We had an awful experience at this location. Our room key suddenly stopped working late at night, and there was no staff on site to help us. We were completely locked out of the building in the rain and had to sleep in our truck because no one answered the phone or came to assist. The next morning, when we finally reached someone, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern for what had happened. On top of that, the hallways and room smelled terrible, and was absolutely disgusting. It was an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. I will NEVER stay here again.

Jazmin (8/5): It’s worth the price and ask for Chelsea and Tasha - I first called because I had a dog, I was greeted with a soft voice over the phone . I came the next day and was greeted with the biggest smile . Chelsea helped me check in my room and Tasha helped me I was missing my pillows she came right in with soft ones. I stayed for a week and needed help in my room with a/c Chelsea was cleaning Rooms this day she a multi-task person and the sweetest I just love her . I be back to see y’all next week thanks again and love the lil pond in the back it has real fishes in it . It wasn’t much I didn’t like. It had a lil noise but that’s okay kids out the school so I understand .

Trevor (2/5): disgusting - This was the worst place I have ever been to. We actually walked in and walked right out. DISGUSTING!!! It's definitely an extended stay hotel with multiple live in guests. Kids RUNNING through the halls, dogs barking like crazy, REEKED of cigarettes. Beds were barely a metal frame and a sheet to sleep in. It was nasty, from the walls to the floors. I wouldn't have let my dog stay there.

Floors were grungy in the room would get your socks black, no ice make, in kitchen or in the hotel, black mold in the ceiling in the bathroom, Exhaust vent in bathroom did not work, NO amenities like hair dryer or coffee maker, Had to listen to the THUMP THUMP THUMP of the hotel commercial washing maching all night long. They advertise clean linen available all the time this is not true. Parking lot is full of pot holes some big enough to damage vehicles. Staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Overall I would rate it at a 2 at the most, then again what do you expect for $50 a night. It is far from what it shows no the Travelocity and other web sites.
