• Lee (10/5): Lovely and spacious apartment in a nice area of Venice. - Apt was recently renovated and very lovely and clean, and in a great area with greenspace and parks. Nice layout with 2 bathrooms and I liked the kitchen area. The host was so helpful with directions to the apt, and then directions to get to Venice airport. Vanni was a sweet man. While we were there, it got very hot and humid at night time. There was a lock on the airconditioner so we couldn't turn it on. It would have been nice if we could have had cooler air while we slept . We had the windows open for a short time but because there were no screens mosquitoes were coming in so we had to close them. I think the humidity during the time we were there is not that common for that time of year and I suspect that the air conditioner is set to come on during the summer months when it's hotter weather. It was just a fluke that it got so hot and humid that 1 night. Other than that, it truly was a lovely place to stay in.
• Katalin (10/5): Any time would come back and highly recommended - Perfect location, big flat, super host with sightseeing advise. Walking distance from St Mark square and meanwhile pleasant to enjoy local amenities like coffee house, bakery, shop etc. Close to vaporeto stations.
• Karsten (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist super, zwei WC zwar nur eine Dusche aber dafür zwei recht große Schlafzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer offenen Küche versehen und die Küche ist recht groß. Es ist alles da, was man zum Essen machen braucht. Die Lage ist super, man läuft ca.3 Minuten bis an den großen Anleger, wo früher die Kreuzfahrtschiffe angelegt haben. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man durch eine recht schmale Gasse, von den es ja in Venedig sehr viele gibt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und beim Treffen hat er uns auch sehr viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten auf unserer Karte markiert. Er spricht zwar nur italienisch und Englisch, aber Google Übersetzer macht’s ja möglich. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Venedig fahren, zum Beispiel zum Karneval? Dann jederzeit in dieser Unterkunft (Apartment) wieder.

El apartamento perfecto, limpio comodo y tiene de todo, a parte el sr. Vanni, el propietario, una persona maravillosa, encantadora, nos ayudo y aconsejo para ir a los sitios, si volvemos a Venezia, sin duda repetiremos. Nada, todo perfecto.

Si me puedo quejar de algo es que al llegar como no conoces nada se hace un complicado el conocer como funcionan los vaporetos . En que te ubicas , todo perfecto.

La casa está en un callejón muy tranquilo por lo que no hay ruidos y se duerme muy bien ( las camas muy cómodas). • Titima (10/5): We regularly visit Venice. This is by far one of the best place we have stayed for this value of money. It was a pleasan - The apartment is well divided. The place offers everything you need for your stay - even the washing machine, which we didn’t need for our short stay. We cook breakfast snd coffee every morning by ourselves, there were equipments enough to do everything we wanted to. Additionally, the place is located only around 18-20 minutes by walking to the main attractions such as Saint Marco. Almost next to the apartment you can find a supermarket, bakery (where you can get not only sweets but also fresh loaf of bread) and several restaurants. -

W łazience dostępna suszarka, ręczniki, żel pod prysznic. W okolicy apartamentu sklepy, restauracja, tramwaje wodne. Super punkt wypadowy. Właściciel nie pobrał depozytu przez booking. Pisał do mnie wiadomości prywatne na whatup, żebym podała mu dane karty. Sam chciał sobie pobrać kwotę. Jak poinformowałam, że takich danych nie udostepnie to dostałam odpowiedź, że nie wpuści mnie do obiektu. Mówiłam, że może pobrać ten depozyt sobie przez booking bo tam wszystko jest. Obsługa booking również była zdziwiona ,że nie odbyło się to w ten sposób. Nie chciał ani gotówki, ani złożenia depozytu kartą na miejscu. Po interwencji obsługi (na moją prośbę) wykonałam przelew depozytu do właściciela. Zajęło to w sumie dwa dni dzwonienia i pisania. Nie potrzebnie stracony czas. Ostatecznie depozyt po powrocie został zwrócony w ciągu kilku dni. Ale nie ukrywam,że stres mi towarzyszył już przed wyjazdem jak i po powrocie, związany z tym depozytem. Ogólnie gdyby nie zamieszanie z depozytem to wszystko ok.

• DUY ANH (10/5): A cosy apartment with warm greetings and hospitality from host! - A family of four adults, we loved our stay at Vanni’s for the 5 days we were in Venice. Vanni, our lovely host was so hospitable and helpful! He contacted us ahead of time to ensure we had ample directions and was always prompt with his response. We tried all his food recommendations and suggestions of places to visit, 10/10! The apartment is on the first floor but no issues manoeuvring our suitcases. Although it is in a narrow alleyway, the stretch was well lit and felt very safe. Quiet at night so we had the best sleep. Big comfy beds and pillows to boot! Castello neighbourhood where the apartment is located is such a quaint, charming part of Venice. Many great places to wine and dine without the wait. A good 15-minute walk to St Mark’s and all key spots with the vaporetto stops 5-10 min walk away. We hope to be back here again! Thanks Vanni. Nothing, if only we could have stayed longer…
• Davina (9/5): Lovely apartment in the center of Venice - We had a great time in this lovely apartment. It was the perfect size for our family of four. Located within walking distance of all main attractions, and good restaurants as well as a supermarket right in front of it. The apartment was very well staffed, clean and our host Vanni very helpful and quick in responding. Can highly recommended.

It is clean and comfortable and the hosts were really friendly and helpful. Due to the narrow streets and authentic location, the apartment only has a little natural light. This would, however, keep it nice and cool in the summer.

• Małgorzata (9/5): Idealnie trafione miejsce . - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu lokalizacja 100% idealna pod nas. Nie jesteśmy fanami mega tłoku, a to miejsce idealnie w punkt. Według nas wszędzie idealnie blisko i spokojnie. Mieszkanko bardzo w porządku czysto przyjemnie, właściciel bardzo miły, sympatyczny uprzejmy, oraz pomocny. Zastaliśmy mieszkanie czysto więc również tak mnie uczono by po sobie czysto zostawić, a właściciel potrafił podziękować za pozostawienie czystości to również bardzo miło z jego strony. Po za tym, blisko do tramwaju wodnego przez park lub deptak. Piekarnia, sklep market, warzywniak, pizzeria Nevadio , restauracja Nevadio, Tratoria- Pizzeria Sottoprova, La Barrique Winę Bar, Gelateteria Crystal , od kilku kilkadzieciąt metrów od wejścia. Mogę ty wracać co rok .. Pozdrawiamy bardzo serdecznie,😃😃😃😊😊😊 Jak dla nas nie byli niczego co by się nam nie podobało

La ubicación es muy buena porque está en una zona con muchos restaurantes y bares, cerca de parques y cerca de Piazza San Marco. A metros hay un supermercado muy completo.

• Minna (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location—within walking distance of all the main attractions, with restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to access and beautifully maintained, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Vanni, was incredibly kind and helpful. He stayed in touch, offered great tips, and really made sure we were taken care of. You really couldn’t ask for more! When we return to Venice, we’ll definitely want to stay at Vanni’s place again!

• Francine (10/5): Clean, spacious, quiet and well situated 2 bedroom-2 bath apartment. - This apartment was perfect for what we needed. The host communicated with me via WhatsApp which was great because even though I had a plan it was not working. One month before our arrival, he explained exactly how to get there from the airport and gave us the code to get in and grab the key for our stay. He met with us the next morning to collect the money and gave us a lot of information. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath (one shower) apartment was clean, quiet, had comfortable beds (pillows could be improved), an iron and board, and a full kitchen. It is situated in an alley but on a great strip of restaurants and stores. The apartment is walking distance to anywhere you would like to visit. I would highly recommend this property and the price was good. We had absolutely no issues and we were two women and felt really safe.

• Amalia-ioana (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was spacious and ideal for a family of four, featuring two bedrooms, a cozy living area, and two convenient bathrooms. Vanni was an excellent host, providing clear guidance on everything from getting from the airport to the apartment to exploring the main attractions. The location is perfect—close to vaporetto stops (Biennale, Arsenal) and within walking distance of St. Mark’s Square. Via Garibaldi offers a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, and pharmacies, all open until 11 PM.
• Danmt (10/5): Very pleasant holiday in an usually highly crowded destination. - We had a very pleasant holiday - the apartment is big enough for a family of 4 persons with 2 bedrooms and living area where we could have a drink in the evening and plan the next day. Also, the 2 bathrooms were very helpful for a group of 4. Vanni is a great host, he explained us everything we needed to know - from how we can easily get to the apartment late at night to how to easily access the most important objectives. The location is great, close to vaporetto stations (Biennale, Arsenal), walking distance to San Marco square and almost to anything. Via Garibaldi has plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies - you can find almost anything you need (until 23:00). I was a little concerned about the quite narrow Calle del Forno looks on Google Maps, one we get there any concern disappeared, as the street is very well illuminated at night and it is in a secured area. We had no problem to arrive there almost at 23:00 and also have a dinner after arrival at the sushi restaurant nearby. We would gladly come again here. For us it was a little cold, probably we would plan our next visit end of March or after.

Our check in was handled smoothly & efficiently by our host Vanni. He was also available during our stay to answer our questions. The apartment was clean and was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay there. Nothing the apartment had everything we needed.

You feel just like at home, the apartment has everything you may need for your stay in Venice. 2 rooms 2 bathrooms (but only one with shower). Really good location too, super close to a boat taxi stop and also you can walk to the center really easy. Also a lot of good restaurants near by. And the last but not least, the host is super friendly. I Totally recommend this one to you.

Perfect location, clean - Perfect location, you can find anything close that you need, restaurants, bars, shop. Very good split of the two rooms, quite if you prefer to spend siesta time at home. • Veronika (10/5): Great place near the center - Super locality, near to the center (like 15 minutes by walk alongside the Grand Canal). Despite being located near a busy street full of bars and restaurants, the location of the apartment in a nearby narrow street makes the accommodation completely peaceful. Very near to vaporetto station (you can leave to the center, railway station or the Murano/Burano islands right form there). There are two rooms with enough of privacy. Coop supermercato is just a stone's throw away. Nearby tips: Majer Via Garibaldi for perfect breakfast, Snackbar Castello for dinner, Trattoria Dai Tosi for lunch, if you are in the neighborhood. The owner is super nice, super helpful. We could even store our luggage prior to official check-in.
• Inna (9/5): Everything was fine - Apartment is really nice, lovely and clean. The location is great. Many restaurants, cafes, pizzerias nearby. The Grand Canal is 3 minutes away. 20 min slow walk to the San Marco square. Check-out time could be a little bit later. In our case, we were lucky, in the morning the owner informed us that due to circumstances we might check out a little late. Otherwise, it is necessary to leave the apartment at 10:00

It is away from the crowds of Piazza San Marco. No problems with the property. We had a bit of confusion about dropping off our luggage before check in time, but all worked out.

• Paula (10/5): Great stay in Venice - Vanni arranged to meet us personally and then took us to the apartment just a few minutes away. He showed us the facilities and explained how everything worked so it made the start of our holiday very easy. He also kindly provided a replacement coffee maker and another kitchen item very promptly. Communication with him was very easy and he always responded very quickly and positively, which we really appreciated. We can highly recommend the apartment and Vanni as an excellent host.

Vanni, the host , is very friendly and gave us some great advice and tips on navigating Venice, he was also very kind and empathetic when we were late to check in after getting lost. The apartment is beautiful, and set right in the heart of Venice close to all the ports for the water taxis and boats. It is situated on a street with fantastic Italian restaurants and bars at very affordable prices. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Piazza de San Marco and within easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, tourist sights and museums. There is a Co-op supermarket just across the road for all your needs which is very useful. Fresh coffee and tea was provided, the apartment also had a superb stove to cook on, two good sized bathrooms and bedrooms, a dining table and lounge to enjoy. The apartment had some lovely personal touches, providing guests with everything they desire! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be booking the apartment again!

• Kent (10/5): A hidden gem! - Having my own nightly rental, I always appreciate when another host goes above and beyond expectations and this is exactly what the hosts of this property do! Upon our arrival in Venice, we were met by the host, Vanni, who personally walked us back to the apartment, which is greatly appreciated in this city, and gave us plenty of information about the area, as well as many good recommendations. (Definitely eat at Nevodi’s restaurant!!)The apartment is quiet, clean, and well stocked with all sorts of things to make your stay more comfortable. The floor plan is also very well laid out and it has AC! I should also mention that the apartment is very secure, with two locked doors to enter. Initially I was fearful that the location might be too far away from the main attractions, but surprisingly we were only a 10 minute walk away from Piazzo San Marco (St. Marks Square). After spending much time in crowded alleyways, we were grateful to be able to go back to the area where the apartment is located and enjoy a more relaxed local vibe. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this apartment as a great place to stay during your time in Venice! It would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedroom that overlooks the alleyway with the outside lights, as it was a little too bright for us.

• Kathleen (8/5): Very good - The apartment is lovely with two bathrooms and is in a good location. It is near two water bus stops, restaurants and a Co-Op shop. It has air conditioning which helps on a very hot day! The electricity going off when just using a hair dryer.
