauberes Zimmer mit herrlichem Balkonblick auf den See. Die Lobby und der Lounge-Bereich des Hotels wirken mit rustikal-modernem Charme sehr gemütlich und laden zum Verweilen ein, wenn man ein Plätzchen bekommt. Sauna sowie Handtücher und Bademäntel waren im Preis inklusive. Das Frühstück ließ kein Wünsche offen und der Service war zügig und sehr freundlich. Das einzige was man hier Anmerken könnte war, dass bei voll ausgebuchtem Hotel der Saunabereich schnell an seine Grenzen kommt, da der Ruhebereich nicht sonderlich groß ist und kein Platz für viele Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten lässt. Das ist aber schon Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau.

- Peggy (8/5): - Hotel mit toller Lage direkt am See. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind schon sehr durchgelegen. Somit schläft man eher schlecht. Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist sehr hoch. Man bezahlt die Lage und diese ist wirklich toll.

Alles Perfekt Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel von ca. 21 Uhr bis ca. 10 Uhr des Folgetages, also etwas zu kurz um hier eine Bewertung abzugeben.

- Eni (5/5): - Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am See sehr schöne Aussicht. Der Eingangsbereich sowie die Terrasse sind modern und schick. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, es ist ingesamt alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
- Corinne (8/5): Gemütliche Zimmer an wunderschöner Lage am See. - Aussicht auf den See und die Lage des Hotels haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch über die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Hotels war tiptop. Es gab verschiedene bequeme Kissen für jeden Geschmack, die man zum Schlafen nutzen konnten. Wir haben das Frühstücksbuffet nicht gebucht, und morgens lediglich einen super guten Cappuccino mit Sojamilch genossen. Morgens konnte man schnell, trotz Wintersaison im See baden gehen :-). Die Zimmer sind auch mit Bademäntel ausgestattet. Die Bettmatratze war unseres Empfindens sehr weich, zu weich. Das haben wir als negativ empfunden, allerdings kann ich mir vorstellen, das das nicht jeder Mensch auch als negativ empfindet. Was vom Hotel zu verbessern ist: Bei unserer Türdichtung hatte es eine "undichte" Stelle, sodass es bei geöffnetem Fenster durch die Lucke bei der Tür pfiff. Dies haben wir so gemeldet.
- Alp (8/5): Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Hotel. - Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Spa-Bereich sowie Gabriele mit einer hervorragenden Behandlung. Auch die Lage ist natürlich ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, vor allem der Lounge-Bereich draußen ist sehr schön. Insgesamt ist es wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel am Ammersee. Auch das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut. Die Matratze war leider nicht mehr in gutem Zustand und sollte einmal erneuert werden. Für zwei Übernachtungen habe ich das jedoch nicht reklamiert. Beim Frühstück im Restaurant hätte ich mir außerdem gewünscht, zuerst freundlich mit einem „Guten Morgen“ begrüßt zu werden, bevor nach der Zimmernummer gefragt wird.

- Stefan (10/5): Gerne kommen wir wieder. - Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Essen im Restaurant ist wunderbar. Der Blick vom Balkon beim Sonnenuntergang. Mir war die Matratze zu weich, die Sauna war zu kühl.

- Birgit (8/5): Traumhafte Lage, superschönes Zimmer mit Balkon zum See, sehr schönes Hotel mit Lounge-Ambiente - Superschöne Lage, traumhafter Blick auf den Ammersee sowohl von unserem Zimmer und Balkon aus als auch vom Restaurant und von der Lobby. Wir waren zum ersten Mal nicht im Sommer dort, sondern am letzten Februarwochenende (tagsüber schön sonnig, abends kühlte es stark ab), daher konnten wir zum ersten Mal nicht so genial draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen und frühstücken und auch nicht direkt am Wasser zu Abend essen, was im Sommer absolut traumhaft ist. Wir hatten aber ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon zum See; als wir Ende Februar gg. 17 Uhr dort ankamen, war es auf dem Balkon schön sonnig und warm. Ende Februar war es tagsüber schon relativ warm, aber abends im Restaurant fand ich es recht kühl. Das Restaurant hat riesige Fenster zum See hin, was optisch superschön ist, im Winter allerdings nicht so kuschelig. Während des Frühstücks trug ich dort Mantel und Schal; auch am Nachbartisch trug ein junges Mädchen ihre Winter-Steppjacke. Ich habe die kühle Temperatur leider nicht angesprochen, da ich davon ausging, dass es in diesem Wintergarten-ähnlichen Raum keine Heizung gibt. Aufmerksamere Servicemitarbeiter hätten aber vermutlich bemerkt, dass ich beim Frühstück Mantel & Schal trug, denn das Restaurant war nicht überfüllt, und es waren Mitarbeiterinnen im Raum, die regelmäßig benutztes Geschirr abtrugen und vermutlich das Buffet auffüllten. Beim check-out war dann eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, die sich erkundigt hat, wie es uns gefallen habe, und die mich informiert hat, dass auch das Wintergarten-Restaurant beheizbar ist; also lieber gleich ansprechen. Was mir diesmal auch nicht gefallen hat, sind die ausgetrockneten Brezeln, die es zum Weißwurstfrühstück gab. Es gibt zum Frühstück auch keine frischen Waffeln, was natürlich völlig ok ist, aber es gab stattdessen kleine Waffeln, die ebenfalls sehr trocken waren. Das passt für mich nicht zu den - ansonsten angemessenen - gehobenen Preisen. Es gab sehr leckeres frisches Baguettebrot, auch dunkel und mit Körnern, und leckere frische Mini-Croissants. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass nur Frisches zum Frühstück serviert wird, der Rest wertet das an sich ordentliche Frühstück ab. Die Kunststoff-Fertigpäckchen mit Marmelade gehören für mich ebenfalls nicht ans Buffet (Es gab Marmelade in Gläsern, die man in Schälchen füllen konnte). Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, die vor allem im Winter eine Rolle spielen. Im Sommer ist es auf der Terrasse so schön, dass alles andere relativ unwichtig ist.

- Robert (8/5): War schön - Rezeption war professionell und zuvorkommend. Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Bauarbeiter im Hotel die Punkt 8 Uhr angefangen haben zu Bohren. Die Aufteilung Frühstücksbüffet ( die Butter musste man suchen - diese war komplett woanders im Kühlschrank gelagert. Auf Nachfrage hatte man mich wohl nicht verstanden da Bedienung der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig war)

- Martin (8/5): Vakantie - Prachtige locatie, heel schoon, vriendelijk personeel. Een heel kleine kamer en douche, toilet. Voor een prijs van ruim €180 per overnachting vind ik dat op z’n minst gezegd “ruimhartig”. Daarnaast moest ik voor parkeren een bedrag van €20 per nacht betalen.
