Amy and Cleo make you feel as if they have known you forever and are the friendliest people you could ever meet. Cleo is very kind and funny. Everything is clean breakfast was by far the best I’ve had at a hotel, the attendant in the breakfast area packed little bags with snacks and waters for my wife and I to take on the road with us. I would go there just to spend a few nights. Everything you need under one roof. Restaurant attached to it was good as well!

Planned a nice stay in the premier suite for my boyfriend’s birthday on the way back from meeting my family for the first time. I believe the gal was Carly. Checked us in and had my debit card behind the counter for a solid 15 minutes saying it wasn’t working when there was definitely sufficient funds for a security hold. She charged my card TWICE for the room after I had already paid $230 through a booking app. 200$ each charge from her. Once we realized what happened she said it was my bank or the booking app and seemed very frantic and rushed the conversation. I called my bank and they said it in fact was a charge from the hotel. We talked with Tommi later on and he was beyond kind and apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. We loved Tommi and made sure he knew how thankful we were that he was the one to solve our problem as everyone else said it was a bank issue. I have only received 1 refund and am still waiting on the second. The room was great, everything we could hope for in such a desolate area. We can tell there are loyal comers. The breakfast was beyond anything I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Other than the $400 issue, it was a fantastic stay.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Valley City bridges tour - The room was a bit dark for my taste, which is great for sleeping, but even with the lights on I kept wanting to brighten it up while I was awake. I felt the room, and hotel as well, were clean; however, I felt like the place was aged. Perhaps it was the color palette of decorating. I thought the bed was comfortable. My room was quiet. The restaurant on the property was convienent, and what I ordered was tasty. Breakfast was back to almost full service, and the person in charge of breakfast service was refreshing food as quickly as possible/needed and keeping the dining area clean. At the time I had breakfast, around 8:30, there were three other people in the dining room, so there either isn't a crowd for breakfast or I timed it just right.
