- Tydran (2/5): This Isn’t What you think it is.... - Never stayed. Seemed like a scam. Never got check in instructions. Pictures aren’t accurate. Waste of time and money. Wouldn’t recommend
- Tony (2/5): Dont stay here ever. Keep your money. And the $450 - We booked for friday october 19 to Sunday Oct 21st and we specifically asked that it would be no problem checking in at 3am saturday morning. We were ensured it wouldn't be a issue but when we got there there was no key in the lock box. Call the provided number and some one came and got in threw the sliding glass door and ensured me that a key would be dropped of at 930am saturday morning. 930 came no key. Waited til 1030am still no key. Called the provided number they said the house keeper will drop the key off in 30minutes. Waited til noon still no key. Finally we get some one to say they will just leave a new key in the lock box. We leave with 2 very upset kids wanting to get to Disneyland. I just want to let you know the place is nice and spacious but the check in process was too much trouble. I felt like a prisoner and the bad thing is I was paying for it literally. In my opinion just stay at a hotel. Wasted the whole morning waiting for a key that was promised to be dropped off. I asked if they would compensate us for the trouble. I doubt they will.

- Valerie (8/5): Nice Apartment Great Location But Be Prepared - This is a really nice apartment in an excellent location. It has all you need for a comfortable stay including a great grocery store/take out in the building. Kitchen, living room, comfy bed, w/d, balcony, parking, nice bathroom. The problem was the management. It took me 1 1/2 hours and 5 phone calls to get in. They kept saying they would call me back, which they did not. Then when I did finally get in, the smoke detector was beeping. Tried disarming it but squealed that piercing sound even more. Called AGAIN. Was told I would have to wait until morning. Went out at midnight (3 am for me still on East Coast time) to find 9V battery. Didn't work. Still squealing. Finally was able to disconnect it all together. In 4 days, no one came to check on it. Cable/Smart TV service was not working either. Left message but no response. Wifi did work well. Excellent location and nice apartment despite it all, but even though you will be paying $$, be prepared to be resourceful and handle any of the service challenges yourself - that is IF you can get in the door in the first place!!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful stay - The place was awesome! Very clean and the perfect location for us. The only thing that was frustrating was getting into the building initially. You need a key fob to get in and we didn't have that when we arrived yet. We had to have someone let us in...

- Srinivas (2/5): Inconvenient and stupid process to stay! - I seriously hated the process to stay, After I made my payment with hotels.com I thought I can take care of rest at the stay if they requires any deposit etc, They sent me 2 documents to email to sign them and as I am on vacation I didnt check my personal emails. Later day when I went for check in, that was group of apartments and leasing office doesnt know anything about this. Then I made a call to the given number by hotels.com and they asked me to fill the forms then only they can share the details of my stay. I had filled all the documents waiting on the road and with my friends.
After a hectic and tedious process to stay, there are many rules how to stay there. and there are no sufficient toilet paper and no soaps at all. And we dont know whom to ask :(
I seriously recommend no to stay here. I had a very bad experience with this apartment.
- cavb89 (6/5): Agradable - Me gustó el lugar pero en la reservación no se mencionaba de llenar un formulario y pagar por medio de paypal el costo por el servicio de limpieza, fue bastante tardado para mi porque recibí el correo del formulario estando allá, y se contactaron conmigo de una agencia de renta porque el lugar no es un hotel, es un departamento que rentas aparte.
- ANNE N. (4/5): nightmare at miracle mile - This was a room in an apartment building, not a hotel. There was a considerable amount of confusing emails and applications and paperwork and upfront requirements for sizable cleaning fees and damage deposit. At one point, I contacted hotels.com over the phone to help understand all the emails that were coming to me regarding this room and I was told to delete all the emails because it was a scam. After a tremendous amount of phone calls, research, and emails, I Took a chance that this was not a scam and in fact, legitimate. Upon arrival at the apartment building, it took hours to find someone to check me into the room and provide keys. The phone connections were so poor that it was difficult to communicate. The apartment only provided one roll of toilet paper and no tissues, paper towels, etc. The surrounding balconies had many cigarette smokers so every time I open the window my apartment smelled of smoke. One night, the people in the apartment above me held a very loud party until after 5 AM. After returning home, it took weeks of emails and phone calls to get my damage deposit refunded. The entire experience was extremely stressful.
- Foojan (2/5): terrible stay - The unit only slept 4 people when it said 6 in the add, after we called they said there is a air mattress for 1 person and thats it. While the room was oprn for us to get in after finding the key inside it would not lock the door, wronf key. So , we had to leave passport/cash with door open.... They charged $170 cleaning fee and left a note to clean the unit, wash everything, take the garbage, do the bed, if so then why am I paying triple fkr cleaning fee if I have to do it myself. The add said free parking but could not get it to work so we paid for parking as well
Overall very disappointed and terrible stay, would not recommend
- Verified traveler (2/5): What a terrible experience.... - I hate to do this, but i feel like we have no choice. Everything about this stay was horrible, just to get into our apartment home was ridiculous. The worst part about this is we were on our way to a seminar for our careers that we were so motivated for, then this. First off, we go to Expedia to get a room for 3 nights, see this deal and we were in, nice kitchen, parking garage and great location. Expedia's website reads this is all you pay, not true, after we pay expedia for our 3 nights, we get an email that reads thank you, now feel out this rental agreement and you need to pay for cleaning fee plus 17% and a deposit. I call the hotel ask if this is a mistake, it is not, we can cancel but if we do, we have to still pay for all 3 nights we originally booked, sorry no refunds. This was also booked 2 weeks before our actual stay. We call expedia, they say sorry, this apartment is unhelpful, we can give you a credit for cleaning fee. So we decide to stay because there is no other way out. The night we get to the apartment, we explain to them on the phone, (oh by the way, there is NO one on the premises, if you need help, you're outa luck) we are going to be in late what do we have to do? Wow, we basically have to park the car one place, go up to the building, retrieve a key, go back down, move the car to another location then you can go up to your stay. Well, in order to go up to your room you need the key, the elevator will not work with out it, nothing will work without it.
- Marcus (2/5): Terrible Customer Service - The room wasn't ready at 3pm like they claimed, I had to wait two extra hours and my hotel wasn't completely cleaned on top of that.
Dirty personal hygiene products, and a dirty bathroom lead for a very uncomfortable start to my stay.
I brought this up to the renter and they didn't seem to care or show any concern. There was nothing offered to compensate my bad stay.
- Celeste (8/5): Nice hotel close to the Grove and to most audition - Overall good experience with a few minor negatives. The self check in was not the greatest experience since you could not access the elevators without waiting for someone who already lived there to let you in. Once in, it was perfect for us because we had our own parking spot in a garage, walking distance to the grove and relatively close to everything we needed including for audition locations. Very quiet in the building as well so we were able to get great sleep each night. On a negative side, the sheets did not appear to be washed but instead smelled and looked like a cleaner was sprayed on the pillow cases and the dishes/pots/pans were dirty yet put away as though they were clean. Once we washed the sheets and cleaned the dishes, all was great. I would stay here again because the things I'm complaining about were easily fixable and overall it was still a nice place and very convenient.
