- Emanuel (9/5): - The check amount of time and the room itself No comment
- Ayelen rocio (1/5): Hope you read the comments before making a reservation - The room was dirty, bed sheets dirty, furniture broken. It took a long time for the front desk man to come and check us in. When I told him we’ve been waiting and calling for a long time he was rude to us. Definitely not worthy $100 a night for this place is insane.
- Emanuel (8/5): - My stay was pleasant, the night staff met me there after house in a timely manner. I have no dislikes
- Karen (10/5): -
- Mayimona (4/5): Nasty - The area The bed was cheap, walls were nasty, bathroom was nasty, everything in that room was nasty
- john (5/5): -
- lisa (8/5): I had a great experience - Convenient Extra fee
- john (10/5): -
- Hannah (4/5): - The beds wasn’t attached to the floor, the whole hallway smell like marijuana, the first room I was given was not cleaned, had to end up going to the desk & waiting over 30 mins on staff to give me another one, $85 dollars was a JOKE for that kind of room.
- Peoples (5/5): -
- Justin (5/5): Didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. - The staff was friendly. Hotel room didn’t match the pictures online. There weren’t hand towels or washcloths. There wasn’t a single lamp, so the only lighting available was the overhead light making it very bright at night/early morning. Pillows were small. Shower water not very warm and low water pressure.
- Damien (2/5): -
- Lisa (3/5): - Very dirty, smelled bad and we did not get the room we asked for. We paid for two beds and got one.
- Jeanette (5/5): I wish they had breakfast and free WiFi. - Didn't serve breakfast but location was ok. At the price of the hotel, it should have breakfast and free WiFi. Only one person per room could use the WiFi and u would have to pay to add the second person. No ice machine.
- Jean-Christophe (1/5): Stay away. - The smell of smoking everywhere. The run down equipment. the shady environment. Overall dangerous unsafe and unsanitary location. Stains in the bed sheets. Bullet holes in the door. Stains in microwave and hole in the restroom. Marks on the wall.
- jessica (1/5): -
- Brittany (3/5): I won’t stay here again! - The staff was friendly! That was the only good thing. She was a delight. My room was missing the shower curtain, no blow dryer. The vanity in the bathroom and the shelving of the sink and tv stand was missing cabinets and looked like it had water damage. It looked like an animal had gnawed at it. It smelled really bad. I was not comfortable at all! Nor did it seem safe.
I had a party to go to and I ended up staying with my other friend’s hotel because I wasn’t comfortable going back!!!!
- Emanuel (9/5): - That fact that I could check in late and reservation was still available. Nothing
- Gerald (1/5): My stay was horrible - I honestly dint like when my family and arrived the lady at the front desk was sitting there not trying to knowledge we we're there. Then goes to the room it was very messed up the bathroom door had lock broken the bathtub had a hole inside the one bed was missing bed pad the phone had no cord on it I had to use my phone call front desk the lady bring cord and the phone still didn't work then she said she would call maintenance and they never came the bathroom toilet ran water for the two days we were there. When checking out I let the lady know all that we delt with she said no one offered you a different room I was like no . This Place is horrible most definitely not worth the price need too be 25.00 per night or need to pay someone to stay there
- Robert (8/5): -
- Micaela (3/5): Unpleasant. - It’s of the Main Rd (Capital blv) The Hotel smelled like Mariguana, when We first walking we could smell it, first floor Really had the mariguana Smell mix with Clorox. Employees smelled like weed as well, we had room 324 microwave did not worked it didn’t heat. The cabinets didn’t have door. People standing at the back door all the time. It felt un professional. Us and four other family members two who had room in the first floor Will not be staying there again.
- Johnson (1/5): Horrible Stay - Nothing Everything
- Gadsden (1/5): - The day I arrived for my week stay the machine that gives the key to your room went out, that was on Thursday 10-23 and I didn't get a key for the whole week that I was there, checked out on Thursday 10-30. Had to wait for someone to come open the lobby door, then open my room door. Don't forget something then the wait would be even longer. Some of the staff was on point, but the elderly lady their was inconsiderate and just rude. It was a total inconvenience and I would never go back there again.
- Greg (10/5): Enjoyable - Worth every penny!
- Christopher (5/5): - It was in a decent area The beds weren’t hotel quality. They weren’t attached to the headboard and we kept being woken up by hotel staff saying they we were loud but literally was in the bed sleeping with the tv on low
- Monica (5/5): Other them kicking me out for being there to long nothing it was a great stay loved my community - It was Cleaner then most Roaches everywhere outside
- Joseph (1/5): -
- Swinson (8/5): - Having pets The beds are cheap

- halisa (6/5): Hotel could be better - No breakfast No breakfast. Ok room. Not good for price
- Ann (6/5): - The front desk was very friendly, but you always had to call to get someone to come. Not attended regularly. Not enough toilet paper (kind of important!) One day left two towels but only 1 washrag! Really-like we want to share? No hand towels or paper towels. Next day towels weren't even renewed at all. Bring your own pillow if you want to sleep.
- Michael (2/5): - The floors are slick with some kind of grease. It is also on the blinds. There is a phone but it is not hooked to anything. I payed for a room with a phone.
- Bruce (4/5): - It was lower cost. Floor was slippery, the fridge was rusty all over, kitchen with no dishes or utensils make it useless. I would rather pay mord than stay there again.
- Derrick (10/5): - Clean
- Latisha (7/5): -
- Keely (2/5): - We arrived and waited 20 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk. When we finally got to the room the “queen” bed was really a “full” bed! The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The room reaked of smoke. You only get 1 pillow per person the floors were so gross i didn’t even wanna take my shoes off
- Valdez (6/5): - Fair price Check in process took some time.
- Kileah (10/5): -

- Nick (4/5): - Spend a few extra dollars and go elsewhere. You'll thank me later but if you do have to stay here keep your kids close and a gun close by at all times.
- Austin (9/5): -
- Tim (4/5): - The hot water took 20 minutes to even get lukewarm. There was zero pressure to brush your teeth in the sink. There were trash in the corner only one towel and a one dirty washcloth for two people.
- Shaujuana (10/5): -
- Rebbie (10/5): - The people here are very friendly and helpful and understanding I never have a problem with them

- Pioneer59041028457 (10/5): Greated with a nice smile - We got there and was greated with a nice smile, she had everything ready for a quick check in. After settled we couldn't get the microwave working and maintenance was there minutes after we called again with a smile. He reset the breaker and it worked great. So friendly here.
- L9531DMwilliamd (10/5): Everything was Great! - Everything was great, my room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was amazing. The staff is what made the difference, though. Their kindness and customer service was great, even the maintenance guy smiled which made you smile back. I'll be back.
- Jessica (1/5): Bad -
- ChuckandPat (2/5): Not Suite - Did not have the room we requested ... substituted a one queen bed room ... all the room had was a bed a chair a desk/table refrig (no dished pots ot utensils) stove and miro wave. We didn't stay ... found another hotel.
- JACOB (2/5): - The rooms were filthy with stains on the sheets and bed cover. The microwave had dried up food in them and were not cleaned. The toilet leaked on the side and smelled of mildew. The shades did not work and was stuck in the up position where you could see the outside and the outside could see you inside. The refrigerators were rusted and very old. The dresser drawers were all broken and hanging down. Did I mention the entire hotel wreaked of urine, smoke, and other uncleanliness! Just horrible!!!
- JACOB (2/5): - The entire hotel smelled of urine, smoke, and uncleanliness. The bed spread and sheet cover had stains. The stain on the sheet cover looked like a urine stain. The dressers were broken down, and the shades to the windows were stuck and revealing to the outside. The microwave had food stains dried up all over the plate. The refrigerators were old and rusted. Terrible experience and one of the worst! This hotel should never be recommended to anyone who cares where they lay their head!!!!
- Darlene (9/5): Superb -
- Kenyor (9/5): Superb - Convenient lodging close to many shops and I-540. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Price and no ice machine.
- Jonathan (4/5): Not pleasant - Staff was decent The room was dirty. Dirt on the bed sheets. The room had a weird smelling odor. Beds were not comfortable. Plastic bed liners so cheaply made that they ripped on one night sleep tossing and turning. So uncomfortable in fact we let our room go early and went back home.
Not a great experience. Will never return to this location.
- Destiney (7/5): Good -
- Julen (10/5): - Great rooms, nice bed and good breakfast.
- Temisha (2/5): I will never stay here again - It did not look safe people hanging around tv did not work had to change rooms no remote bed wasn’t comfortable the room wasn’t comfortable I saw roaches hair in the bed I wasn’t satisfied at all Clean the place up stop people from hanging around outside get rid of the roaches

- Vinnette (2/5): - Never actually stayed there it was not what we expected
- Mary (2/5): - There were bugs on the floor. Very outdated the refrigerator had rust all over it the stove was just plain nasty . Noises and doors slammming all night long . No toiletries at all do not stay here
- Justin (2/5): - Three front desk doesn't have people so check in is impossible came back the next day and got nothing but attitude and disrespect. Its great to pay for something and not stay there because no one works the front desk with a line of people waiting. Im sure its a great hotel but the workers aren't good.
- Cierra (8/5): Enjoyed my stay - Great location and nice room Everything was lovely
- Crystal (10/5): - The rooms have an electric stove, microwave l, and full size refridgerator! The water pressure in the shower was amazing!
- Lawanda (5/5): Passable - There was some great people at the desk. Akilia excellent lady. The rest of them need to understand customer service and how to talk to people. The manager and General manager rude both of them and it stinks and always dirty in the hallways and little critters crawling around. Dogs etc
....
- Sheree (1/5): I asked for two double rooms and didn’t receive notification that they didn’t have any double rooms - I was very disappointed to find out when I called to see if there was a deposit and how much, the front desk clerk told me that she saw I booked TWO double rooms. She stated that they didn’t have any double rooms at all and could only offer me single. No one sent me a notification or call to let me know they wouldn’t be able to accommodate for what I made reservations for. It was also the day of my daughters prom .
- Kashima (2/5): Never again. - Nothing. The hotel room had smell of mold and cigarettes. The room was old and damaged. The hotel room had smell of mold and cigarettes. The room was old and damaged.
- Tom (2/5): - Upon checking in, I had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the front desk. After checking into my room, I discovered the toilet was not working. The front desk assigned me to another room. The toilet in that room was leaking into the bedroom. I returned to the front desk and requested that my reservation be cancelled, and asked for a refund of the charges to my credit card. Please advise if this request for a refund has been made. I am a Choice Hotel member and have never had a bad exoerience such as this.
- Jesús (1/5): Bad -
- Ravi (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Nothing Invited by Cockroaches
- Ashly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thereasa (4/5): - Door didn’t work well
- Kathi (4/5): - The toilet seat was broken. The hinges that held the seat on was broken so the seat moved. The bathroom sink faucets were not stable they could be moved very easily.
- Emanuel (2/5): Very poor - location reserved a smoking room in advance and when I arrived they only had a non smoking room to offer
- Harry (7/5): Good - Ms Lynn's friendly demeanor and personality, plus her hospitality. I'm on the first floor there's an exit door on the side of the building that bangs loudly when closing few adjustments there will be no problem
- Andrew (1/5): Bad -
- Emily (10/5): - Nice place for the money. I love the full size fridge and freezer. Having a stove saves money on food. Nothing fancy, but a basic, comfortable, and safe place to stay.
- Davina (1/5): They canceled my stay 9 minutes before I arrived stating they never even had a room available . No one called to speak t -
- Katiana (4/5): It was okay for the price, but could’ve been better. - Doesn’t have all the essentials like other hotels such as ice machines, no pool, no maintenance, & only 1 person working during a major event.
- Luz (10/5): - “I had a pleasant stay. It’s a strategic location. It has wooden floors and the staff was very friendly.”
- Dylan (2/5): - Room was extremely dirty and wasn't cleaned at all only the bed was made and was the only clean thing
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (2/5): Never again in this drug motel - The room I clicked on to see the room and what's was in it had a couch. The rooms do not have couches. I got that specific room for the couch purpose. The lady at the front desk was very rude. When I asked about the second key for the other guest she got rude and never gave one, but when another guest come in and had to be let in bc he didnt have a key she hot rude with him saying this is pathetic this is why you have keys. He said u didnt give me one and she opened the foor talking crap. When my guest come from work she got rude with him staying he needed a key and just ran her mouth to him. She almost didnt let him in. When I asked for another pillow she said they don't give them but yet I got charged for it. The hallway smelt like a dirty cat box and cat piss and dog crap. I was kept up all night due to the guest slamming the doors going in and out all night. This is a drug motel. I will never stay here again false advertisement and not adequate bedding for number of guest and the place smells like animals and weed.
- Michael (2/5): - Everything
- Jeffrey (8/5): Very good -
