- Ratnawati (5/5): Staying there during the weekend was unpleasant - I have stayed at this hotel multiple times because of its convenient location and affordable room rates. However, there are occasions when the room has an unpleasant smell due to the foul odor coming from the toilet. The basement parking space is limited and insufficient. I placed the room cleaning sign on the door, but unfortunately no one came to clean the room.

Parking is also limited and we have to park to other side provided by the hotel. the transit also start at 8:00 am. so we have to walk to get our car as we have to travel before 8:00 am. 3. The aircond is a bit slow to cool down the room. pls improve. 4. The menu as advertised in the lift is not available. and there's no room service for that.

- Anja (10/5): - Hotel je v centru, ampak ravno ob reki in je zato okolke zelo mirno. Je pa 5 min sprehoda do lepega starega mestnega jedra. Razgledi iz sob in restavracije so res lepi. Še posebaj ob sončnem vzhodu in zahodu. Soba je dovolj velika in ima vse. Postelja je udobna in klima tiha. Osebje je prijazno. Najboljša stvar je pa to da ima hotel v pritličju trgovino 7 eleven! Enostavno je kupiti vodo in prigrizke takoj v hotelu. Tudi zajtrk je v redu. Edino za nas zbirčne evropejce je lahko kašen dan manj in kašen dan več izbire, saj je hrana na zajtrku pretežno malezijska. Je pa izredno dobra. Tudi na večerjo sva šla in je bila dobra. Edino kar me je malo zmotilo je to da včasih ni tople vode za tuširat. Manjkale pa so mi tudi utičnice ob postelji, ampak to so malenkosti.

- Priyal (9/5): Exellent location, value for money. - smack middle of town, i have been going to this hotel since 2020 post covid until now. i have seen the facade getting an upgrade, rooms getting refurbished and all. i brought my own toiletries, otherwise they have basic ones. i did not try pool, not sure if they had. there is no gym. this has been my go to for so many years that i cant imagine other hotels. i have stayed at the ipoh club but the furniture is very outdated and i prefer modern amnesties. nothing much, was all good parking is complicated, big car need to reverse park and they have lift parking but it fits only small cars. i went on a Wednesday and hotel had healthy amount of people.

Just one thing, I booked a triple room. Paid for 3 adults and we only got amenities for 2. When asked, staffs replied that’s the standard and we need to pay extra for the 3rd person.

- Ramiah (1/5): Service poor staff has a not bothered attitude - It’s convenient for the purpose of my visit to Ipoh. The security staff r polite. The water pressure in the bathroom used to be excellent and the heater was good. Generally we used to love it there. In my last two visits, the Aircond wasn’t working the phone in the room wasn’t working and worst of all the water pressure especially when using the heater was so so bad. Like really bad. On our last two visit, we did highlighted it to the staff but they just apologised and that was it. Very disappointed.

- Parveen Kaur (9/5): I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Ipoh. - The room was good in size and location was perfect, everything was easy to reach or go to. Breakfast was good too. Staff were very friendly, especially the security who would ensure our safety whenever our car came to pick up or drop off since the hotel is located at quite a main and somewhat busy road. The rest of the staff were very warm as well...everyone always greeted whenever we met. Just wish they had extra blankets and pillows in the room, though we didn't ask the reception which they might have provided if we had asked.

There is a convenience store downstairs, in case you need a late night snacks or if you forgotten to pack something. The facility is clean as it is considerably new and the staffs are super friendly. There are limited parking on site but they have an off site parking in case the basement parking is full. Shuttle service is available between the hotel and the off site car park.

Waiter who served us was indifferent and was serving very slowly. We ordered two cups latte, he brings, one cup was normal, one cup was half empty. We ordered food, chicken and eggs were overdone, nasi Lemak rice was raw. All dishes were not tasty. We told about it waiter, but he ignored everything.
