Habitación grande, piso de parqué por lo que no se siente tanto el frío, las camas son cómodas, tiene ascensor, los baños muy limpios y nuevos, el agua caliente funciona bien, tiene ventanas grandes y buena iluminación.

• Kelly (6/5): - A localização era ok, ficava a uns 15 minutos de caminhada da praça das armas. Os atendentes eram super atenciosos e cordiais. A cama bem confortável também. As fotos não mostram realmente como o quarto e o banheiro são. Ficamos em um quarto matrimonial e no anúncio dizia que teria vista para a cidade, mas o quarto tinha apenas vista para dentro do hotel mesmo. A parte do banho era bem pequena e tinha box, mas mesmo assim molhava todo o banheiro.

• Andrea (4/5): Einfaches Hotel - Außer dass man das Centro Historico in 25 Gehminuten erreichen konnte, maximal der Preis. Die Lage ist nicht schön, man geht durch ein Stahltor in das Hotel, die Zimmer hatten keine Fenster, ein Zimmer nur kaltes Wasser. Der Patio war ungepflegt, das Frühstück ausreichend, aber das "Buffet" auf einer schmalen Küchenzeile aufgebaut. Nirgendwo Heizung.
• Anahí (9/5): Recomendado - Las instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, el desayuno nos gustó, un punto extra por tener elevador se agradece muchísimo cuando traes varias maletas y no tienes que cargar y subir escaleras. Buena presión de agua y agua muy caliente solo que tarda unos minutos en salir caliente. *No tienen cobijas calentitas solamente sábanas frías. *No tiene secador de cabello en la habitación pero lo solicite y si me prestaron uno. *El agua caliente en la ducha tarda unos minutos en salir lo cual es doloroso de ver como se desperdicia tanta agua y para mi es imposible bañarme con agua fría o tibia así que tenía que esperar a que saliera caliente. *El jardín es muy bonito pero no tienen sillas para poder salir y disfrutarlo. *No tenían plancha para la ropa en las habitaciones deberían de tomarlo en cuenta ya que traemos la ropa en la maleta doblada y obviamente arrugada.

The room didn't have a coffee maker or electric cattle although there was a small kitchen. There were no spoons, although cups were present. It was very cold and noisy in the room due to low quality windows.

• Olivier (7/5): Good - Nice breakfast. Nice and very helpful staff, it was a pleasure. Good location, at about 15' walk distance from historical center. Rooms are cold, during day and night. No heating. Bathroom very cold; no hairdryer, water of the shower flows on the ground of the bathroom, so everything on the ground is wet. Very noisy (traffic outside), during the whole night. But very common in Peru

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was meager. It was clean, and the grandson loved that he could cast his Disney+ downloads to the TV. We were a few blocks from Avenida del Sol and Perú Cafe- best crepes ever! The entrance to the hotel is a barred gate to a parking garage which was initially unexpected

• Nataliia (9/5): I definitely recommend the hotel. - The staff is friendly, speaks good English, and shows empathy toward special requests. The hotel is perfect for a comfortable stay: spotlessly clean, with soft towels and bedding. The room is spacious and cozy; a heater is available if needed (free of charge). Breakfast includes a choice of sandwich or eggs (or both), along with fresh fruits, vegetables, juice, and tasty coffee. The hotel's convenient location allows you to get all the related services quite quickly: a delicious restaurant, where there is a "buffet" system and you can order from the menu (be sure to ask the administrator about it, you will like it), pharmacies, currency exchange, small shops with water, sweets, etc. The only thing I would like to ask for improvement is to fix the water supply in the evening, because otherwise the shower time can be extended, which is annoying. Thank you for your understanding!

• Eric (4/5): - I don't understand why this property has such high ratings. It's cheap, but really not that cheap to justify the problems. First the good: the breakfast is ok. It has eggs, meat, and avocados. But nothing particularly good. I would have rather got breakfast from a restaurant nearby. The packed breakfasts are a small granola bar, juice box, water, and crackers. Staff were polite. Now the bad. No heating. Front desk had some old space heaters but Cusco gets very cold in the evening and morning. Coming home to a cold hotel is straight awful. Even worse, the showers have serious issues with hot water. It takes about 5 minutes for hot water to come out, if it comes out. It often doesn't and if it does it will go from hot to cold at a moment's notice. With cold being painfully cold. Often there was just no hot water at all and I'd give up. No kettles in the room. No facial tissue in the room. No coffee machine in the room. No hair driver in the room. The overhead light doesn't fully turn off at night and lights up the room a bit. Bathroom had a rusted shelf.

• Teresa (8/5): Away from the hustle and bustle of tourists - Once inside the property it is very nice and quiet. From the outside it doesn’t seem it. The property is on a ‘normal’ street away from the tourist hotspots - I quite like this as you can escape the tourism vibe. It’s a little walk to get to the tourist bit but only about 10 mins and I found lots of different ways to go so you see more. At first when you approach the property you do think that maybe it’s a little rough but once inside it’s all good.

The hot water only ran for a few minutes and we had to take a shower using the super cold water. There was no AC as well and the room was quite cold. There was no the hand tower and floor tower offered in the room for the first night we stayed.
