• cwh3291 (7/5): Average hotel at reasonable price - Able to keep our bikes in room. No stairs to reception. Short walk to convenience store. No breakfast. One set of towels for two people, but reception supplied another when asked.

• BRIAN (5/5): Filled our need being close to major highway. Would look for better accommodations next time. - Location was excellent. No services to speak of (make your own coffee). Room very basic but reasonably clean. Beds need to be updated (very hard). Cleanliness reasonably good but some debris under beds from previous stays would suggest a good cleaning would be in order.

Cafetière salle à la disposition des clients.les fenêtres sont sales. Le derrière de la porte de la salle de bain pleins de gouttelettes d’eau séchées. Propreté à améliorer.

• Kerry (10/5): Quiet, comfortable and great staff. - The location was very convenient. Right off highway but was still quiet and did not hear any traffic noise. The room was large, quiet and comfortable beds. We were able to even check in early with no problems. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bathroom had lots of room. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Gas station also right there. Would stop by again.

À la réception: café et micro-onde souillés, nappe sur la table vraiment sale/tachée. Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité. Devrait être au plus 50% du prix payé ($155)
• b (5/5): Location is good. Hotel is old and needs better housekeeping - Located near main roads/highway for easy access. The hotel is very tired. And cleanliness was not up to standards. Also it was strange that they left our hotel room door wide open with a door stop before we checked in. So anyone can go into your room and do whatever before you get there

• gaetan (4/5): We are not going back. The local small motel would have been a better option - Location The whole place looks like it is being abandoned. A lot of love is required to clean the place outside and inside. The bathroom door was rubbing hard on the floor, the shower head was receiving only a partial mount of water. The drain in the bathtub was not working properly and water was accumulating wile taking a short shower

• Malika (6/5): - I do find it a bit expensive for what it is. The rooms seem a bit old and honestly everything was clean except some part of the shower curtain. The previous tenant had left beers and pizza in the fridge it seems they missed it. It's okay for a quick stop but I wouldn't extend my stay. Oh! And the windows do an amazing job at masking the noise of the highway nearby
• Sylvain (2/5): Worst Hotel ever, go somewhere else. - Place is run down: furniture and decor is 20+ years old. Hotel serves as a U-Haul brench. We were the only guests staying at the hotel.. We were greated by a front desk watching videos on her phone. She spoke no french and barely any english. Herself and an older gentleman wearing a t-shirt and also watching videos on youtube were the only staff we saw during our stay. Management seems to be trying to save any penny, hotel corridors lights are turned off so you walk in the dark. What used to be the dinning room and only access to the terrace has been turned into living quarters for the owners family. Only available commodity was free coffee, but e had to wait for an employee to wake up and bring some cups of cream to us. Room itself was dirty (especially the bathroom). Lots of long black hairs everywhere (in shower, on the ground, on the toilet, on the bathroom counter). Bathroom soap is a bottle of drugstore generic shampoo that you are sharing with every past and future customers. Furniture is showing age. Everything is worn down. Old mattress, loud AC unit from the 90's. Some odd things: We found a used roll of toilet paper left on the room bed side table. We left for the day making sure to leave the "Do not make room / do not disturb sign hanging to our door", and when we came back at the end of the day, someone clearly entered our room to turn off the AC unit while we were out. We rented a 2 double beds room and were charged 25$ extra for a 3rd person.
• Claire (4/5): - Rideau de douche très sale et tapis du corridor pas entretenu. Le personnel comprend très peu le français et peu l’anglais. Chambre pas nettoyée à 14h et nous étions les seuls clients. La réception continue de regarder un film le volume élevé tout en prenant nos informations à l’accueil.
• Carole (1/5): Déception - Le service à la clientèle est quasi inexistant et c'est compliqué aussi de se faire servir en français, ce qui est étrange compte tenu de l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le plus gros problème de cet établissement demeure la propreté. J'avais réservée pour une nuit seulement et heureusement puisque je ne serais pas resté plus longtemps.

Personalul a fost de ajutor pentru informatii legate de oras si locuri de vazut in acea zi. Se simte un mare grad de uzura a camerei - o intretinere generala si schimb a prosoapelor e de dorit.
