• Ujjwal (8/5): Good value for money. Good but can be better. - Felt cozy and clean. Awesome DIY beds.Great location for Niagara falls and nearby attractions. Soundproofing could be better. Toilet seat located in awkward position near door, I could hardly stretch my legs.

• Bruce (5/5): Very disappointing in light of ratings - Location is great being conveniently located near the I-190. The beds were incredibly comfortable The price was decent enough. There was a two person outdoor bench as the only sitting option. There was no plug for the bathtub as the OEM unit was removed and there was no replacement. I fashioned one using a water cup and a washcloth. There was barely enough hot water to fill the tub... at 1:30AM? There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

• Muhammad (10/5): Easy, convenient, relaxing and affordable :) - No issues with staff or booking a room. Everything went smooth. Very close to the border and Niagara Falls. No major issue comes to mind.
• Merlin (7/5): It’s a good place to stay if you want something cheap and close to the Niagara Falls - The location was close to Niagara Falls the room was clean and restroom was clean. The only thing we didn’t liked was the smell of cigarette in the rooms
• Timothy (9/5): The room was clean, plenty of towels and hot water the air worked. The bed was comfortable. There was a good sized refri - The room was very clean which is the most important thing to me. The shower was hot and the air conditioning worked well. It was a great room for what I paid!

I did not like the outdated AC unit thru the wall with a gap from the outside in and you could hear every car passing by. But the room itself was very cute for the price and location. The AC unit was placed in a cut out hole through the wall. Could hear and see from the outside in.

• Elis (10/5): Si lo que buscas es un lugar para descansar, este es el lugar perfecto - Que las habitaciones son cómodas y agradables Recomiendo cambiar el detergente con el que lavan las tuallas o paños de aseo . Tienen olor muy fuerte

• Rio (7/5): - We arrived late at the airport and waited for more than an hour to get the rental car. The owner waited for us and we're the last person to check in. I like their plants in the office. Pillow and bed are not comfortable for me.

• Binod (1/5): Poor sanitation, poor looking walls and ceiling. Improper bed and mattress, risky for young children - The location was on the main road where bus service was available The room service including the bed and mattress were very bad. The mattress was a queen size while the bed frame was much smaller leading to around 10 inched hanging edges on both sides. My kid fell from the bed and hurt knee. When approached for a refund, they didn't even cooperate with booking.com and straightaway denied any refunds. They never replied to my emails too. There are few more complaints for their poor bedding but they never took care of that i guess. I believe its good for adults with no children. Safety always comes first and then the comfort. I sent pictures of bed and mattress still the hotel denied any refund and were rude to me. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have some budget constraints.

• Pal (4/5): - There was issue of bees inside the room, I caught a few bees and put them outside in the night next afternoon found a dozen of bees inside the room. Upon complain the bees were removed and room was cleaned. But next morning again found a couple of bees inside the room.

• Garcia (3/5): Disgusting and bad experience - Nothing the bed was very uncomfortable. They feel like you sleeping on the spring. The bathroom was disgusting. It was soil on the walls. Poop and it was blood on the wall the top it was so disgusting. It was a lot of mole around and looked like the top was painted, and all the paint was pilling off the towels that were black that was supposed to be a clean towels and hair all the towels, hot hair on it. It was really disgusting. It was a bad experience, I took a picture of everything you want me to send you they don’t even put wash clothes. They only put a rug that I don’t even use to clean my floor. when you go to the room, it doesn’t look like the ones on the picture. They always trick you this way that’s very sad and unfortunately, for the customer they have sign that say that they change the sheets every three days that’s disgusting. they have a Wi-Fi supposedly but didn’t work at all. The TV didn’t work for almost $100. That thing cost if it is much $40 or less I realize all that I went to your website and it said not refundable so I had no choice but to stay, it was a very disgusting place
