The only issue we had was another guest at the hotel parked on top of the wheelchair ramp. No Disabled tags or plates on vehicle.
Just a reminder to please be respectful of handicap areas. They are there for a reason.
- Erika (2/5): - *
- Tommy (8/5): - Shower water ran all over bathroom floor and into kitchen area. Slick and dangerous for elderly
- Karen (2/5): I will not be back and cannot recommend this place. - It was in the town I needed. Loud; loud; had to change rooms since the toilet and the WiFi didn’t work; drapes were unattached and light came in all night ; no real breakfast. Fruit was rotting; waffles but no butter; toaster, but nothing to put in it; two sugary cereals and cornflakes. Limited milk; no A/C in entry/breakfast room.
Manager did try to accommodate me , but there is no expectation of respectful behavior of guests.

I asked for something to clean while we stayed there.. And all I got back as a discount was $19 dollars that was very unfair.. I think I deserved at least half of the price back. No iron, ironing board, hangers, closet was very dusty..

- Randy (2/5): May as well sleep in your car - Hotel exterior is nice that's about it. Was given the wrong room when I first arrived a single not double was fixed but the room was nasty. grease all over the wall and the fridge next to stove missing paint everywhere shower had hair in it. half glass on door missing so they put up a shower curtain just over all not somewhere I would stay again beds seem small and uncomfortable tv had to be placed just right to use remote. no breakfast as stated. I guess if you are one of two options you can get away with dirty and nasty.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (4/5): Disappointing - convenience no wifi, no breakfast, no staff available in office, tv not working
- Santos (9/5): Superb -
- Adam (1/5): Not a king, was a twin, paid for kitchenette, no kitchenette - Place to sleep Wasn't what I ordered or paid for
- Camille (5/5): It is really the only place to stay in Crane. It was disappointing. - I didn't eat breakfast there. A couple of the employees attempted to help with issues.
They were helpful is rearranging my confirmation when I was snowed in another state on the day I was supposed to arrive there. I had to go to the front desk to get a hairdryer with my hair wet. They first told me they couldn't find a hair dryer and I would have to wait until late afternoon to get one. When I insisted I needed one before I could leave the room that afternoon. They immediately found one then.
The toilet seat was loose and needed repair. I had to ask for two days before someone attempted to fix it and the fix only lasted a few hours.
The floors were not very clean.
- Elda (3/5): Poor - Parking is very bad room was ok one end had to park on the ottend
- Anthony (6/5): Pleasant -
- TRINIDAD (6/5): - I didn’t like the noise and the smell on the rooms
- Brenda (10/5): - Small hotel that was very clean and reasonable.
- Sharon (9/5): Superb -
- Jerry (1/5): Bad -
- Gabriel (3/5): Poor -
- Julian (6/5): pretty good place to stay. was my second time - location location & affordability
- Shawna (8/5): Good for a small town - It was fine, we had to holler hello for somebody to come to the desk and they have a very loud buzzer when you walk in. The walls are thin, We could hear a telephone conversation with our next-door neighbor and we could also hear the person on the other phone (speaker) it was like they were in the room with us. And yes there was a door between us. They did have some picnic tables outside (behind the building) and you could grill and you could hear a lot of outside noise.
- imelda (10/5): - Me encantó limpió con todos servicios cuarto 😃💕
- David (2/5): - Expedia cancelled my reservation saying they were already fully booked and the EXPEDIA charged me anyway!
- Lawana (2/5): Worst Place Ever! - The floors were dirty and the toilet wouldn't work. Tried to call but no one anwered.
- John (10/5): - Very clean very nice service
- Oscar (2/5): - Tv would not come on and bracket was broken, holes in the wall, shower floor peeling, towels were dingy, towels had holes in them and very thin, alarm clock would not work or even turn on, clerk told me I was overcharged for each room by $50 by booking with expedia.
- SIDNEY (10/5): - The room was very clean and it is very quite and peaceful the staff is super nice and friendly
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was clean free of debris and the front office staff was professional and kind. We requested additional pillows and they were delivered to the room. There was a menu in the room that had a variety of good choices for food.
- PATRICK (6/5): What you get for middle of nowhere! - Remote did not work for the volume or power. The people in next room had tv blasted until after 11 pm. So loud it was like I was in there room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Property was being remodeled, not everything was working. No light bulbs in a lamp. Tv not setup, not even plugged in. No side lamps. Curtains would not close due to missing curtain hooks.
Right across from semi truck parking, extremely noisy.
Will not be back. No stars, minus 10 on scale from 1 -10!!!
Definitely not worth $110.00 per night.
- Irene (6/5): - Housekeeping was lax, bed was comfortable but did not have a mattress cover, only sheet.
- Justyn (10/5): - It’s a great hotel w/ really nice rooms! 5/5 would stay again!
- Hydie (2/5): Incompetent company will leave you stranded - On 2 different occasions my reservation was not held... the 1st time I was told my reservation was for the night before and had to pay again despite having confirmation showing date. The 2nd time I called to verify my reservation.... I was assured I had a confirmed reservation, arrived at hotel. Received key, went to room that was locked from inside and occupied. I was them told no more rooms were available. This left me 2 options.... drive 3 and a half hours home and miss work the next day, or drive another 45 minutes and pay 3 times as much for a hotel... which is almost what I make working a 12 hour day.... I do NOT recommend doing business with this incompetent company
- Ken (4/5): BS - they over charge me for a week and i left
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Reserved room was still occupied when we checked in AND we had already paid! So, we were put in an unprepared, vacant managers apartment. (At least in the managers apartment we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms!)
- John (8/5): Good name for the moter, la bonia.......... - Appointments in Odessa, Odessa hotels are great overpriced and harder to get from to my appointments than from Crane.............have stayed at La Bonita before and will stay there again. Clean comfortable, nice people, reasonable price and a traffic level that I can stand. The room actually had enough electrical outlets to use a computer and charge a phone. Could use separate light and exhaust fan switches for bathroom though
- Jacqueline (10/5): A five star - Just what I need it a place that’s clean quiet home away from home everything convenient for me and hubby. I will visit this place again.
- Don (6/5): Business - Overall pretty good. A lot more economical than other local hotels. Room was a little musty, but clean. Office is not 24 hrs. Left at 5:30 am, luckily they did have coffee in the room
- Amanda (6/5): Dirty rooms unprofessional staff - Rooms had nice features (kitchen, deskwalk in shower). However, rooms were dirty. I reserved three rooms for two nights. In one room the air conditioner was leaking in another the television wasnt working and in the last room the shower was dirty and the used soap from the previous guests was left in the shower. The second day the shower was still dirty and soap still there so my mom borrowed cleaning supplies and cleaned the shower herself. The front desk was very unprofessional as well. It would've been worth the trip to stay 20 minutes away in Odessa or try the other hotel in Crane.
- Verified traveler (6/5): La bonita - Shower was dirty. Had not been cleaned. Sheets in one of the beds was also dirty. Only two shower towels
- Larry (10/5): - Pleasant. Room was clean, very comfy beds. Owners very smart by installing vinyl planking instead of carpet. Oil field workers would be hard on carpet. Large refrigerator and even dishwasher, but no dishes. All in all met our needs. For some reason the décor does not all tie together but at 1 am who cares.
- Michael (4/5): Terrible!! - Couldn't check-in before 3:PM supposedly because cleaning crew wasn't there, next morning the maid went into the room without knocking before 8:AM and wouldn't leave and close the door until being asked the third time!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No iron, no blow dryer, dead bolt broke, bedspreads and bathtub/shower dirty.
- LeeAnn (2/5): ABSOLUTE NO - We had booked this room , had confirmation number and all our emails. Got to front desk and they refused to give us a room. Front desk was incredibly rude,
- Elizabeth (6/5): - I selected the La Bonita because it was a new motel and had a kitchenette. Our room was clean is the only positive comment I have. There were no hangers in the closet, no dishes, glasses, silverware or pots in the kitchenette, and no hair dryer or soap in the bathroom. We had a small individual coffeemaker but no coffee and just 2 paper cups. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very, very loud and there was no way to turn it off. When I talked to the young lady at the office she told me that they only supply 2 paper cups and 2 packets of coffee to each room. They did bring some hangers to the room and soap for the bathroom. I was very disappointed by the lack of amenities.
- Joe (10/5): Perfect hotel for overnight or extended stay. - I really liked the single-story, ranch-style facility. The building was well built and the interior finishes were great. Very nice up-scale shower. I liked the hard-surface floor finish.
- John (6/5): Wild west visit - ice machine was down and because occupancy is usually low with the oil boom over, there were not enough maids...........
- Yingjiu (8/5): - There are more than forty miles from the highway in the distance, no tmoble signal, only att network, two o'clock midnight to find the hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Small town. Clean hotel and friendly. Slow at check in. They said they did not receive a reservation from hotels.Com
