- Chela (1/5): I didn’t - The manager was overstimulated and a bit rude , but nevertheless the hotel is outdated and booking ppl with no actual manager confirming the reservations. My reservation didn’t exist
- Latisha (1/5): - The front desk called me and cancelled me when I told them I was 7 min away I was told that they had over booked
- Laila (7/5): Good for a short or long time depending on personal views and needs - The convenience of the location was definitely a plus. The cleanliness of the hallways and some of the materials in the hotel room, but it looked like they put the best foot forward, it gives possibly an extended stay environment.
- Raven (1/5): - Nothing , I booked and the woman at the front desk said there were no rooms The attitude of the receptionist was crazy
- Gregory (1/5): - They actually gave my room away the day I arrived then told me they were sold out, bit found me A ran down dirty room with wet carpetthat smelled like A dumpster. When I told her know thank you she rolled her eyes and said well thats what its gonna be or you can go down the road. WHICH I DID... NEVERRR ever would I stay at this place

- Nakia (1/5): -
- Dustin (4/5): It’s was like living in the projects. - Luckily they replaced the carpet on the fourth floor. That’s where I had them move me after the first night Completely filled with S-8 housing. Smells like weed everyday. Housekeeping came one time for my entire stay while I was working there. The front Desk workers are never there or only there after 10 a.m. or whenever they feel like it. Appliances are very old some with rust on them. Will not be staying there again
- Tequila (9/5): Had a wonderful stay - Breakfast was okay Was working on 3rd floor ,a bit loud
- Gray (3/5): -
- Hayes (3/5): Not Good - This place was hood like a truck stop motel....
- Jessica (1/5): - Nothing. There were roaches and fleas. We stayed less then 24 hours and they still charged us for 3 days and wouldn't check us out completely until those 3 days were up. There was nothing provided that a normal extended stay provides. No towels, barely a blanket, no dishes, no coffee pot, no utensils. They want you to purchase all of that when they should be provided. Elevator has been broken for over 6 months and they wouldn't provide inspection. I called city and there is no inspection on record at all for building. The photos advertised are definitely not up to date. Place was ran like a third world country and was smelly and disgusting.
- carlos (6/5): - Price was good for the location TV’s in poor working conditions
- Evangelista (7/5): Good - Good 4
- Keith (3/5): -
- Christine (1/5): It is not a good stay - No breakfast here. When I got here 1/23 the elevator was out, too late to find somewhere else. 1/28 elevator is still out. I am not receiving all the benefits I paid for. It is very difficult walking the stairs. Are you telling your booing agents to let people know there is no working elevator.
- Shaquita (8/5): -
- Samantha (1/5): - Nothing this place is disgusting!! Roaches everywhere, holes in walls, stuff hanging from microwave! You should have this place shut down!
- Bertha (1/5): It wasn't what I expected, disappointed - Nothing It had a lot of mold. The beds felt moist/wet, the room felt moist. The bathroom sink was clogged.
- Miranda (3/5): -
- Vadeja (2/5): This stay has made me not want to stay in a hotel again - How nice the staff was.. that’s literally the only thing I liked Everything!!! Rooms look nothing like the pictures online, smells terrible inside looks like it hasn’t been renovated since 2001, elevator was out of order. No 24 hour desk service
- Belle (3/5): Not recommendable!!!!!!! - none Very uncomfortable place
You can hear the people that lived in the property!
They charged 205.00 dollars for a small pet . Some hotels charged between 20 - 35 dollars.
It’s a residential property.
- Edward (5/5): - The mini kitchen in the room I am 9 months pregnant and there’s no accommodation for pregnancy + the elevator was down my entire stay . The water stopped working and after 11 pm u can’t get back into the building due to the door locked and nobody at the desk to help
- Chavis (5/5): It was OK I would stay again, but the room was kind of small and cramped - It was decent Kind of small and cramped
- Mary (8/5): -
- Thomas (1/5): - Room had a foul smell, bed sheets had stains, the water was cold
- Damon (4/5): -
- Nakia (1/5): Very disappointed because she lied and didn’t nobody contact me .. doctors next week let it have something happen to my - I didn’t like it . I talked to an employee at the front desk told her my shower was leaking and I’m pregnant . Slipped and everything . Told me she had to get in touch with her boss.
- Wiggins (1/5): -
- Robert (1/5): This place sucks! - Nothing Everything
- joseph (7/5): -
- Marvin (10/5): i will be back - very neat and organized no shady business or activity no food but yes vending machines
- Maisha (4/5): The stay met my needs for the weekend but the rooms are overdue for some serious updating. - The location of the hotel was great for accessing amenities and Virginia State University. The staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. They did as much as they could to make the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, this hotel is terribly outdated (i.e. the lighting, furniture, walls, appliances, and bed). The first room I was assigned to looked clean but it had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the chair seat was old and worn, and the television never worked/connected. The staff moved me to a new room upon request, which had a more pleasant smell. But there were other very obvious deficiencies. Specifically and most concerning were the shower walls, in which the paint and walls were water damaged and their were obvious signs of mildew. There was also a hole in the bathroom door and the bed and pillows were miserably uncomfortable.
- Alan (3/5): - Staff Big gap under the hotel door to our room. One elevator. Ceiling needs repair by the elevator. Didn’t feel clean.
- Kelly (10/5): - The bed was very comfortable but a little too high for myself to get on and off of.
- Shears (4/5): -
- joseph (7/5): -
- David (10/5): Greatttt - It was amazing. Room is clean. Staff are super friendly.
- Lloyd (2/5): - Room was extremely dirty found a white substance in a bag in the room. Hotel is filled with dogs as people live there full-time the floor I was staying on smelled like dog urine
- David (4/5): Do not recommend. - The pictures on Hotels.com were deceptive. The entire hotel was like transient housing. The common areas were dirty and usually smelled of pot smoke plus no amenities. The room carpet was actually sticky on your bare feet, baseboards were ripped off, the bathroom door and water handles were all broken. For an efficiency hotel with a stove and fridge there were no dishes or silverware or coffee maker. Also no hair dryer in the bathroom for the ladies. I will not be staying with this place or brand again. Regret reserving it.
- dodd (6/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): Read above. - I loved the set up with the full fridge, the kitchenette area. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It was recently painted so the paint smell was a Lil annoying. Other than that I'd reserve a room there on a continuous basis, if needed! The fresh paint odor.
- Becquerel (2/5): - Hotel was disgusting to say the least. The walls looked worn out and had holes where the baseboards would have been. Mold on ceiling. Just down right HORRIBLE! Updated and old. Looks like a 2-hour stay hotel if you know what I mean.

- Dazia (4/5): - The manager she was great. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I did have ants in my room however the guy downstairs came to spray for me and cleaned it up real good and i didn’t see anymore. Now the other lady check out was at 11:00am and at 10:20 she knocked on my door and walked right in before i could say anything. Meanwhile i didn’t have clothes on. She stated she was checking to see if i was checking out however it had not passed the 11:00 time. I was very disappointed and checked out the following morning.
- Lorenzo (1/5): -
- Sills (10/5): It was a wonderful room - The location Nothing
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chelsey (8/5): Very good -
- Maxhappel (2/5): Not a hotel - Location If you want to expend the night in a midway house, here is the place. Besides the people staying there, which they got all the rights to be there, the "hotel" lacks on sense of safety, lacks on lounge area, no breakfast area, no pool, no concierge 24 hrs, noise walls, noise a/c unit, no coffee machine in the room, a very wearable chairs as desk chair, sticky floors, and I can keep going. Booking.com shouldn't represent this place at all. So sorry to have to be there for 2 nights, rather be in my car in a Walmart parking lot.
- Chris (2/5): - A very big let down. Room was under construction. Or not finished. Sad the whole experience
- Bertha Naa Dei (2/5): - Terrible place.
- Lewis (9/5): I enjoyed my stay would come again - Was nice
- Rodriguez (3/5): Pay the little extra , plenty of newer nicer places to stay. - Location A single w/ 2 queen beds is offered for reservations, but never really available. That’s a classic bait and switch right there. Lost a lot of money there. The cheap comes out expensive. Reservations not honored, shame on you.
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Frank (4/5): - I arrived 15 minutes after the front desk closed, and I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to check me in. I was exhausted! This is unacceptably bad customer service.
- Kitsha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodney (10/5): Exceptional - Room Leaving
- Kitsha (10/5): Exceptional - The workers and location The keys not working half the time
- Stripp (7/5): Good -
- Aaliyah (10/5): - Amazing staff I was scared to stay at first because I saw a lot of negative reviews but it was nothing like that
- George (2/5): - Check in took 10 minutes. The person before me took 20. Avoid this place. I will never stay here again.
- Maduba (3/5): Poor -
- Medina (8/5): Very good -
- Breyona (6/5): - The greeter was very great. The only thing I did not like that they did not have contaminant breakfast and they did not have extra washcloth and towels that did not sit right with me so I will never reserve this hotel again.
- Dennis (4/5): - The staff were wonderful. Very nice, very helpful. The property itself is gross. I took one look at our room and knew I couldn’t stay there.
- Takia (3/5): A night out - I liked the location. My problem was the sheets were rough. The towels had stains. The shower curtain was full of hair. I tossed an turned all night. Because I was uncomfortable in the bed.
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Elevator was out
- Tawn (2/5): - The outside looks nice. The inside is ok. But I found blood on my sheets and a piece of glass in the bed. I definitely wouldn't stay there again nor recommend anyone else to.
- Gordon (2/5): I chose the wrong Hotel for my stay. - I saw no breakfast and none was offered. The room was in need of basic repair, and it appeared to be an older facility that did not have regular maintenance. The refrigerator was stained and past its prime. If I would have been able to see the pictures before I booked the room, I would have chosen another Hotel. See above.
- Quantil (10/5): - Overall Experience was good
- Dion (10/5): - We stayed for one night with our two toddlers and Great Dane. There so many restaurants options that are within a super super close walking distance. Very safe and quiet area, right outside of military base. The staff was friendly and respectful! Especially the lovely two African American ladies that work there at the front desk. Definitely will be staying again to visit our family who live on base. Would recommend it to others, 10/10!!!
- Landis (10/5): - The property was well sanitized.
- Abigail (2/5): - I was about an hour away and I got a call THE DAY of that they can’t accommodate me as they are “full” check in was at 3 and it was 330. The lady on the phone was very rude about it. I am pregnant and caused unneeded stress to rush and find another hotel as I live 8 hours away in Ohio. Not friendly.
- Iscon (2/5): Very poor -
- Tims (10/5): 2nd week here - new management
- Shariff (10/5): - Great
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Baker (1/5): Hideous that a company can represent themselves with such a horrible place to stay. - Location Room was filthy, desk clerk not friendly, there was no breakfast, no ice machine, no extra pillows, no shampoo, etc. I could go in and on. I’ve already told all my friends and family how awful the place is.
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Surprised it had a full kitchen No breakfast
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Masagazi (10/5): - Beb
- Jesse (6/5): - it was Allright
- Johnson (7/5): Good -
- JOHN (10/5): - Wasn't able to make it to our destination was able to book us immediately an room was very comfortable
- Jude (4/5): - No tissues, no table lamps. When we got there an ambulance was taking a person away. Lot's of smoking. I didn't realize when I booked it was a extended place of stay. Didn't sleep well...pillows and bed were little to be desired.
- Juan (10/5): - CCC
- Candis (9/5): Superb - Staff and other people we encountered were extremely friendly Last night we were there the people in the room beside us were fighting and throwing things so it kept myself and my son awake and made me feel a little uneasy
- Angie (1/5): Bad - Bad service, I have a service cat and they didn’t let me stay for my cat, when in the politics it says it’s PET friendly...
- LaShaun (2/5): - Its 2 am amd i still cant be booked into my room because the front desk dont know how to operate their system. I been relocated three times. This is the worst experience i ever had trying to book a room
- Darren (4/5): - Ok for the price won't be staying again
- Tim (10/5): Very nice place to stay - Very nice and quit Some of the people was rude
