• John (6/5): - Staff were very nice and helpful, although no self access for parking or going in and out, you need to what’s app or ring a bell. We just stayed on night, tired after a long drive a looking forward to a lie in on the Saturday morning. Was woken by pumping tunes, tennis and shouting at 8am from what must be a leasure centre next door. When I say loud I mean loud. Not much the hotel can do about that, and maybe just a weekend thing, but something to be aware of.

• James (8/5): - The hotel lacks a reception desk with hotel hours. it is a venue for weddings and other events. It has staff during the afternoon and a gym within its building has staff who can call to bring a staff member to assist one. It has a beautiful garden and pool with sculptures and the two-story units with bedrooms over a kitchen and living room are well suited to events. The decor in the housing unit had style and beauty. An attendent prreent from 7 a.m. till 9 p.m.

It is a very atypical hotel, my room was located in a building with 3 other room; we shared a kitchen/living room/dinner table, but my room & bathroom were private. I wasn't lucky as I was sick and it was cold in Tepozotlan that day, but there is no heater in the room (normal for Mexico) and no way to get the room warmer... Plus my window couldn't close, so I froze in the room. Besides that, staff was very friendly and the hotel is atypical but cute and not too far from the restaurants and bars in the city; I just wasn't ready to walk by myself at night in the streets.

Sin embargo NO ES PET FRIENDLY a pesar de que lo dice en el anuncio; te piden que tu mascota se quede dentro de la habitación (no podrá estar en el jardín) por la agresividad de los perros del hotel.

Cuenta con áreas de recreación y alberca, ojo esta es a temperatura ambiente por lo que depende del clima sentirse a gusto o no. El servicio por parte del personal es amable.

• Miguel (8/5): - Es un muy bonito lugar, pero hace falta una recepción, ya que para ingresar o salir no es tan sencillo, falta más iluminación en las instalaciones, deben de arreglar las canastas de básquet, arreglar la red de voleibol. Tuvimos una buena estancia, pero si hay detalles que corregí por la semana.

• Olga (9/5): Superb - The place was beautiful and very interestingly decorated, It is great for families and very spacious. Close to the town. The only two things that could be better is that the owner have dogs that are running around the property so my kids could not run around as the dogs would chase them. Also, the courts are booked by people from the community so even though there was no other family we couldn't use them.

• María Isabel (8/5): Inesperado pero hermoso - El sitio es hermoso. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. La decoración es en parte muy tradicional y por otro lado bastante rara. No hay lámpara para lectura en la mesita de noche. La salita de estar con cocina es muy fría, hay que ir abrigado si es invierno. La cocina tiene pocos elementos; llevar alimentos porque no hay restaurante. La privacidad es TOTAL. Muy buena.
• Leslie (8/5): Mobility issue with stay, but staff helpful and gracious with cancelation - We actually had to cancel our reservation but the hotel staff was very prompt at responding to our messages and resolving our issue. We appreciated their help and understanding, plus they did not charge us a cancelation fee. We discovered after booking that all guest rooms are located up a flight of stairs, no elevator or ground floor options. Sadly, this meant we couldn't stay. It would be helpful if the hotel listing clarified this, to avoid misunderstandings.

El equilibrio de costo-beneficio no está proporcionado.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - En primer lugar reserve una habitación con cama King y las camas matrimoniales, SUCIAS, sin amenidades, la ADMINISTRADORA GROCERA GRITANDO TAL CUAL SEÑORA DE MERCADO, todo lleno de tierra polvo, los baños no tenian toallas, sabanas sucias decepcionante, la imagen por fuera del hotel bien pero es lo único, NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA calificación O CERO.............. ADICIONAL TIENEN PERROS Y ANDAN POR TODOS LADOS INCOMODANDO TU ESTANCIA.

La administradora MUY GROCERA GRITANDO COMO SI ESTUVIERA EN EL MERCADO. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Cosas por mejorar - Estuvimos el fin de semana, y aunque en general el hotel tiene un original concepto y decoración, no nos animamos a nadar ya que la alberca estaba sucia, no hay televisión de paga, así que sólo logramos ver uno o dos canales con cierta dificultad, por otra parte el escusado no funcionaba adecuadamente el sapo de la caja así que fue muy molesto tener que estar levantando la tapa cada vez que se utilizaba, en el baño se rescata que la regadera tiene una muy buena presión y temperatura del agua. Considero que se pueden hacer algunas mejoras en el hotel para resaltar las cosas buenas que tiene.

• Makali (6/5): - This is a strange hotel, the room is ok but I waited outside of the hotel for about 20 mins before the gate was unlocked and then had to always wait to get in or out. I was the only guest and I guess they didn't want to have people wandering in, but it is not the best experience....small room and overall not a great value for the price.

• Jacky (6/5): Weird experience - The entire experience was a bit off: 1. no hotel sign - you have to ring a bell at a closed gate to get in. 2. Staff's appearance and interactions felt not professional 3. I'm pretty sure the bed linen was used before 4. We were the only guests in this rather big hotel But room and facilities were in good condition and pool looked clean.
