I won’t stay here again. - I liked the room I booked which had a kitchenette and seemed to be quite large The front desk staff were very nice When we got to the kitchenette room I had booked it had dozens and dozens of small flies all over the windows and sills. Told the front desk and they said they didn’t have another kitchenette room cleaned so we ended up with a much smaller queen bed room with no kitchen. The hair dryer in this new room started smoking the moment i turned it on. They said the price difference for the two rooms was only $4 which I find hard to believe. Was very disappointed because we came expecting a kitchenette room. The room we ended up with did t even have two comfy chairs to sit…just a computer desk chair and an occasional chair. Was disappointed in the poor job by cleaning staff that they did not address the fly issue or the hair dryer issue in the new room

• Dmitri (9/5): Nice hotel, highly recommended. - I liked pretty much everything in this hotel. Good location, everything is close. The room was nice. Clean. No smell. Good lighting. Everything worked. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, great hotel, except one thing (see below). Water in shower/tub was not hot, just warm. I wasn't able to take a bath to relax. Tried to run water for a while, it didn't help. They either save money on electricity or save their ass in case somebody gets burns from hot water? Silly, but this is all I can think as water in the sink was hot.

• Chad (10/5): - We just had another great 2 night stay at the Lakeland Inn while on a fishing trip to Cold Lake. Lots of available parking and on-site security patrolling the parking lot made us feel safe. Staff was very friendly as always. Well done.

Would definitely sta - The executive suite was much bigger than the picture showed and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. It took 10 minutes for the hot water to fully kick in, but the staff were amazing and sent a maintenance person to the room to sort it out. There was enough cutlery for a two night stay, but I’m sure the staff would’ve sent us more if we had asked.
