• Cliff (6/5): Great location, lots of snow. - Great location, and good facilities in apartment. Property management company managed property who were slow to respond to requests and turned up late to pick us up on arrival. Very steep slippery internal stairs to upper bedroom.
• Epperson (7/5): Good spot to stay, but quite an uphill walk to the slopes. - It was a good location. It would have been nice to better understand the “shared vehicle” prior to arrival. I still don’t know who had the keys. Only having one toilet for 4 people was inconvenient.
• Louis (10/5): Incredible stay at Kiseki with our amazing host Scully 10/10 - WOW is the only word to describe our stay. We were a group of four Aussies staying at Kiseki in early–mid December 2025, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The home is cozy yet spacious, with an excellent range of amenities and appliances that made it feel instantly comfortable. The location is spot on — just a 10-minute walk to the main gondola and about 7 minutes to the family chairlift, plus perfectly positioned to explore the town and its amazing selection of restaurants. Our host, Scully, was absolutely incredible. She picked us up from Niseko Centre and made check-in seamless. Throughout our stay, she was quick to respond to any questions or requests and went above and beyond by helping me track down my wallet after I lost it in Tokyo the day before arriving. A truly outstanding stay — 10/10 across the board. Highly recommended.

Also in central location only short walk to the family quad lift. Our only complaint was the noise from the pub across the road. Bedrooms faced directly towards the pub which means it was quite loud until around 2.30am in the morning. Other than this it was perfect

The property managers can arrange a pick up on arrival and provide a daily shuttle if you don’t want to make the short walk to the ski lifts.

• Yongquan (9/5): Superb - Location is good. Near to both Family Base and Gondola Base. Shower area is warm and toasty. The bunk beds mattresses a little too thin.

• Scott (6/5): Beautiful but very noisy location. - Amazing property in convenient location. We booked the two bedroom. The property was nice and had transport between the welcome centre and house. There were a few instances of confusion when booking transport and it wasn’t often on time. The biggest problem was the noise there is a dive bar about 20m from the main bedroom and all the bogan tourists turn up screaming , fighting and running around like drunken idiots until the early hours of the morning. There is zero japan culture in Niseko so pick your worst western bar full of degenerates and that’s what you’ve got next door. If you sleep like a bear then it’s probably ok, but if you are a light sleeper you won’t be able to sleep until 2am most nights.

• SHUMPEI (8/5): - アパートタイプなのでフロントはないが、チェックインや宅急便の送付など、対応はメールで十分。 土間が乾燥室になっており、便利。 駐車場もすぐ横に停められて便利。 メゾネットで、2階が寝室。2段ベッドと、ダブルベット。広さは、ベッド以外の場所にスーツケースを2つ広げられるぐらい。 部屋の家具がオシャレ。 冷蔵庫が小さく、冷凍庫が独立してない。 電子レンジやトースター、炊飯器、鍋あり。 食器も一通りあり。 バスタブないが、シャワールームがグレーのタイルでオシャレ。 テレビが小さい。でもスキーがメインなので特に問題なし。 夜2,3時に裏の居酒屋から出てくる酔っぱらいの話し声が残念。 期待以上に、楽しくすごせた。

• Kevin (10/5): We Loved Kiseki - Kiseki was great! Short walk to the lifts and Hirafu restaurants. The free shuttle from the bus stop was a nice treat. Perfect condo for 3 or 4. My friend complained about his mattress in the bunk bed, but other than that, this place was superb.
• SONG (10/5): 不错的选择 - 非常好的选择。位置超方便，就在Hirafu的中心，去SeicoMart三分钟，登山轩拉面一分钟。酒店有提供免费的接驳车，可以去滑雪场，完全不需要Ski in Ski out的酒店了。而且还有免费去Kuchan超市的车，自己买回来做饭很好。不过价格有点贵。

• Jordan (10/5): Perfecte locatie en een mooi functioneel gebouw - Wij hebben er gelogeerd met 3 volwassenen maar er was ruimte genoeg voor 4. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig inclusief wasmachine met ingebouwde droger. Verder was er een keuken met kookgerei, waterkoker magnetron allemaal aanwezig. Ruimtelijk opgezet en het was voor ons perfect. Zeer tevreden.
• Demi (10/5): Clean and tidy, close to slopes - The apartment is close to Hirafu lift, very convenient location. Clean and tidy, you have everything u need for a stay. IH, kitchen utensils, laundry, etc. They have a drying corner right at the door front, good for drying our gears. Overall, It’s a very comfortable home!

• Ping (10/5): Great Stay - Kiseki offered complimentary pick up from and drop off at Hirafu Welcome Centre on day of check-in and check-out, as well as a free shopping trip to Kutchan for us to pick up our groceries. Very good service indeed. Great Upper Hirafu location. Close to eateries and convenience stores. Not ski-in-ski-out, but not a problem at all. We rented our skis from Larry Adler (very close to Ace Family Chair) and they offered free overnight storage. Larry Adler was an easy walk from Kiseki. Will stay again!
• Vojtech (8/5): 賃貸マンションの一室みたいな、メゾネットタイプのお部屋 - キッチンに食器調理器具&洗濯乾燥機も完備で広々。ただTVが小さかったのと、シャワー室のみなのが少し残念。が、近くにたくさんの温泉施設があるので、シャワー室のみでも十分な感じです。あと、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋方が騒いでたのか声とか音が漏れてきてなかなか寝つく事が出来ませんでした。
