• Juliane (10/5): - Perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man Rom zu Fuß erkunden möchte. Wir haben die Lage der Unterkunft sehr genossen, trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Morgens wurden wir von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe und vom Hauptbahnhof im Rom kommt man super mit dem Bus in die Unterkunft. Beim nächsten Rom Besuch würden wir wieder dort übernachten.

• Espen (6/5): To expensive and to small - We stayed at this "hotel" for a weekend Fridayto Sunday. I loved the location of the "hotel". I'm writing "hotel" since it was an apparently which had been transferred into five-six rooms. It was nearby to Pantheon and Piazza Nevona. The bed was horrible: first of all it was short! I'm 186 cm and I was to long for the bed and my feet had to be outside the bed. It is quite uncomfortable trying to sleep a place where you do not fit. Second of all the pillows was horrible. It felt like it just was a folded towel. It was uncomfortable and hard. The housekeeping forgot to clean our room. We had a break in our room between 4 and 5 pm on Saturday. At four o'clock it had not been cleaned. A representative from the hotel knock on the door at five o'clock apologizing that they forgot. At that time it was to late for us and I told the manager that we would soon leave (hint hint). When we returned later that night it was still uncleaned. It is definitely not worth the price.

• Melissa (8/5): Hidden gem - The location is perfect, everything is walkable. The room is spacious enough for one, a little dark due to very small window. The host is welcoming and helps with everything you need, including a WhatsApp message prior to arrival with video on how to locate and open doors to the property

The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, it needed some deep cleaning, did not feel comfortable stepping into the shower.

No site está como hotel, entretanto é como se fosse um alojamento, pois não havia recepção 24 horas. No site também, informava que havia café da manha, inclusive com avaliações positivas, contudo foi disponibilizado voucher para consumo na cafeteria da esquina dando direito a 01 suco, 01 croissant e 01 café/capputino e nada mais. Bem localizado e a meio caminho dos principais pontos turísticos de Roma. Cercado de boas opções de restaurantes e pequeno mercadinho Carrefour.

• Aurelie (8/5): Une belle chambre à l'écart mais donne accès à tou - Belle chambre à 20 minutes de marche du centre historique. Loin des touristes. Bon petit déjeuner servis en chambre. Je ne mets pas la note maximale car nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à trouver l'entrée de l'immeuble, il y avait des travaux dans la rue (non mentionné avant), on entendait les bruits extérieurs, l'insonorisation n'est pas top.

• Kirk (10/5): Great Quaint Hotel - Great location. Nice clean and very courteous staff. In and out transfers were very well coordinated. The breakfast is ordered the night before, prepared and delivered to your room, it was very good. The rooms are on the small side but very well maintained. A shelf in the bathroom for towels and toiletries would be welcomed. The location is fabulous, 5-10 minute walk to Pantheon and bus and tram access less than 3 minutes walk.

• James (10/5): Hidden luxury behind an innocuous green door. - Well to start with I booked this hotel by mistake, there is another Hotel Di Sant' Anna in Borgo Pio so make sure you are booking the 'La Maison Di Sant' Anna'. Having said that my error was wonderfully rewarded by such a fabulous stay, the rooms are decorated to a very high standard, luxurious and modern, the bed is comfortable, the shower is awesome, and plenty of storage space, all completed by a lovely breakfast selection. The ladies that run the show are friendly, efficient, and very helpful although only available by phone after 1pm which was not much of a problem for us as we are out all day then pop back for a shower and a rest before going out to dinner (there are a number of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance) then back to bed. All in all a very pleasurable experience, we will certainly be staying here again.

Not for those who want Hilton/ American hotel at cheaper price, who can't do a few stairs, who are put off by nondescript entrance in a well- lit alley, BUT a safe, comfortable great value!

Molte cose non funzionavano (luce specchio bagno, aspiratore bagno incantato, all'inizio anche aria condizionata). Poi troppo poco isolamento fra le camere e la zona comune. Colazione pessima. Tutto bene se fosse costato molto meno. Sembra tutto sciatto e non curato a dispetto del l'arredo invece carino.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice little B&B - Nice B&B in a little lane that can be a little noisy but if you shut the Windows you can't hear the noise. Bedrooms not big but comfortable and nice decode. Nice modern bathroom. The receptionist is only there in the morning but if you are arriving in the afternoon she emails you great details on how to let yourself in. One problem is check out is at 10.30 am and if your flight is at night like ours you can leave your bags in the small reception area and they only have a very small cupboard size toilet that you can use but nowhere to have a shower or get changed. Breakfast was light and the juice is just like a cordial. They ran out of yogurt and orange juice one morning. You have to fill out a card with what you want for breakfast and the time you want it and hang it on your door at night. They earliest you can have it is 8.30.

The host was super friendly and helpful. The room was small but we were barely ever there. They made us wonderful breakfast every morning and served it straight to our room at the time we requested the night before. Room was clean. Great place to stay if you're looking for something central! And was not noisy at all!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Viihtyisä ja siisti La Maison di Sant'Anna - Valitsin tämän Bed & breakfast -paikan hyvien arvostelujen ja sijainnin perusteella, sillä tällä alueella sijaitsevat majapaikat ovat kaikki kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä, joka mahdollistaa huoneessa piipahtamisen esimerkiksi iltapäivän kuumimpaan aikaan ja illalla voi taas levänneenä jatkaa Rooman valloitusta. Matkalla olin tällä kertaa poikani kanssa ja viihdyimme erittäin hyvin La Maison di Sant'Annassa. Huoneet sijaitsevat aivan Largo di Torre Argentinan läheisyydessä pienen kujan varrella - kivenheiton päässä ovat bussipysäkit, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona jne. eli parempaa sijaintia ei voisi toivoa. Huone oli moderni, uusittu, erittäin siisti, wc hieman ahdas, mutta silti toimiva. Hyvä ilmastointi plussaa sekä ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka oli paikalla aamupäivisin. Aamupala tarjoiltiin huoneeseen ja se oli riittävä, mutta olisin toivonut siihen italialaista hyvää leipää ja kahvia sekä ehkä hedelmiä, sillä viikon aikana ehti kyllästyä paahtoleipään ja laihaan kahviin. Siitä huolimatta voin vilpittömästi suositella tätä paikkaa.

We were very happy with our comfortable bed and really good breakfast every morning in our room. Ham & cheese omelets, toast, juices, coffee & espresso every morning served promptly at the time we requested. We also loved the modern bathroom with all of the amenities. This was a great place to stay!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location - Nice BnB, very good location, not the most attractive from outside but fine inside, slight problem was the 10:30 check out, wouldn't recommend if a late flight as no where for luggage to go, means carrying luggage around Rome. Breakfast very good, also found a way to watch Tv channels in English which was a bonus at night. Not the most sound proof of rooms as in an apartment block but no major issues, for a few nights it did the job.
• Ray (10/5): Location and service 5 stars. - The location of the hotel was briliant. 30 min walk to Vatican, 25 min to Coliseum, 20 to Fontana Di Trevi, 7 min to Piazza Venezzia, 30 min to Termini Station. Briliant Location, woth loads of shops, restaurants around. The botel rooms are well furnished, clean and decorated. Breakfast always nice and tasty. The lady who looks after the rooms and makes breakfast are very friendly and lovely. The girl who does all the booking Georgia is very kind and helpfull. We were very happy with my girlfriend. We planned to use the public transport, but never needed it. Spent there 7 days. All with pleasure. The taxi fare from the Termini station to the hotel is 10-12 euros. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
