• Davide (3/5): - Struttura carina e pulita, posizione comoda e parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, aspetti sicuramente positivi. Tuttavia l’esperienza è stata un po’ impersonale: abbiamo effettuato il self check-in e durante tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo mai incontrato nessun referente della struttura. Tutto è avvenuto tramite messaggi. Ci è stato chiesto di inviare i documenti via WhatsApp prima dell’arrivo, cosa che non abbiamo ritenuto opportuna, preferendo consegnarli di persona insieme al pagamento, effettuato il giorno successivo. Le istruzioni per l’accesso sono chiare, ma manca completamente il contatto diretto con il personale, che per alcuni ospiti potrebbe essere importante. Nel complesso soggiorno discreto, ma migliorabile sotto l’aspetto dell’accoglienza e della gestione del cliente.

• Francesca (9/5): - La camera è in posizione centrale, dietro alla pizza principale della città. Il parcheggio gratuito è vicinissimo e raggiungibile a piedi anche coi bagagli. La procedura del self check in è andata bene grazie alle istruzioni chiare che l'host ci ha fornito. La stanza era ampia e luminosa, oltre che pulita. Il soggiorno era d'inverno e abbiamo acceso i riscaldamenti senza problemi. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di chi ci ha accolto sono davvero uniche.

• Gleb (5/5): No Veronica anymore. - A bed is still comfortable. A second cleaner, whom I met on the last day, was kind to me, making me a tea. The place fixed only a lock on the bathroom door since my visit in January. When I entered inside, its temperature was five degrees. Luckily, I knew where I can change the temperature because Veronica had told me back then. However, that cleaner, who substituted Veronica, liked to turn down the temperature. Perhaps she wanted to freeze me to death. Personally, I have never met the B&B's owner, who was reluctant to keep in contact and resolve the money issue. Believe me, I wished to close with payment more than she. I felt nostalgic because it took efforts again to find the right spot to match the key to the lock when opening the door to my room. The shower cabin requires in repair or replacement, because the doors don't connect in closure, leaving a wide space as it was in my previous stay. You can't wash yourself properly, and water leaks on the floor. You have one pack of shampoo per day, which is not enough for one shower visit. Worst of all, I didn't receive it on one of the days. As well as, that cleaner didn't empty a little trash bin that day. Yeah, the B&B still keeps that little trash bin. Come on, you could have used my money from January to buy a big one! I believe in you! Also, please call a plumber because the sink and the shower scream about cleaning. Sadly, I didn't meet Veronica that time. I wouldn't stop here again if I knew that I wouldn't see her.

Wir würden es nicht wieder buchen. - Die Wohnung war sehr ungepflegt mit extrem schmutzigem Geschirr, schmutziger Wäsche im Schrank, kaputten Fußleisten, Schäden in der Dusche, braunem Toilettenabfluss und vielen weiteren kleinen Mängeln. Das Schlafzimmer lag direkt zu einer sehr befahrenen Durchgangsstraße hin, sodass morgens ab 6:00 Uhr kein Schlaf mehr möglich war. Die Gastgeberin war für ihre Gäste nicht erreichbar und ließ sich durch ihre Putzfrau vertreten.

• Gino (5/5): Bella posizione, ma.... - La posizione Poco curato l'arredamento e la pulizia, la nostra camera era molto trascurata, la tappezzeria scollata, sul muro sopra il letto due ganci che forse sostenevano un quadro potevano essere rimossi, la porta che dal bagno va sul terrazzo (questo bello) si apre sforzandola, si può vedere il segno sul pavimento, la wifi non funzionava.

• Roberto (4/5): Assolutamente non proporzionato al prezzo - Bel palazzo, sulla strada principale appena fuori dalla porta d’ingresso della zona pedonale di Pietrasanta. Un bel terrazzo su cui sarebbe bello poter fare una buona colazione. La signora delle pulizie arrivata alle 10 del mattino ci ha consegnato delle chiavi di cortesia per permetterci di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura per qualche ora in più dopo il check out Sembra tutto trascurato. I pavimenti sono macchiati e sembrano sporchi. In bagno non ci sono mensole dove appoggiare un beauty, nel vano doccia c’è odore di umidità. C’è un unico gancio dove poter appendere gli asciugamani da doccia ed è dentro la doccia. Il pavimento del bagno è tutto macchiato in torno al WC. La colazione non è conforme alla descrizione. Non c’è frutta fresca. Il pane e la pasticceria sono di produzione industriale così come i succhi. Il caffè sembra orzo. La cucina è sporca e con l’immondizia lasciata lì per almeno i 2 giorni che abbiamo visto. Non abbiamo visto nessuno della reception e non ci hanno risposto alla domanda fatta su whatsapp prima di arrivare in cui chiedevamo delucidazioni sulle convenzioni per la spiaggia.

• Beatrice (1/5): - La struttura è anche carina, purtroppo però l’host è una persona totalmente indisponente, inaffidabile e ci ha anche fregato 23€ in più dal totale della prenotazione che lei stessa ha deliberatamente trattenuto dalla carta a suo piacimento. C’è scritto che i cani sono ammessi invece c’è da pagare un sovrapprezzo che NON è indicato nella piattaforma. La colazione è tremenda, meglio non pagarla e andare a farla altrove, tipo in piazza a Pietrasanta che invece è un gioiello. Non torneremo

• Francine (9/5): Nice place to stay in Pietra Santa.. - Location was excellent as we came by train and we were near the center and the plaza. We got instructions how to get to our room on time and it was pretty easy to get in. It was not clear with GPS where to go at first so we disturbed a neighbor( who probably got lots of this so maybe to protect them just a text telling that it is next to the deep driveway would have been helpful. It was a little noisy with windows open but fine if we closed them. The room is small with 2 luggages crowding it but we managed.

• Claudio (7/5): Great value for money and central location - just not for light sleepers. - Lovely bright room and great location. The property was very clean and the large terrace is fantastic. The only drawback is the noise from the street. Unfortunately the room was facing the main road and on a Saturday night it was very difficult to ignore the noise of cars and motorbikes passing by. The following night was a Sunday - so there were very few cars and we had a restful night.

I only got the code but 7:30pm as I had to find someone to call the local number. It was all too over complicated- the breakfast, the shower and the WiFi was weak.

• Gleb (9/5): Just meet Veronica. - I have no other than say a big "Grazie Mille" to Veronica who cleaned my room and managed my stay (and she did her both jobs grandiose.). She is an incredible person. Easygoing, cheerful and kind. A true Italian lady! I had wonderful conversations with her and, thankfully, to them I've learnt more. I should begin to study Italian. Really, maybe, in the next time! Speaking about room. I chose economy room which is spacious, has a wonderful big wardrobe to where cut clothe and backpack, a divine look from the windows on Rocca di Sala which disappears in night magically, a twin bed is all right. Advantage of B&B is that you can already move on city's magnificent central piazza and get pleasure from surrounding and duomo's mesmerizing sound of bell. Once again, I want to thank Veronica and that's for final conversation which gave me hope. Grazie mille! Maybe, in spring or somewhere later. Who knows! My apologizes but I have of what I dislike. Only a little. I would change lock in a room entrance door because it requires effort for put key in a right place and turn. A door handle to a bathroom requires to be replaced because it's comes off. I would install a new shower because you can't close doors and make that water didn't shed outside if you want to turn water pouring on maximum what I always do. Probably, I would install more bigger trash bin. I hadn't pleasure that bathroom has way on terrace and shutters don't give full covering of place but I forgive because I was alone. However, all these negatives don't disrupt a beautiful experience of being there and I will ready to return again if circumstances will come to that.

My room was extremely dirty with a very strange smell and the bed cover smelled so bad like it hadn't been washed for weeks. My client who I was travelling with said it was for her the worst hotel she has ever stayed in :(

The rooms and bathrooms are very basic but clean. The B&B is only staffed in the morning for breakfast and checkout. Questions could have been answered more quickly by the hosts.

• Bruno (7/5): unable to contact property when I needed to - excellent location 1 minute from old town and railway station. Large room and bathroom with natural light. Big b/f area overlooking a large balcony with views of surrounding hills. Their contact number is an answering service after repeated calls they called me back an 1hr later so I could ask for access code for the keys. Self check in, property will send you code on arrival day so you can access keys to the property. Make sure you provide your Italian phone number or are able to access your email on the road. The property is on a busy road if you are driving you cannot stop and unload your luggage, there is no parking around.
• Visit (8/5): nice place in general - Centrally located, very friendly staff at breakfast. No shelves in the bathroom for our toilette kit and no hangers to hang up our coats in the room . Breakfast is only sugar in form of fruit or bread and cakes - basically carbs only.

• Ansfrie (8/5): Brilliant place in the city centre of Pietrasanta - Great, I repeat, great location! Free parking in 5 minutes walking distance. Located directly to one of the main squares. The instructions for arrival are super clear and all questions are answered quickly. Breakfast is delicious and fresh, served on the patio in the shade, can’t have a better start of your morning! Forget about going outside for breakfast, this is the best you’ll get in Pietrasanta. Veronica is a great host, whose vibrant energy adds to a perfect stay. If you need any tips for daytrips ask her, you’ll be assured of a good day. -

We stayed 3 nights in the Explore apartment and fully enjoyed it. The city is great and the B&B is close to everything - main piazza, train station, but it’s not really noisy. We booked the place in the middle of the night for the next day, and they were very nice to check us in around 9 am, which was such a great gift after a sleepless night, we’re forever grateful. We were met with open arms, friendliness, and all the cappuccinos for breakfast we ever wanted. Just book this place, and go for a lovely stroll through the city and discover all the sculptures and art. It’s also a great place for a day trip to Cinque Terre. Can't really think of anything bad.
