La jeune femme ne parle pas français mais uniquement anglais ce q - J’ai apprécié l’emplacement et la tranquillité du Riad où j’étais déjà venu il y a plusieurs années. Chambre roof top agréable, bien décorée et spacieuse. Je n’ai séjourné que 2 nuits comme prévu mais la chambre n’a pas été faite. Le lit n’a pas été fait après ma première nuit et cela m’a surpris . La jeune femme ne parle pas français et c’est dommage.

Os funcionários, todos sem excepção, muito simpáticos e prestativos. Uma referencia especial para a Säida...que nos acolheu á saida do transfer á chegada e nos conduziu á Riad...bem como, aquando do check out, em sentido inverso..de novo em direccao ao transfer de volta ao aeroporto. Uma jovem com um inglês fluente...muito promissora na área do Turismo...que tanta falta faz a Marrocos. SHKRAN Säida!

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders das Essen war sehr lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Lage ist perfekt – sehr zentral und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Riad hat außerdem ein wunderschönes, authentisches Flair, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

• Christian (8/5): Stilvolle, schmucke, kleine Unterkunft - Top Lage, nah bei den Souks und auch beim Jemaa al fna, doch in einer stillen Seitengasse. Dachterasse Die Einrichtung des kleinen Hotel wurde mit viel Sinn für Ästhetik und Liebe zum Detail vorgenommen. Nieschen und Ecken zum Sitzen, auch auf dem Dach. Saida und ihr Arbeitskollege (Name leider vergessen) waren äusserst liebenswürdig und haben uns bei unseren Fragen und Extrawünschen toll geholfen. Wir danken ihnen herzlich. Die Abflüsse von Badezimmerwaschbecken und Dusche waren verstopft. Das Wasser lief nur sehr langsam ab. Bei unserem kleinen Doppelzimmer trennte nur eine Milchglaswand (hüfthöhe bis Decke) das erste Zimmer vom Gang ab. Umrisse von Personen sind so noch erkennbar. Ich hätte mir mehr Privasy gewünscht.

Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый встретили нас ночью. Расположение отличное недалеко от выхода из медины и рядом с главной площадью эль-фна. Также есть платная парковка относительное недалеко. Раковина забита вода плохо проходила, умывались в душе, попросили устранить но ничего не сделали.

The pricing was clear, and both the driver and the porter were very pleasant and friendly. The staff at the riad were extremely kind as well. Using a map of Marrakech, they recommended restaurants and places to visit, and even advised us on where to withdraw cash. This was especially helpful since many ATMs in the city were either crowded or out of service.

La atención y la hospitalidad de todas las personas a cargo del Riad fue impecable. Nos recibieron en el aeropuerto de madrugada porque se retrasó el vuelo y nos esperaron para darnos la bienvenida. Sijainti pikkukujalla liki Jemaa-aukiota sopivasti ihan turvallisen hässäkän keskellä, mutta silti ihan omassa rauhassa. Taksi kentälle 5lle hlölle napattiin aukiolta hintaan 20,- Portaat ylös ja varsinkin kattoterassille jyrkät ikäihmiselle/lapselle. Twin-huoneen toinen sänky oli lyhyt pitkälle aikuiselle. Jakkaroita matkalaukuille kaipasi toinen huoneisto (riadissa 5 huonetta, joista meillä 2).

Нас встретили ночью. Заселили без проблем. Утром дали выспаться и накормили завтраком. В комнатах чисто. Запахов лишних нет. Проблем с водой не обнаружено. Конечно шумоизоляция не очень но это в целом проблема всех риадов поэтому с этим просто надо смириться. Но персонал тут просто сказочный. 24/7 любой каприз. Любая помощь. Однозначно рекомендую! Кстати на крыше есть очень миленькая терраса где можно посмотреть на ночной город например.

La camera bella e il letto (molto alto!) comodo e spazioso. Doppi cuscini di altezze diverse rendono il sonno perfetto per tutti i gusti. Anche se centralissimo e comodissimo per le escursioni visto che è a due passi dalla piazza principale é silenziosissimo. La strada vicina ha tante opzioni per mangiare squisitezze street food. Il top per me la terrazza con vista sui tetti della medina e sulle montagne. È un piccolo paradiso dove viene servita una abbondante e varia colazione. 10 e lode!

Il n'y a pas de rideau au niveau de la verrière. Ce qui donne l'impression de dormir en plein jour. - Le lit simple est trop petit en hauteur pour un grand adulte. - Un matin (il me semble que ce n’était pas la femme de ménage habituelle), nous avons posé des serviettes par terre pour qu’elles soient changées, mais elles ont simplement été remises dans la salle de bain. De plus, le papier toilette et le gel douche n’avaient pas été réapprovisionnés.

• Monica (10/5): Tornare al Riad La Cigale? Assolutamente sì! - Struttura accogliente,pulitissima, colazione abbondante e squisita con dolce e salato. Abbiamo fatto check in alle 2 di notte senza nessun problema, anzi ci hanno accolti con il sorriso e gentilezza! Abbiamo provato il loro hamman e devo dire che è stata una bellissima esperienza la signora che l’ha eseguito super carina e cordiale ci ha fatto rilassare! Il riad è vicinissimo alla piazza jamaa el fna con i suoi souk il caos e i profumi ma quando si aprono le porte non si sente più nulla. Consigliatissimo! Niente

• Angel (10/5): Amazing , worth every cent . - My stay in Marrakech was perfect . That was entirely due to how friendly the staff were at the Riad . Yassmine and Said were so helpful , and so thoughtful . Yassmine assisted me with finding my way to the raid , she suggested important sights to see in Marrakech and she taught me a lot of cultural aspects around the city . Said was so considerate and always made great breakfast for me during my stay . I appreciate the both of them and I will remember them as being essential to my stay in Morocco
• Paul (10/5): - It was great to stay in a riad in the heart of Marrakech - it's close to but separate from the souk, so it was nice to be able to get away from the crowds. Our room was comfortable, there's a nice roof terrace and we loved the buntings that visited during breakfast! Yassmine very helpfully organised an airport transfer for us, even though we only asked at the last minute.
• MAX (10/5): Super comfortable, great location, great staff, great rooms - We were travelling as couple and with a friend and Riad la cigale welcomed us with open arms. It is such a comfortable, unique, and pretty riad. We stayed at two riads while in Marrakesh and while the other one was good La Cigale blew the other riad out of the water. The staff, the location, the breakfast, the rooms, the beds made our experience amazing and comfortable. Specifically Zac went the extra mile with everything: activities, transportation, waking up early to pick us up and make breakfast for us and overall advice on Marrakesh, it wouldn’t have been the same without him. Wifi is inconsistent
• Natalie (10/5): Stunning riad, perfect for a boutique getaway - The style, boutique hotel. The breakfast. And the rooms are beautiful and clean. We were a bit disappointed by the hammam experience. Even though I booked it in advance they forgot, and then it wasn’t as long as stated on their website and we weren’t offered any other packages except for basic.

Ottima esperienza, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale Il vicolo è vicino al centro ma un po isolato e buio la sera.
• Jeremy (9/5): Amazing location and staff. - We spent 4 days and 3 nights at the Riad. The staff there, Zac and Sayed, took great care of us. We ran into some problems with our train tickets but Yasmine helped us get rebooked at the last minute. She was really helpful with all our inquiries and just wonderful.
• Vrajesh (10/5): A lovely place to stay in Marrakech! - We had a great stay at Riad la Cigale. The staff is very warm, welcoming and really takes care of you during your stay! The Riad is beautifully decorated and has a good rooftop area. It is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from the famous Jemaa El-Fnaa square, and all the souks around it. The freshky cooked delicious breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday! Special shout out to Yassmine (the manager) and Syed (the night manager) for their exceptional customer service.

• Bianca (10/5): Wohlfühlatmosphäre mit perfekter Gastfreundschaft - Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt, das Personal waren perfekte Gastgeber und es war zu jeder Zeit eine angenehme Atmosphäre 😆 Es gibt absolut nichts, was nicht gut war.
• Louie (8/5): Good Stay - Riad La Cigale is a beautiful and charming place to stay. The riad itself is well maintained, very quiet, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we slept very well throughout our stay. Breakfast was great, with good quality and a nice selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it’s quite far from transportation, which is already expected if you choose to stay inside the souk. That said, the location was easy to find using GPS, and once you arrive, the peaceful environment makes it worth it. Overall, a lovely riad for travelers looking for a quiet and authentic stay in the medina. Distance to access transport.

O café da manhã é preparado com carinho, e é muito saboroso. Não tenho queixas. Quem vai, deve saber que é um prédio antigo, mas vale a pena ficar lá.

• Justina (9/5): Peaceful haven in the heart of the Medina, authentic decor and family atmosphere. - I chose this property due to great reviews from other guests. Great location, I couldn’t believe it was in the chaotic medina but was very quiet and lovely decor. Nice roof terrace to watch the sun rise with birdsong. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of steps if you want the room with the best view but not a problem as staff helped with bags 🙏
• Giuseppe (9/5): Good - Easy communication with the host who was always very responsive. Great breakfast, clean room. Let me leave my stuff in reception after check out for a few hours. WiFi was fine (though would not reach in the bathroom, no big deal for me). Just about the bathroom. It was quite smelly, especially in the shower. I would suggest some form of cover of the shower because it’s open and it’s a mess when showering (all the water goes on the floor and it becomes slippery). Also there is probably poor air flow, which is why it’s difficult to get the smell out, would need proper drying after cleaning.
• Giacomo (9/5): Consigliato! - I titolari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Appena arrivi ti offrono il tè di benvenuto (ottimo). Colazione tipica marocchina davvero molto buona. La bellezza di questo Riad sta anche nel fatto che sia molto accogliente e silenzioso. Letto molto comodo. Nulla di importante, magari il getto della doccia non era particolarmente forte ma comunque ci si lava abbastanza bene.
• Stefan (9/5): winziges Zimmer in einem Riad in sehr guter Lage mit sehr freundlichem Mitarbeiter - Die Lage des Riads ist hervorragend, mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem war es nachts angenehm leise. Nur die Geräusche im Riad selbst von anderen Bewohnern waren zu hören. Die Gegend an sich fanden wir weder morgens noch abends in irgendeiner Weise beängstigend oder unsicher. Die Kommunikantion im Vorfeld funktionierte sehr gut. Wir hatten uns gegen eine Abholung vom Flughafen entschieden und sind mit dem Bus gefahren, was sehr gut funktionierte und deutlich günstiger war. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit Tee begrüßt. Das Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Dusche ist wirklich winzig und besitzt außer der Türe nur ein Minifenster. Das WC, welches sich im Schrank befindet, hat ebenfalls noch ein Minifenster. Etwas Platz bietet sich durch die beiden Waschbecken an der Seite der Dusche. Ansonsten kann man sich im Zimmer kaum umdrehen. Der Safe funktioniert gut, ebenso das warme Wasser zum Duschen, zahlreiche Steckdosen. Der Schrank bietet Platz für unsere Rucksäcke und einiges zum Aufhängen und das schmale Regal daneben für Getränke ... . Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat das WC etwas gemüffelt. Besonders Possitiv war der Angestellte, welcher abends da war und morgens das Frühstück servierte. Er sprach hervorragendes Englisch und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen und stets ein Lächeln für uns. Leider haben wir uns seinen Namen nicht gemerkt. Von ihm wurden wir an unserem zweiten Tag um 5:45 Uhr freundlich verabschiedet und noch mit einem Frühstück to go versorgt. Nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank

• Eigenraam (10/5): Een aanrader , erg genoten. - Saïd, Houda, Mina,Jayssmine waren lieve gastvrije mensen. Stonden klaar als wij iets wilden vragen. Mina verzorgde een heerlijke hamam. Houda maakte een voortreffelijke lunch en diner. Saïd zorgde met veel passie voor het ontbijt. Niet van toepassing
• Linda (9/5): Geweldig - Fantastische locatie, centraal maar heel stil. Gebouw zelf met inrichting was prachtig. Said was heel vriendelijk en samen met de manager zorgde ze goed voor mij. Ontbijt had mogelijk iets gevarieerder mogen zijn, met iets meer vega eiwitten om de dag beter door te komen.
