Guest Reviews

- Maria (2/5): -
- Balcerowicz (10/5): - The place is very good for the money. The staff is amazing.
- Balcerowicz (10/5): - This place has bad ratings and I do not know why! Like it’s not a Hilton but it’s clean and the staff is amazing!
- Chris (1/5): They told me I couldn’t stay there because both people weren’t 21 and only I was even though the room was under my name - Nothing The staff and policies put in place that were not mentioned on their website
- Jim (3/5): - I had a riif over my head Tolet git cl9gged, Kitchen drawer was broke, and the ekevator did not work fir the 2 weeks I was there. I had knee replacement and had to use the stair (from the 4th floor). Was not offered to change rooms.
- Luz (10/5): - Excellent
- Verified traveler (2/5): Roaches - The property was over-run with roaches. When I spoke with management, the Gen. Mgr. acknowledged that they are working with an extiminator. However, until the problem is taken care of, the hotel should be closed. And I have stayed at many pet friendly hotels, and none have smelled as bad as this property.
- Marcos (2/5): - Cockroach infestation
- Dawn (1/5): I didn’t think it could have been worse - The location Everything else! Rude staff
- barbara (10/5): - The manager and staff people are very nice and helping people’s during stay.
- Hillary (2/5): Worst - Hands down the worse hotel experience we have ever had. Let me try to cover all the reasons why…
1) we get there and check in for our 1 night stay with our 1 twelve lb dog and are shocked at the $200 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee. When we booked this room, the $250 nightly cost wasn’t an issue but when you add on a $200 for a pet fee that is not returned, that was not disclosed in advance, that changed the price considerably. I completely understand having a pet deposit even if it’s refundable in case there is damages but when you check into a room that doesn’t even have a couch, the one chair inside of it is not cloth and is only plastic, there’s no furniture in it at all other than a bed, there is no carpet, it makes no sense.
2) nasty - the floor was covered with a sticky nasty film and we were scared to take her shoes off the entire time
3) service - we could never find anybody at the front desk to talk to, ask for toilet paper from, ask from shampoo (there was none in the room), etc
4) kitchen area - yes there is a kitcken area in the room with a fridge and microwave and cabinets that hold not 1 single item. Not a cup, not a coffee maker, not a spoon, nothing at all.
5) bedding - the bed has plastic wrap on it and sheets only. No blankets! Every breath caused crinkling of the plastic.
We decided to checkout and depart at 11 pm because it so awful.
- Marissa (5/5): Passable -
- Jurado (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (1/5): Bad - Booking.com has this property listed as 18+ to book so i booked as i am 20 years old. My friend and I traveled five hours for a concert and arrived at this establishment only to be turned away with no where else to go meaning a five hour car ride back home after midnight.
- Tonya (6/5): - The staff we ran into were all very friendly. The room was clean and the floors recently done but the bathtub and sink need redone. I think there needs to be an air vent cleaning too. Everything had a heavy scent, hallways and room.
- Twill07 (6/5): Basic but Clean - Location was conveniently located near many dining and shopping places. No additional amenities offered. Rooms were low budget and basic
- Erica (8/5): Very good - Convenient location, supplies were available when needed at the desk & staff was very friendly Staff entering the room unannounced, fire alarms were often sounding off.
- James (1/5): Bad -
- Chanel (6/5): - Nice property but
- Tanya (2/5): - Roach infestation. Within a matter of minutes I saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom area. The attendant apologized and refunded my money. I learned to always look at reviews!
- Sergio (2/5): - Roaches.
- Donald (1/5): Avoid this roach infested hotel - Nothing Staff was very unprofessional, we was moved to 4 different rooms and each one was infested with roaches. The refrigerator didn’t work in 2/4 rooms. Staff refused to refund us for our roach infested stay
- Verified traveler (4/5): Roaches - Roaches start appearing after 6 days. The longer you are there the worse it gets.
- Apsoccermd (1/5): Bad - cockroaches
- Shayla (1/5): Bad -
- Coree (2/5): - There were over 50 roaches I killed in a two hour time span before I just left the hotel at midnight . Disgusting
- Jesse (10/5): - Great prices
- Stanford (2/5): - The hotel is full of roaches and they’re charging so much for the rooms I don’t advise anyone to come and stay here. It’s roach, infected hotel. They are literally roaches every everywhere.
- Mark (1/5): Bad - This property is a scam I booked through booking app the hotel called me two hours later saying they are all booked up and I need to talk booking about my money The manager I spoke with didn’t care that they have took my money for nothing
- Gavin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (9/5): Superb -

- VANESSA (2/5): - Roaches
- Allison (5/5): I don't like roaches so I sprayed roaches killer. - Location and staff. Roaches.
- Fuad (10/5): - Good
- Monique (2/5): - Hotel had Cockroaches will never go back
- Adalberto (5/5): Passable - It was close to many places It had a smell
- Hannelore (10/5): - Being Handicap Person. Who just had Hip Replacement Surgery. The Room and Accommodation were exactly what I needed.
- Shaun (2/5): Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at and was more expensive than others in the area. - Location was good Front desk lobby feels like a holding cell. No one there to greet. Waited 30 mins for someone to come to the desk for check in. Door didn’t lock in the room. Dead roach on the headboard of the bed. Whole place smelled terrible.
- Stephabie (1/5): I will not book this hotel again - There was no remote control for the TV, no lamp, poor pillows and towels. Wasn't very clean. Very noisy from the road. Could of had a remote for the Tv. Booked a 2 bed, received a 1 bed
- Hunter (1/5): Never Again! - Nothing Pest issues, odors, and over all cleanliness.
- George (6/5): - Limited food areas
- Rasheedah (2/5): - Where do I begin, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in…the smell of the room was a musty mildew! Blinds broken! Show Curtain stained! Bathroom was so outdated and nasty that it didn’t even contain a stopper! The bed condition sheets and covers contained the smell off the room! We were on cot frames. The carpet was so worn that threading was missing in places! I have traveled all over the world and have never been in anything like this! Unacceptable!
- Vince (7/5): Good - The room was nice and having a full refrigerator and microwave was nice. The hallway smelled of old Indian food.
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jesse (10/5): - Friendly staff!
- Maria (6/5): Pleasant -
- Tressa (1/5): Bad -
- Eliza (5/5): Passable -
- Jessica (5/5): Passable -
- Zachary (1/5): So glad I was only there to sleep and shower - The location The toliet literally had poop stains and the bathroom floor was dirty , there was roaches , bed was uncomfortable
- Laura (2/5): Don't stay here!! - N/A Pretty much everything, especially the bug & the TV didn't work
- Dave (6/5): Would not stay again - First the front desk closes at 11. I arrived just after midnight, so you use a phone in the lobby to call a call center who gets ahold of an onsite member. That took about 10 min. When the lady arrived check in was quick. I was passing through on my way to Tennessee and one of the selling points was a full size fridge as I had a lot of food I wanted to keep cold.
Once I got to my room I walked around and the room was clean enough but could definitely use a refresh. I open the fridge and freezer and both were full of mold and I don’t think the compressor was working as it wasn’t cold at all. I went to turn the air conditioner on, and it was only blowing ambient air and not cold. I went to call down to the front desk. The phone in the room didn’t work so I walked back down and had a call the call center again to have someone switch me to a new room. Male employee told me to go back to my room and he would go check on a few available rooms and make sure . After a while, I get reassigned to another room and everything was ok, it was about 1 o’clock in the morning at this point. This room had white powder on the carpet in the corners and dust on the desk. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable so I just went to bed Woke up a few hours later went on my way. The hotel has new management and they’re trying to improve the place. Hopefully this is true because this place needs a lot of work.
- Ilse (4/5): The location of the hotel was very convenient, but the room felt very dirty. - The front staff was super nice and informative. The location was also great because it was only a few miles away from the event we were going to. The smell of the entire hotel was not great. The room kind of smelled musty and damp almost. The whole atmosphere of the room felt kind of dirty. There were ant traps all around the room which was a red flag, along with the white powder that lined the floor of the room. I am assuming that was also for ants/bugs.
- Jesse (10/5): - Great staff!
- Janis (10/5): - Nice friendly and the staff was great just make note to book before 12pm
- Dea (1/5): Bad -
- Jesse (10/5): - Great staff!
- Matthew (7/5): Overpriced - The front desk person said I would have saved $35 if I booked through them or had just walked in but would not let me cancel the reservation and book through her.
- Dea (1/5): Unhappy customer - Nothing I didn't like the fact that I booked my room online and when I got there the room wasn't what I had requested. I needed a ADA unit with walk-in bath and two queen beds. They were not available. They ended up trying to give me a single queen bedroom that was half the size of what I was looking for. No walk-in shower. I found a roach on the wall while I was sitting there. The sink wasn't clean. The microwave was not cleaned and overall I just did not understand. Then I Iimmediately left and went back down and told them I could not stay cuz it was not what I asked for and I wanted a refund. Of course they did not give me a refund because they said they do not offer refunds which in this circumstance it's because they did not give me what I had asked for on the internet and paid for this place is completely a joke. I don't understand how people stay there maybe because it's strictly to me a trucker's hotel whereas they just stay wherever. I tried to talk with the manager on duty. He was unhelpful. Didn't want to do anything. I asked him to contact corporate. He claimed that corporate was going to contact him back. No one contacted me at all until the very last day and wanted to know was I coming down to pay my final bill all that whole week they didn't realized that I wasn't there. What a joke! I'm still in the process of trying to get my refund because this is unacceptable. If you don't offer refunds that's fine, but when you have issue you should at least try to accommodate in each situation.
- Brandon (8/5): Very good -
- Brandon (8/5): Very good -
- Cedric (7/5): Good -
- Kelly (6/5): - The kitchen area had empty cabinets, no dishes or silverware. Faucet in bathroom was leaking. Carpet needed cleaning or replaced. Beds were fine.
- Hovermale (10/5): New manager made sure every day was good. Extremely helpful staff - Staff and cleanliness. Quiete
- Virginia (10/5): I'll definitely be Back. - The location is Great and staff especially the management team are Amazing Johnathan Top Notch he really works hard to make sure you have a good stay. Natalia is super helpful as well and the assistant manager Darci. The whole team some I just don't know by name.
- Thomas (10/5): - Great place for a one night stay
- Elaine (2/5): - Disgusting!! Filthy room!! Dirt and dust everywhere. No electricity in room. Lock was broke on door. We were so disgusted that we walked right out and asked for our money back and the girl said no. Im writing a letter to the president of your company. Absolutely a horror show
- Kristi (2/5): - This was the WORST experience! The front desk lady was very kind, that is the ONLY nice thing I can say about it. The room had roaches on the wall, the tv did not work, and the toilet had poop in it! When I asked for a refund, I was told, “We don’t give refunds.”
The hotel manager was supposed to call me but I have yet to hear from anyone. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. !
- Heidi (4/5): Would not recommend - Close to the concert venue Room smelled bad, bathroom floor dirty, hallways smelled bad, no coffee maker or coffee offered, 2 towels with 2 washcloths in the bathroom asked for additional and they did not have any extra towels until the next day. Bed smelled bad, ac system probably needed service. 1 tiny shampoo/conditioner combo bottle and 1 tiny bar of soap. Also what was quoted for price when booked, was more when we checked in
- Zepeda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (4/5): Disappointing -
- Madeleine (1/5): Bad -
- Drew (4/5): Disappointing - Bugs in the room. Ac was stuck on 65. Tv didn’t work.
- Syed faisal ahmed (2/5): - Nobody was there to check me in
- Robert (5/5): Passable - The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. Room was dirty, dead roaches in the window sill, tub was backed up, and bathroom door was broken.
- Jessica (1/5): Save your money! - Location No one at front lobby when we got there. This was 4pm. The room was filthy. Floor not vacuumed, countertop still had crumbs on it, bathtub had public hair in it. The door to the room did not open shut properly. When we left and came back around midnight, ours keys would not open our room. We had to go back down to lobby, no one there. Had to call a number that sent us to a call service which then reached out to someone on site. They were able to get us back in with their key but did not give us new ones. Once back in the room, I went to the bathroom and there was a roach in the bathtub. After that I had had enough and we left. This was around 1am.
- J. (8/5): - Property was clean, safe and in a good location. Easy access and right off the highway. Great for commuters. Suite style rooms good for longer extended stays. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The staff were really nice and go out there way to help if you need anything.
- Kathyrn (10/5): Exceptional - The night Manager was very accommodating, My flight into Reagan National late, having to pick up the Rental car, then driving very late at night. I called hotel, explained where I was and he went ahead and got everything ready for us and waited, when we arrived he showed us our room and my son and I felt very safe after a long day of travel.
- Pamela (1/5): It was terrible. - Multiple issues I booked a room with 2 queen beds I get there they tell me they don't have one available. Then they tell me the elevator isn't working I had recently had ankle surgery so steps are not good for me. They had no rooms on the first floor not accommodation at all. The place was not clean it smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana and bleach.tbere was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and the refrigerator was nasty.
- Kitin17 (5/5): Not a place I would stay again - That they technically upgraded our room and kept the original price. The staff was friendly. Room smelled like dirty feet. The upgrade was horrible. The room had not been vacuumed. Someone tried to enter our room without knocking, like they had a key to get in. Thank goodness I locked the door. The gangbangers that were hanging around. There is no sign to indicate where this place is. We actually had to stop and get directions; it was hidden up behind Tractor Supply.
- Rogelio (10/5): Exceptional - It’s an older location but it’s still clean and good for the price
- John (3/5): Arrival lately early you’ll be fine - Price Feces on the toilet seat. Black ( maybe mold) stains on the bathroom ceiling. Refrigerator motor sounds like a truck.
- Erick (4/5): Please, make guest’s needs as if they were yours. - There were too many roaches and bugs. Clean up was requested several times and did not happen. Our fridge was left very dirty by others, and even though requested, did not get cleaned out. The room kitchen’s cabinets were really dirty as well, and did not were cleaned out as well. Everything else was fine, staff people were amazing.
- Christopher (1/5): Bad -
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristin (8/5): Very good -
- Bruce (4/5): Disappointing -
- Tiffany (5/5): Seems inviting, until you go inside. - The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! Our room floor was dirty, like very dirty. Seemed like the hotel didn’t own a vacuum, or the cleaning staff didn’t care to use the one they had. There were a random pair of socks on the side of one of our beds. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Chairs with burn holes in them so they didn’t seem suitable to sit in. Our beds felt like laying on a rock slab and the pillows were more of a suggestion than a reality. The elevator sounded like it was going to drop to our doom every time we used it. Also our TV didn’t have a power cable connected to it so it wasn’t able to be used at all.
- Matthew (1/5): Very nasty place. Cockroaches and other bugs in the room while we slept. - Nothing Cockroaches in the room. Didn’t give me a refund
- Justin (2/5): Do not go - I went there for one night for a concert and I tell I wish I could have just drove home. I could make a shorter list if I told you what I liked about the property. Probably the most sketch place I’ve ever stayed. Straight to the point everything. Dirty, stinky, holes in walls holes everywhere.
- Hernandez (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed here a few months ago. I stay because of price to be honest but this hotel looks nicer. I didn’t see any weird people like before and the staff was nice and helpful
- Mary (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (9/5): Superb -
- William (3/5): Poor - The location was very close to my job. There are many restaurants and store nearby. The staff and other residents are friendly. The room was clean with the exception of I found a receipt under the bed and the trash cans could use a cleaning. Fridge was very clean. The location is so close to 66 that you hear the traffic all night. The fire alarm went off 12 of the 17 nights I was there. I can deal with a lot, but not being woken up so much. All the residents are numb to reacting to the alarm that in a real emergency, few will actually get out in time. Also, the last few nights, the Hall was being vacuumed around 7pm and one night until almost 8pm banging it into walls and doors.
- Thierry (3/5): Poor -
