Guest Reviews
- West (6/5): They say pets allowed but they mean only dogs - The location & they have rooms with a kitchen. The front staff was very accommodating! Since they don't accept cats hey wouldn't allow me to stay all the days I had a reservation for but they did let me stay for the night because it was late & gave me a late check out. And tried to help me find a place that does accept cats Online it says they accept pets. However, they only accept dogs... so I'm not sure why it says pets.
The 1st room they put us in did have roaches but they put us in a different room and it was fine.
- S (2/5): Dissatisfied - None All the Marijuana smoking in the building

- 92jenip (8/5): Nothing fancy but a good stay - This hotel is very basic. It is an extended stay hotel that is very clean and simple. The shower and bathroom was quite clean and the bed was ample. What stands out is the management and other staff with whom we interacted. They were lovely and friendly and accessible.
- J9371GWrichardw (2/5): 1 Star reviews. - Terrible conditions make sure you wear your shoes not socks other wise they will go in trash. Called about bugs and they say the sprayed but still killing bugs daily They clean the rooms every 2 weeks. If you call cleaning a room by just changing the sheets and NO trash removal. Whatever. Wouldn't recommend
- Niki (9/5): -
- Sarah (1/5): Very disappointing stay with cleanliness and maintenance issues. - Nothing The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with visible stains, buildup, and residue in both the bathroom and kitchen. There were also multiple maintenance issues throughout the room. Overall, the condition did not meet expectations.
- K8988QKsarahb (2/5): Unsanitary conditions, maintenance and safety concerns - I was very disappointed with the condition of this WoodSpring Suites property. Upon arrival, multiple areas of the room were not properly cleaned, including the bathroom and kitchen. There were visible stains, buildup, and residue on several surfaces, which made the space feel unsanitary.
In addition to cleanliness concerns, there were several maintenance issues throughout the room. The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Overall, this property fell well below expectations for cleanliness and upkeep. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
- shanninp2026 (10/5): Highly recommend Woodsprings Suites - They fully support Service/Therapy animal's. (So Amazing)
It can be very difficult to find hotels, who do NOT restrict specific breeds!!!
Friendly helpful Staff.
Nice clean rooms....PEST FREE!!
- carlosrA4817NJ (10/5): VERY PLESANT - I CARLOS found woodspring suites to be an excellent hotel
With a great price.
- Tabatha (1/5): - The tall female staff at desk tries to rip people off.
- Glen (1/5): - Room didn’t get cleaned. There was blood on the wall. Food in the fridge.
- carlsmith213 (10/5): Loved it - Very nice, clean, people are nice
- josephmB2899GG (10/5): Great staff - The staff has gone above and beyond, especially Chris. Friendly staff, good service, comfortable environment.
- morganmJ5085WD (10/5): Worth the stay - Everyone here is so welcoming. The staff and even the long term people here. Quiet and secluded from the everyday hustle and bustle of the town and numerous people in it. Close to shopping and many quality dining experiences
- Peggy (1/5): Rude and inconsiderate - Was told I wasn't able to rent there anymore for no reason given abd to top it off I was informed of this by the maintenance mmm and and not even a manager.
Staff was rude stating when having to assist a late night transaction" you made me get out of bed" by the night shift employee. Communication... would have been nice knowing why I couldn't rent anymore and it been nice to be informed I was on a banned list.
- Tabatha (1/5): Scamming Staff member - The room was clean easy access to the highway and places to eat . The very tall lady at the desk tries to scam ppl . Said our booking wasn't paid for . So I called the company I booked through. they verified it was paid for so did my card company. The company i booked through tried to call the desk no answer so the sent an email. We let her know about the email and that it was paid for. Now she said she couldn't find us . And she had no email form them But yet the booking was cancelled by them on that day . Not to mention her telling us she didnt take our money No one said she did . But we were gonna pay twice And she started cussing at us We had already stayed several nights with no problems. The rest of the staff was great .
- Lizabelle (1/5): -
- Golden (7/5): - Hot water and kitchen Didn’t get a room key
- Kirk (5/5): Basically a place sleep nothing else - affordability no coffee maker in room, no where to get coffee in entire hotel, no bucket to get ice.
- Tasha (1/5): Disgusting! Roaches, filthy, loud, smelled like marijuana. - Absolutely nothing! The room had roaches, broken tv, absolutely filthy.
- Chance (1/5): Terrible - Absolutely nothing When we arrived we were gonna be put into a room on the first floor then I asked if they had any on the top floor and was told it was probably best the room on the first floor had a smell if it had a smell don't offer the room the first room we got yes first room because we had to change had the shower curtain rod ripped put of the wall and just sitting on the shower trim the Second room we got was almost ripped out if I could get a refund I would the stay was terrible
- John (10/5): -
- Monte (6/5): -
- Jon (2/5): - Check in manager was very friendly and nice. So many cockroaches in the two rooms which they placed me on.
- K9209MOryanw (4/5): Good until I saw roaches. - Simply put. There are Cockroaches here. I Killed two in my room. They blatantly said people have already come to spray they aren’t coming for another two weeks. One of the workers said “hotels get bugs sometimes”. Another said “There’s nothing we can do except either give you $50 off or you can leave and we can refund you your money”. Roaches aren’t bugs they are ABOMINATIONS!!!! Other than that hotel staff was nice and friendly.
- Teske (9/5): -
- Dukes (10/5): -
- Aubrey (10/5): -
- Donald (10/5): -
- Terina (8/5): - Nice place but sometimes it's alot of in and out of other guests and I've found the doors propped open numerous times and that's not safe.
- debrasC3803CH (10/5): One of the greatest motels to ever stay in very quiet and very calm and they love animals - I would give woodsprings suites a 5 star Motel, I think it's great. All the workers and the great workers at the front desk and the management Jessica, they're all wonderful, very courteous, very kind and understanding, and they are there to help
And everybody that works on the property. Are very kind and curious. And helpful, I thank I'm so much the rooms are cleaned.
And clean linen whenever you want it.Thank you so much for let me be here debra Salway room 111
- bradleybH1843QR (10/5): Nice extended stay - The location is great, rooms are clean, and staff is friendly. The price is decent. A covered smoking hut away from the building would be nice
- Holly (6/5): - The bed was rock hard, the blinds were broken, there was blood on the bathroom door, and pubic hairs around the toilet. There was a large brown smear on the wall up near the top of the shower that was unidentifiable but looked like feces and toilet paper smeared together.
The only staff I actually dealt with was the lady who checked me in at 3:00 in the morning. There was a mess up with my booking and she was so sweet and able to fix it for me. She's the only thing there that deserved a five star rating.
- Eric (2/5): - There was literally poop in the toilet when I arrived. Not to mention the place was overall creepy, in fact quite scary. I left for good within 30 seconds of entering the room.
Awful. Worst hotel I have ever seen. Likely lots of drugs in the building.
- Yvonne (5/5): Won’t stay here again - No breakfast No heat toilet didn’t work properly no ice buckets no tissues in the bathroom wont
- CHRISTY (8/5): - Location was great friendly staff, and reasonable rates
- Michael (2/5): - Terrible customer service and very very rudeee
- Amy (2/5): - Room key had to be reset every single time I left the room. The stair wells had a large amount of dead bugs. Staff smoking in the stair well. They’re sure to collect a deposit but argumentivr about the return of the deposit. Doors propped open at exits due to locks not working properly. An extremely unsafe environment with what seemed like homeless people at all hours in the parking lot. Stay far away from this place.
- Amy (2/5): - Filthy and unsafe
- Destiny (4/5): - If your looking for place just to lay your head with no amenities this is it. Poor housekeeping. Poor plumbing. Very much you get what you pay for.
- Destiny (6/5): - Decent
- Ramiro (10/5): - Parking
- Eugene (10/5): Emergency Broadcast System - I like it almost 100% but the toilet makes a whistle sound like some kind of alarm. It's a typical residential toilet with an elongated bowl, but the floater only goes up about half-way and shreaks that pesky whistle noise.
This is a test of the Emergency Broadcast System. This is only a test!!!@
- Roxanne (8/5): - Family Friendly
- Lisa (6/5): - Not a bad place for the price. Very outdated and needs some maintenance. Unfortunately, the guest on the floor above were apparently elephants in wrestling matches all night, so the noise made it hard to sleep. Not really the property's fault, but did not make for a great stay.
- Scott (2/5): - That hotel nasty, the tv didn't work and the air conditioner smelled like mouse pee when you turn it on and the damn door wound not latch, I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and we should have been able to get the money back, this place is not a good place to stay
- Dell D (10/5): - Great value
- James (6/5): - Make it more clean and pleasing to the eye
- Taniece (2/5): - Found a roach in my room. Killed it. But was afraid all night. Eewww
- Kimberly (2/5): - Roaches, dirty walls, behind a hospital.
- josephmB2899GG (10/5): - I’ve really enjoyed my stay here. The staff and management have been friendly and helpful, they were eager to answer questions anytime I had them and were always personable, making a safe and friendly environment.
- América madero (3/5): Terrible - Rooms are big and equipped with what some families may need when traveling, the location is not too bad. The room was not a space that felt clean. it has kitchen and stove but deteriorated and old. No iron or trash can in any area available. The bathroom has what looks like to be blood stain on the wall. The toilet has a huge stain that is brown that looks disgusting that you even scare to use it because you're not sure if stain or dirt. The bed still has the bag on the mattress which makes terrible noise at night when trying to sleep. The window was dusty. I took pictures and everything and I will be contacting Woodspring management myself because it has been such a disappointment.
- Curtis (10/5): - The manager and staff was friendly and very helpful
I’ll come back every visit
Thanks
- B1633UWmichaelf (2/5): Terrible service and the gentleman in the wheelchair is very rude - Terrible service they clean at first then they don't clean anymore and the man of the wheelchair went a weekend to turn off in advance and wanted to charge almost $100 more for the week that I was going to pay I don't understand why if it's the same thing that I paid it before paying it the same day but not only that the gentleman of the wheelchair gets upset when you go to ask him anything even to open the door because the key machine of the rooms has not been working for a month and they must open the doors of the room and the lobby because if you don't stay out and gets upset that gentleman is rude he even tells you bad words
- Kenyatta (10/5): - Clean, friendly, great customer service
- Lora (2/5): - We did not stay and demanded a refund. It was dirty and unkept. The smell in the room was sickening. We were not aware it was an extended stay facility. I will NEVER recommend this place.
- Mitch (4/5): - Very low quality. No soap. No shampoo.
- Rj (2/5): - I had a bad experience here the person at the front desk that’s in a wheelchair should work on his ppl skills if he gonna be at the front desk the room had bed bugs I was bit a lot the room had trash all over and i was put in a different room that also was not properly prepared. I had a bad experience with this place. It has potential though.
- Randy (2/5): - Staff refused Early check in...had major room key problems Everytime we left and came back our key had to be re made room was dirty and dusty seen multiple cockroaches have video and pictures of proof ... demanding 2free nights or full refund of both nights also major drug addicts roaming around
- Brian (2/5): - Was terrible experience
- Terry (4/5): - The guy at the front desk was friends but I had to wait for about 10 minutes until he got there. The rooms horrible. Baseboards were falling apart with wall and appliance yellowing. Just looked bad all around
- Justin (2/5): - No check in service
- Trisha (4/5): - They only had one room with no a/c, so we passed. The front guy was nice
- Skyler (10/5): - Nice!
- Bradford (2/5): - Carpet was so dirty, my flip flop kept pulling off my feet when I walked. Shower curtain rod was off the wall. I had to prop it up with a drawer from the kitchen. Other tenants playing loud music until midnight. No one at the desk at night to complain too. It was a beat up place.
- Jessica (4/5): - Very outdated. The carpet had a sticky residue to it, and not vacuumed. The toilet water pressure was so poor it wouldn’t flush properly, barely allowing urine to go down. I checked out a day early. Would not recommend.
- Fred (2/5): - I just thought it was nasty I had a shower with no shower curtains bed looked like something you were set up outside to sleep underneath the tent floors nasty the walls was nasty it was terrible I got it cuz they had kitchen area but it didn't have anything to cook with
- Elizabeth (2/5): - The night was so bad I received verbal approval from the GM Natalie VanArsdall-Williams for a full refund. But since I booked through Hotels.com I had to request the refund thru them. Now Natalie has avoided response for over a week. I am truly disappointed in her as a GM and in the whole experience.
- Quindale (2/5): - The room was nasty and smelly animal hair was all over the carpet. For 2 days i didnt have a key to access my room and the clerk was not trying to help solve that problem. I ended up staying with family due to not having access to the room until daylight because the clerk who was so unprofessional shut down at 11p. I will NEVER book a room at that location and i wish i could get a full refund
- Christopher (4/5): - This place was terrible. They didn’t have a working keycard machine—which they failed to mention until after I paid. As a result, the only employee on duty had to personally let every guest into the building and into their rooms. Each time I left my room, I had to wait to be escorted back in, but only after the employee had helped others who were also waiting. I went out to get pizza and had to wait again to be let back into my room; my pizza was cold by the time I finally got to eat it. The poor woman working was doing her best, and none of this was her fault—but she should have informed me about the keycard situation before I paid for the room.
- FNU (2/5): - I just go watch the room and walk out
- Christie (4/5): - Dirty room, nothing worked, cold shower and no toiletries ( shampoo, soap, nothing) outer doors broken and random people just coming in the hotel sitting in the hallways.
- Leora (2/5): - The first room we were given smelled horrible and was filthy and didn’t have any linens on the bed. Front desk gave us a second room and although it had linens we ended up sleeping on top of them and used our own blanket. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room but the shower lever was stuck preventing you from taking a bath and the bath drain wouldn’t hold water either. We stayed but only because we were exhausted from travel and our eventful day. I will never ever book a room a this property again.
- Merri (8/5): - Water in shower could have been hotter
- Mark (2/5): - The floors (both the carpet and tile) in the room were sticky and filthy. There were only two towels in the bathroom. The price was nice and the guy checking me in was super friendly.... but not enough to compensate for the filthy room. I will not choose this hotel again when I come back to Fort Wayne in the coming months.
- roughneck942003 (2/5): Place is filthy and stinks - This place is completely filthy. When we opened the door to the room itsmelled like wet dog, The tiles part of dloor your shoes and feet stuck to, the carpeted part of room same way literally you would stick to it was so filthy. Stains everywhere. No coffee pot even thous this is an extended stay and they donha e a two burner cook top, but of course no utensils of any kind. The beds basically are one notch up from a rollaway, the one pillow case was stained. We left the window open as wide as we could open it which was about 4” , for the entire time and still everything in our bags smells like wet dog. After second night I asked for more towels and wash cloths, sorry we have towels but no more wash cloths. First night we ordered food after seeing delivery person pull in to the lot I waited about 20 minutes for a phone call or text or someone to bring it to room. So i walk to front desk and there is my food sitting there. Asked guy at desk is that my food he says oh yeah they said they text you. Why wouldnt you ring the room and say we have a delivery for you. Room was cheap and we just needed somewhere to sleep after work but it is definitely a crap hole
- Troy (10/5): - Stayed here for one night and it was amazing! Perfect size room and clean EVERYTHING!
- Doris (6/5): - The property was safe, quiet and reasonably clean, but didn’t have any ice or enough parking.
- Walkermama (6/5): Clean and Basic - It is clean; I will give it that. Very outdated and basic extended stay hotel. Bed was similar to a pull out couch type bed but it was nowhere near as uncomfortable as those types generally are. This is a good place if you just need to rest your head. There really wasn't a check out process. When husband went down to check out about 7:00am there was no attendant.
- Stephanie (4/5): - Overpriced rooms and low quality. Public hairs on top shelf in bathroom and little hairs in bedding. We were grossed out and didn’t stay the night. Clean otherwise. Rooms need some major updates. No amenities and room cost wasn’t justified.
The check in girl was amazing though, and is an asset to your company.
- Nesha (4/5): Disappointing -
- Clara (1/5): Bad - It was run down, the room wasn’t cleaned. We actually got refunded and found a different hotel to stay at.
- crystalpF7528KP (10/5): Relaxing - Staff is great with communication! From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly facility is always being cleaned. Room has everything you need for an extended stay. Hotel offers great space outdoors for pets. I definitely recommend this hotel.
- alexisoQ5107NP (10/5): Would come again!! - Walking in, we were greeted by the receptionist. The lobby was also very clean and smelt nice! The room was very nice and had all the right things needed for an extended stay. The room was a good size and our neighbors were nice and friendly. The manager was also super friendly as well as the staff!
- Craig (8/5): - Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to highway, but kind of difficult to get to, winding through the hospital campus. Grounds around the property are a little bit of a mess. Seemed like there were a number of longer term guests there as well.
- 240ndial (10/5): Bang for your buck! - Awesome establishment the check-in process was quick and fast! I think for the price you pay you get a decent amount of amenities included in your room. The staff are very nice and personable they’re very welcoming and help to resolve any and all concerns I had prior to check in. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!!
- 929teer (10/5): All in all I’d recommend Woodspring Suites to anyone. They are prompt and professional and fesible if need be. Thank You - I spent a week at Woodspring suites and it was an excellent experience. Room was clean, the atmosphere was very welcoming and I also had a great experience with the staff, they were very helpful and nice and quick to get things handled for me. They also kept the hotel nice and clean.
- Keith (10/5): - Pet policy is ridiculous
- 458aldeng (2/5): Scam. - I reserved a room at around 11:30pm, when I arrived 15 minutes later, nobody was at the front desk. I called the number, and it brought me to their call center, where the lady informed me that it was too late to check in, and to call back at 7:00am the next morning. Needless to say, that’s not very useful.
- Lori (1/5): Didn’t not stay. Demanded money back when seen room. - Very filthy. Worn out Filthy stinky
- Jay (4/5): Budget, basic, not for me - Budget. College dorm room style. Extended stay quality. Clean but worn. Can't read numbers on TV remote, shower curtain rod sagging, no tissues, no shampoo or lotion, simple thin sheets, noisy neighbors, highway noise. Must give $100 damage deposit and they must visually inspect the room to credit you back in a week. Long check in process. Never again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Interesting front desk staff - We were unpleasantly surprised. We didn’t know this was a log term nightly rate hotel. Reminds us of a halfway house from a bad movie. Security cameras were out of order along with towel service due to broken washing machine. I wouldn’t bring my family here. Weird property bordering unsafe. People hanging out in the parking lot at night. Kept my shoes on in the room. One thin small blanket on the bed covered with a sheet. Think twice before starting even if it’s a good deal.
- Joey (2/5): - Staff manager was rude and took all day to check in with my room plus on top of that the room was not cleaned enough appliances was filthy like the refrigerator just poor service all the way around
- Becky Makris (4/5): Do not stay here’. - The front desk guy was great. That’s the only good thing I have to say. This place is a dump. I’ve stayed in “extended stay” places before but they were professional and clean and up to date. This place was dingy, outdated, disheveled rooms with damaged equipment. Gross wood floors and basically fold up cot frames with cheap mattresses. I ate the cost and got another room elsewhere for only $50 more dollars than this cost. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money the first time. And did I mention the horrible food smells! Grossss
- Kristina (2/5): - We checked in and made it to the room. That was it. Checked out immediately after! The room was nasty! We stay at hotels a lot and are very low maintenance and with minimal expectations. But cleanliness is one thing we look for. This was by far the worse hotel we have ever been to. The walls looked like they had literal crap on them. The beds had actual pubic hairs on the sheets. I was actually afraid to touch anything! The only good thing was that we were refunded for our stay before checking out. We were willing to spend the night in the car verses taking our chances sleeping in one of their beds. I honestly don’t see how this hotel passes health department inspections.
- Harris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tiffany (2/5): - Pretty sure they had bed bugs vecause i had bites the next day all over my body
