• John (10/5): - This location had a spacious room, staff was always kind and ready, the bath has jets, it’s pet friendly, lots of cameras to feel safe, several nearby restaurants, nearby cannabis & beverages, and walking distance to downtown Seaside; it is a short drive to many beaches. It isn’t luxurious.

• Alice (8/5): Beautiful location with quality rooms for an affordable price, minutes away from everything touristy - The room itself was in amazing condition. For only paying $130, we got a jetted tub, a bigger hotel room than we've ever stayed in, a comfortable bed, and even a free small bag of saltwater taffy which was very nice. The staff when we checked in was not very friendly at all. They weren't necessarily rude but definitely were not welcoming or friendly. When we walked in it took about 10 seconds in the tiny office before we were even acknowledged (they waited for us to say something first for some reason?) and then when the lady took my ID she (in that very fAkE niCe tone) went "are you 21?"... This is always my biggest fear because I've been travelling a LOT since turning 18 and always do all of my research to make sure I don't book a 21+ hotel. This hotel gave zero heads up that they were 21+ and thankfully my boyfriend had JUST turned 21 and she allowed it. It is the only time in a hotel that I've felt so uncomfortable by the staff that I chose to just leave my keys in my hotel room at checkout instead of going to the office and returning them.
• Andrew (8/5): A great value and my favorite place to stay in Seaside. - Great value and great location to the restaurants downtown. One of the neighbors in the apartments next door likes to scream random obscenities and expletives. Not a big deal to me, but may be an issue to others.

• Tarin (9/5): Great location - The room was really clean and spacious. We had the king bed with balcony over looking the river. The balcony was private and it was a pleasant place to have coffee in the morning. The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach and also to the main strip. We arrived 1 hour early to check in and was able to check in with no problem. Not a dislike but it was a little confusing on what building our room was in. It was down the street and around the corner from where the building with the office was. I think the company purchased 2 hotels and put it under the same name. But the office staff was super nice and explained the 2 locations.

Bed was very comfortable as well The tv was very hard to turn on and the tv in the room we were in was going out because the color was very dark and hard to see the picture. Took us over an hour to try and get the tv on cable. Finally called the front desk! Wish the deck was more private from the neighbors, the neighbors dog kept coming onto our deck and trying to get to my dog.

My dog is well behaved and didn't do any damage to the room so I resent having to pay other hotels exorbitant fees. • Pempemika (10/5): - Oh my gosh! It was a perfect night for me. Only about 15 minutes from Cannon Beach and just 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket and restaurant area — such a great location! The room was super spacious and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly soft — I absolutely loved it! 😍 The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming. I’m truly thankful for their great service. I highly recommend this place! 🥰

• Brenda (8/5): Everything was comfortable inside outside was questionable with neighbor. - The location was great.beds were comfortable and everything worked well. More plug ins that worked. Shower curtain needed to be longer water went on floor. Gutters were like waterfalls outside they were broke. Next door set alarms off everyday from cooking I think. Riff raff visiting neighbor didn’t enjoy that. Wasnt due to kids was because either workers or family using rooms.

• Hall (10/5): Cutest Seaside motel - I loved everything especially how comfy the beds are and sauna tub so soothing I was in there like over 1 hour, this one the hot water worked perfectly staff awesome No complaints accept 1 tiny one, I have very bad knees they were awesome to make sure had bottom room so nice, the step up to room is a lil high only because my bad knees it's only 1 step so not really a issue but that was only thing the stay was quit and peaceful and very comfy

Simple request for late check out and it was multiple tickets and responses saying I had already checked out hours before the end of the booking. Also super slow wifi - about 4-6mbps.
• Keith (8/5): It was decent aside from the scalding hot water. - The bed was comfortable, the room was warm. Water temperature was unadjustable, came out scalding hot, took 3 hours after filling the tub to be able to get in it. Was completely unable to shower.No ice machine, and it would be nice to include instructions on how to use the TV.

• Hall (10/5): Softest king size beds ever - I loved everything the spa tub the king size bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in so far on my 3 weeks of travel 💯💯💯 soft comfy, I lived it had back patio it was quit and located by the lil river it's was perfect The water temperature did not get hot, it was Luke warm almost chilly but I lived the spa bath just wish it was hot not cold but that's the only thing that I didn't like I look forward to coming zgain

• LovesNeon (10/5): Would stay there again in a heartbeat! - We got a huge first-floor king room overlooking the river (had a little covered deck out the back door). It was clean, comfortable, had a nice desk, a chair/ottoman, fridge, micro, coffeemaker, lots of outlets/charging spots. Nice roomy bathroom. Lots of space to park our stuff out from underfoot. The sheets and pillows were nice and soft, and the mattress topper was cozy and soft and wonderful. Well maintained, and at shockingly reasonable price.
