- aftony (2/5): - las puerta que se habre hacia el cliente en un solo sentido y se habre hacia la rampa de minusvalidos deveria de habrir a ambos lados ambas y encontramos 4 cucarachas de tamaño grande y dos lagartijas eso indica que no estan ni sanitizados ni fumigados los cuartos

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas pero en buen estado excepto puertas y regaderas de los baños ya que estas se encuentran rotas.

Lo que no me gustó es que esta ocasión las sabanas tenían manchas y estabas sucias, había una cucaracha muerta en el piso, pelos en el piso del baño, la caja de cable hacia ruido al prenderla y no se escuchaba el audio en la tv solo tenía imagen. Anteriormente me había hospedado unas 3 veces en este hotel y tanto atención del personal como limpieza de habitaciones todo estaba perfecto excepto esta última vez.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - I liked that the room had 3 beds to accomodate the five of us. I DID NOT LIKE that the room wasn't ready on time! It wasn't ready until between 4 and 430 PM. I DID NOT LIKE that the room had a very old Air Conditioner that couldn't begin to cool a room 1/10th the size of our room. It needed to be replaced! I COULDN'T SLEEP because of the EXTREME HEAT in our room, so I Called Expedia and left the hotel to drive all night without rest to our next destination. I DID NOT LIKE the man at the Recetion Desk REFUSING TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN EXPEDIA TRIED TO CALL AND RESOLVE OUR AC PROBLEM simply, in his words, "the hotel is full, so I dont need to answer the phone. The Owner can talk to Expedia." He knew Expedia was calling because we told him it was Expedia who was trying to call. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PROPERTY, no matter how desperate you may be!

Not a big deal it’s close to downtown and a few blocks from El Malecón which is the boardwalk at the beach. If all you need is basic necessities this hotel will serve that purpose it is no way near two stars but again it’s cheap accommodations to save you money and enjoy the food in Mazatlan which BTW it’s amazing try Panama Restiarant.

- silvia (10/5): Hotel a 3 cuadras de la playa. Un buen hotel. - Un muy buen hotel, práctico. Es muy fácil llegar a la playa, solo se caminan unas 2-3 cuadras y listo el Malecón está ahí. La central de autobús está cruzando la calle. El centro de Mazatlán está cerca también. Excelente ubicación.

- kevin (8/5): Good place near central bus depot - Staff is very friendly and helpful, but level of English skills varies from one staff member to the next Cleaning crew went out of their way for us, getting us a table and hangers so we could keep items off the floor May not be to every North American’s liking. But we found this to be good enough (and near enough to the beach) to extend our stay twice Only thing I wish was that their pillows be bigger and firmer
