- Ashley (10/5): Very safe, friendly hotel. - The staff was amazing. I accidentally booked an extra room and they went above and beyond to cancel it. I was stressed about losing the extra money but they were so helpful to get it cancelled and not charge me. I also travel with my child and as a female it is always important to feel safe. I felt safe the entire stay.

Also lasted until 10 which meant we didnât need to get up super early! And check out was at noon! I experienced a few minor inconveniences. Shower water pressure wasnât great. The remote wouldnât work sometimes and my door wouldnât fully shut without being pushed or pulled all the way.

Tried to make some tea in the morning but the âhot waterâ was barely warm so I went for a cup of decaf which was actually COLD not even tepid. COLD. Beautiful well-equipped room and kitchenette. Has potential to be great but a stinky room and no morning beverage turned this overnight stay into a terrible experience.

- Devon (5/5): Could be better - The room was spacious and clean. Check in was easy. Bathroom door in room was so heavy and stiff it was hard to open or close. We mainly booked this hotel for the pool but when we walked in the smell of chemicals was so strong it triggered my youngest childs asthma. And the water was so murky we couldn't see the bottom of the last step going into the water. Staff was not in lobby any time we went down there.

- Jim (4/5): Entire Experience was not worth the Price - This property has an over-exaggerated sense of its luxury. Based on the price of the room and services rendered. There were not enough handicapped parking spaces. The property did not have an ATM. The ice machines did not work, and for what I paid for the room, I would expect a smart TV with streaming capabilities rather than an antiquated cable system with not much entertainment value. The food served at breakfast was over-processed and very bland could have been fresh and not overcooked. Overall, this property did not live up to the Hilton brand.

The check-in process was quick, the rooms were clean, the kitchen ammenities were better than anticipated, there was a very good selection of items for breakfast, and the pool was clean. The only downfall is something beyond this property's ability to control, and that was the loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks that drive back and forth late at night. Next time, we will ask for a room that doesn't face Phoenix.

- Amanda (6/5): - The front desk was very polite and helpful. We were given a handicap room (which isnt a big deal) however the shower/barhroom has the drain in the middle of the floor. When water ran it flooded the whole room. We had to use the extra towels on the floor just so we didnt slip or fall. It was very slick and we almosz few numerous times and we didnt have any handicaps. No slick floors or adaptions would be beneficial.

Our stay was on a Friday night. The only thing I could find wrong was for breakfast they had no turkey sausage or bacon. We actually left to go to McDonalds up the street. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend this location to friends and family

- T9237YApamelah (2/5): Never again after 8 years of being loyal to this hotel for business meetings - We have been staying here once or twice a year, 2-3 weeks each time, for about 8 years as we have employee training and this hotel is close to the airport and some restaurants. We've noticed the last 4 years or so the hotel is not what it used to be. When Sam, Addi, and others were here, it was a great place to stay. Not now. Different management and staff that don't even try. The hotel has maintenance issues. In the conference room that we paid $100 a day for, chairs are broken and worn out. Half the time, the outlet on the conference table doesn't work so we have to string up our own power cords to use our computers. The internet? Well, they "upgraded". Don't expect that to work well. If it's not kicking you out, you're waiting for pages to load. The bathroom pocket door on the king suite our manager is in is broken and he literally threw his back out trying to open it. He said they told him they weren't able to repair it right now. The king suite I'm in smells like a stinky sock and the deodorizer they sprayed when I told them upon check in didn't do a thing. And management? Not trying to be mean but management is poorly lacking. The slim, blonde manager was overheard twice this week talking about how she couldnt wait to "get a bottle" after work (alcohol). I don't care what you do in your spare time but be professional while you're at work or confine your conversations to private areas with your staff. You never know when the pool will be open or closed. Don't count on it. I've been here for 10 days now and we booked 5 rooms for managers and staff and the conference room through August 9 (3 weeks total). The last straw for me is they put someone in the room above me Monday and starting the same night about 11 pm, there has been crazy banging on their floor (my ceiling), horrific screaming, and furniture being scraped across the floor. I called the front desk Sunday night to ask them to reach out to room 306 to ask them to stop, but it didn't stop. I got to sleep 5-6 times that night from a little after 11 pm to almost 1 am, only to be woken by the stomping and scraping noise. I finally just got out of bed at 1 am and couldn't go back to sleep until 3 am. Had to get up at 7 am for employee training so only got 4 hours of sleep. I talked to the front desk the next day and told her what happened. She apologized and told me to call anytime there was an issue "like this". She assured me they would handle if I called. Tuesday about 7 pm I hear blood curdling screams that go on about 10 minutes. Our manager in 406 called to ask if I'd heard it and said he was concerned. I called the front desk to tell her she might want to make sure everything is OK in 306. So Tuesday night, here we go again. About 9 pm, the thundering footsteps of someone running across the floor non-stop. I waited until close to 9:30 pm to call the front desk and the attendant assured me she would call room 306. The noise continues and actually gets LOUDER. I waited about 15 minutes to see if they would stop but that didn't happen. I finally called the front desk again (as I had been instructed to) and the girl assured me she called 306. I asked if she could call again and ask them to please stop. She said, "Let's wait until about 10". I told her I hoped to be sleeping by 10 as I had to get up for work in the morning. She wouldn't call them again and the noise continued until after 11 pm. Queue today. I went to talk to the staff and told them it was still going on. That I had called the front desk just like she'd told me to do. I told her our manager above in 406 was hearing 306 stomp and scream and our employee right accross from 306 had been awakened the night before by them. She put her hands out and asked me what she was supposed to do. Our conversation went on about 5 minutes while I stood there with our employee listening while I tried to reason with Christine. I got nowhere. She kept putting her hands out, asking me what I wanted her to do. I told her it was the hotel's responsibility to ensure quiet time after a certain hour and I was coming to her as she had told me to do. Then she said it was a baby making the noise. I told her no; the attendant the night before said it was a toddler; not a baby. I didn't receive any resolution from Christine. I finally just gave up and left the area and Christine's inquiries as to what I wanted her to do (your job?). I checked out another hotel today. I told them the ridiculous situation we're experiencing at Home2 and we are now moving our 5 hotel rooms and the conference room to Fairfield Inn tomorrow. The lady I spoke with there today after the circling conversation with Christine was very friendly and was happy to show us the conference room and welcome our business. I'm so done with this Home2 and not only would I NEVER recommend it, I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. There are much nicer, updated, and friendlier hotels in Fort Smith. It's sad. It's not even a shadow of what it used to be. If you stay, unless management changes, don't expect support or rooms that are worth between $150-$200 a night. This hotel has lost our business and the many thousands of dollars we spend here.
