Ellie (7/5): Good for what we needed as a stop off for an onward journey. Appreciated the lighting in the forecourt which meant it wa - Perfect location for what we needed. The hotel was clean however it has a strong smell which we could smell initially- however this didn’t last the full duration of the stay. As we had a bottom floor room we heard a lot of noise - some intermittent and others such as hearing other rooms showering etc.

Jennifer (10/5): Worked great for us. - Very roomy. Lots of space. Kitchenette option. Whole parking lot is lit up nicely. These days good lighting at night is a plus, and needed. The only odd thing was the light switch in the bathroom was for both fan and light. So you get both no matter what. Lol Nothing to stop a stay just one of those personal quirks. Lol
Isobel (7/5): Functional! - Useful location, right on the roadside in Three Rivers. Lots of parking, spacious room with good kitchenette. The door of the room was missing a seal along the bottom so there was a draught. Room could do with a little TLC but really nothing much wrong with it.

Teri (10/5): Very nice, quiet place! - Very clean! Nice rooms! Staff is very friendly and helpful! I like that it has a cooktop and a full size refrigerator. Kitchen doesn’t have anything to cook with, utensils or dishes and doesn’t have a stove. Not an issue but a heads up if planning on cooking.

Monica (6/5): Pleasant - The room was very clean and the AC worked really well, which is extremely important. The property is currently being updated and I was given one of the updated rooms. The room was large and it included a full size refrigerator, stove top, sink and microwave. The booking listed that the check in time was 11am, when I arrived, I was told that check in wasn't until 2pm. I told front desk staff that the booking stated differently. They accommodated us this time, but going forward, I hope they update this information.

Small town and not much available. - Rates were good for one night; water pressure was good; place was quiet, towels were nice and clean; kitchen is nice, although we did not use it. There were 6 couples (six rooms) from our family who were there for a family event. Rooms were fairly clean. The girl at the desk told us she is an emergency (on call) worker; no one there after hours. Three outlet plugs in our room did not work, the carpet was stained and dirty; probably should be replaced, the hand soap is rough and scratchy. Door didn't close completely; had to be slammed shut! No kleenex, and two TV controls! Took forever to figure out how it worked! I can see how these rooms were converted to house many of oil field workers and have taken a toll in wear and tear.

They do not provide any cleaning materials, and there are no utensils or plates. The microwave in my room was absolutely disgusting. If they would clean the place up it would get a better review.

Verified traveler (4/5): Not so romantic getaway - There was a half dead roach in the kitchen. The stovetop had food left under the burners. This is a great hotel for oilfield workers but not for a couples getaway. We only stayed in Three Rivers so we could get halfway to San Antonio. Try getting a nicer place in George West close by. New location but be prepared to battle a lot of bugs in the parking lot since it’s in the middle of nowhere. Also my girlfriend slept off and on and fully dressed scared a bug was going to attack us.

Housekeeping seemed to have phoned it in BEFORE our stay (room not vacuumed, uncleaned toilet, TP not even installed on the dispenser), but that's the only complaint. Just some retraining needed, in my opinion.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable also very spacious. Was impressed with the price. Will be staying there again for the next tournament there. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Three Rivers.

Of there were 6 to 8 air freshener in room. I am very disappointed and will sleep in my truck before going there again.

The third worked. The air conditioner no matter what it is set on, stays on for 10 minutes and goes off. While sleeping I would sleep when it was on, then I would start sweating and get irritated, about which time it comes back on... leave it on!!! horrible sleep. Beds felt used. one plus is they have satellite and several HBO channels.. otherwise..the parking lot is too small for all the vehicles. we won't be staying there again.
