- Annette (9/5): Großartig für einen typischen Lapplandurlaub! - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, etwas abseits von Ruka Zentrum, welches aber in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist, so dass man jederzeit hinlaufen kann. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut, es gibt viele landestypische Gerichte, die allesamt sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich! Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Jeden Tag ist die Sauna geöffnet. Da gibt es nichts!

- Richard (9/5): Would choose this hotel again. - Lovely friendly staff, good food in their restaurant. Relaxed, almost family atmosphere. Cross country ski tracks just across the road from the hotel so very easy snd quick access to first class cross country ski tracks. It was all fine. A slight drawback for some might be that its location outside Ruka village centre means you need to pick up and return your skis in the village and get there if you want more choice in places to eat. However you can easily get to the village by picking up a taxi from the hotel - about 16 euros at the time of writing. If you are doing downhill rather than cross country skiing then somewhere in the village itself might be better for you. But it’s perfect for cross country.

- Jenna (10/5): Rentouttava ja kaunis hotelli - Mukava kokemus hienossa hotellissa. Todella upeat maisemat ja huoneemme oli päivitetty parempaan veloituksetta. Se oli positiivinen yllätys. Huone oli siisti ja hiljainen. Aamulla yläkerrasta kuului hieman aamupalasta ääniä mutta se ei haitannut. Yleiset tilat oli rauhalliset ja oli rentouttavaa istua viinilasillisen ääressä ja katsoa maisemia takkatulen ääressä.

- Piotr (9/5): Superb - Excellent choices at breakfast buffet including warm dishes, very tasty Lapland dinner buffet on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays; very friendly and helpful staff creating a family atmosphere in the hotel; sauna available in the hotel; very good location for cross country skiing trails, which are located just opposite to the hotel, though it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the main village on foot Not all the facilities in the hotel are very modern, though they do work well; but given that the hotel has probably not been renovated for a while it was still a bit pricey; the general public slots for sauna are only 50 minutes for men and women each, which is not a lot, additional slots need to be paid for - an open slot of 1.5 hours would be appreciated (or a joint men / women slot, but mixed sauna seems to be rare in Finland)

Tarjoilupalvelu ja koko palvelukokonaisuus erinomaista. Siisteys kymppi, tätä arvostan "isosti"!!! Uusittu sauna kympoi!!

- Marja (10/5): Viikonloppureissu hiihtämisen merkeissä - Siskoni kanssa haluttiin irtiottoa arjesta ja vietettiin viikonloppu Rukalla. Hotellihuone oli iso ja mukava ja Ikkunasta oli upeat näköalat. Palvelu oli erinomaista. Hiihtoladut oli vieressä. Kun tultiin hiihtämästä niin päästiin melkein heti saunaan vaikka virallinen sauna-aika ei vielä ollutkaan.
